I take this opportunity to give a blatant plug for the Team at Reviews.io with full disclosure that Team R3 Data Recovery the Data Recovery Hospital has been a paying client for a few years. As a small business owner I have built a team of data recovery specialists into one of the very best data recovery companies for success rates anywhere. But like Reviews.io we are newer to the market than the incumbents who appear to dominate yet from experience are not to be trusted. R3 are able to deliver the success rates much larger global companies cannot at an economically realistic cost that others in the Fields of Data Recovery cannot. Success rates are key and Trust is paramount ..... Thats why I chose Reviews.io to collect our company reviews. Reviews.io as a company like R3 is competing in the big wide world. Competition and rivalry from the global leaders is often a good thing - claiming to be number 1 is not always the best and there are pitfalls to being number one. Reviews.io was not our first choice but we have to learn from our mistakes and recognise other good companies with good people and a good reviews collection platform that is a number 1 platform just not spending / wasting cash on advertising when their system and development speaks for itself if you know what you are looking for. Reviews will get noticed more and although my endorsement and blatant support is biased it should be seen by others looking for a trusted reviews platform as significant. Whether you provide goods or services or need to check those that advertise them one thing to know is there are good and bad reviews platforms. Reviews.io is a good reviews platform - probably the best and has been entrusted to looking after our reviewers and reviews. “Fantastic service. I was a very unhappy Trustpilot customer as they seemed to have forgotten what customer service even looks like and are just flat out rude and arrogant these days. I had a brief talk with Lewis who answered some questions and he gave me a very good rate to switch over even helping out with a bit of a discount while we make the switch from Trustpilot! When I came over I went on live chat with a few questions and Alice spent a good while with me helping me get set up and ready to go. Exceptional service and offers MUCH more for your money than any other review service.”

Reviews.io REALLY verifies that the reviews are real, so they avoid customer griefing your merchant page. In addition, their support team is always ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. In our case we had a small problem of integration in our platform that the Reviews.io team proceeded to solve within 1 hour (shoutout to Alice and Ryan). Furthermore, their Enterprise plans can be customized according to the customer's needs (I mean, customized API requests). Without a doubt, if you are looking for a review collector, Reviews.io is the answer to your needs.”

I must have called their support team at least 30 times in first two week for one thing or another. I am a one man band and so it really should not have been that hard. I spent an hour with Ciaran and everything all done and new reviews now sent.”

“After deciding to integrate a third party Google Review Partner into our website and operations here at Be My Bear, we contacted several companies to request further information and gather some prices. Out of the three review sites we contacted, one failed to reply, which left reviews.co.uk and another contender. The other contender ultimately seemed expensive compared to reviews.co.uk, yet lacked many of the product features reviews.co.uk offered. Our contact during all of this Ciaran Campbell listened to our needs and quickly responded both via email and over the phone to any questions we had. A product demo was setup and again Ciaran walked us through the reviews.co.uk control panel explaining the many features available to us. We signed up within minutes of completing the demo! I can't speak highly enough of Ciaran, he's an asset to reviews.co.uk and their team. If our future dealings with reviews.co.uk are half as good as the help Ciaran has already provided we'll be very happy indeed.”
