“Great rack for a new Tucson. Fit guide helped ensure I got the right parts for my new vehicle. Love the Thule rack quality. After sales service was quick when I was missing one lock tumbler. Love that Thule still supports the legacy square bars for old accessories that were designed for these like my old ski box.”

“Michelle with Customer Service was exceptional as she helped me with an order of Yakima Skyline towers with Jet Stream 70” tails. I needed landing pads and locks to fit on a Retrax Pro bedcover slot system that was going to be installed UNDERNEATH a Yakima Overhaul HD rack system with a Ikamper Skycamp 3.0 RTT. I needed the lower rack system to fit a Yakima Skinny Warrior cargo basket w/extension. I had seen a Utube video of what I got on someone’s truck but I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed to get this done completely. She was extremely helpful, very patient with my many many questions, and so knowledgeable about the product. I’d recommend Rack Attack to anyone who needs any of their products they offer. I became a member by giving them my Email and I got 5% off everything that was already the lowest price that I found. Everything came to 690$ without the Skinny Warrior cargo basket which I already had. I’m very pleased with Rack Attack and especially Michelle who was top notch with customer support.”

“The product I ordered was delivered within a few days of when I placed it and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't happy at all about the shipping costs of such a small item since they were nearly as much as the item itself, and so I let Rack Attack know my feelings on that. They immediately looked into my complaint, acknowledged that there had been an error that had doubled the shipping cost, and they refunded the entire cost of shipping. It's refreshing to see a company that actually responds to complaints and does something positive about them.”

“I have purchased 7 Yakama products from Rack Attack over the last few years. The policy for trading in new locks has been generous. This has changed. The last product I purchased for just south of $750, when I asked if the lock could be changed to match my other 6 products that I own, I was told the policy had changed and that I wanted to do that i would have to pay an additional $50.00. I almost choose not to purchase. Policies change, but I am disappointed with the lack of customer service.”
