I take this opportunity to give a blatant plug for the Team at Reviews.io with full disclosure that Team R3 Data Recovery the Data Recovery Hospital has been a paying client for a few years. As a small business owner I have built a team of data recovery specialists into one of the very best data recovery companies for success rates anywhere. But like Reviews.io we are newer to the market than the incumbents who appear to dominate yet from experience are not to be trusted. R3 are able to deliver the success rates much larger global companies cannot at an economically realistic cost that others in the Fields of Data Recovery cannot. Success rates are key and Trust is paramount ..... Thats why I chose Reviews.io to collect our company reviews. Reviews.io as a company like R3 is competing in the big wide world. Competition and rivalry from the global leaders is often a good thing - claiming to be number 1 is not always the best and there are pitfalls to being number one. Reviews.io was not our first choice but we have to learn from our mistakes and recognise other good companies with good people and a good reviews collection platform that is a number 1 platform just not spending / wasting cash on advertising when their system and development speaks for itself if you know what you are looking for. Reviews will get noticed more and although my endorsement and blatant support is biased it should be seen by others looking for a trusted reviews platform as significant. Whether you provide goods or services or need to check those that advertise them one thing to know is there are good and bad reviews platforms. Reviews.io is a good reviews platform - probably the best and has been entrusted to looking after our reviewers and reviews. “Altitude Internet have been using Reviews for a review platform for our business for the last month and are very happy with the service. “We were looking to integrate both product and company reviews on our website, but also find a way to include company reviews of our high street stores. The important things for us were ease of use, services offered, customer experience but also and rather importantly that the solution was affordable. We had already had conversations with many competitiors, but Reviews.co.uk was the only platform that ticked all these boxes. In all honesty, we thought we would trial it and see how it went and if we needed to find a more expensive solution then we would. We haven't needed to! Reviews.co.uk has been a pleasure to use and their platform has evolved massively since we started using them. We started with company reviews, moved on to add product reviews, are about to go live with Expert Answers on our website and have just discovered and implemented the 3rd party company review option. The platform is easy to use from initial set up, to website implementation, to replying to reviews, reporting, automated emails, etc. and the customer service has been unbeatable. It has been very positive for us in terms of the numbers of reviews we receive both on products and as a company and we believe Expert Answers will add even more to our website and customer journey. Conversions are up, but also we are able to address any issues raised and hopefully restore customer faith where a negative review has been left. Previously we may never have had to chance to reconnect with this customer. Every time I think reviews.co.uk can't improve, they seem to add a new string to their bow. We couldn't be happier with the platform or service offered and I would highly recommend them to other retailers.”

“By far the best experience of after sales support I have received, and I have been in the business for more than 25 year. Very friendly, informative and helpful. Plus the admin panel for sending review invites is very intuitive and extremely easy to use. Definitely worth 5 star in my opinion and would definitely recommend to any other company that is looking to use a review site.”

“We're a huge fan of this service. We've used reviews.co.uk for years and have found the service delivers significantly higher conversion rates than Trustpilot and is literally one quarter the price. The backend reporting is a joy to use which was a major issue with our previous provider Feefo. The team is very responsive and they're always developing new features like NPS scores. And they pay tax in the UK - how refreshing!”
