“Poor International services, list the parcel again, zero answers over the phone, no customer services exist - hiding from customers, no email address available and that against the legal requirements in the UK.”
“Have now waited well over 48hrs for what was meant to be a 24hr priority tracked package. No doubt Covid will be blamed. But its worth bearing in mind that none of the other companies are having the same problems.
If ever an organisation needed privatisation its Royal Mail!!!”
“I recommend no one trusts the post office when they state a signed for letter will take approximately one to two days to be delivered. I am on my fourth day of waiting for my letter to be delivered first class and have been informed by The Royal Mail service department that it could take up to a further ten days due to Covid 19 . Are they making Covid 19 an excuse or just terrible service ?”
“My package has not been updated for a week now. I live in Norway and the phone number from their site is "no in use" is what I hear when I try to call. 10 days to answere emails and the mail won't even send, just refreshes the site. Tracking assistant is just useless. Text phone does not work to text or to call - everything is shìt. Almost like they try to make it hard to get in contact with them! Worst experience ever. That 1 star in not deserved, I just can't give any less..”
“If I could give negative stars oh my dearord I would give them million of those. This company needs to be closed down and never EVER be mentioned again. Its just TERRIBLE. Been waiting for my parcel for over a week now and it was posted as 24hours tracked service, on top of all that their broken website won't even let me use the tracking number, "update will be avaliable when we attempt to deliver", WE ATTEMPT TO DELIVER. That's the bloody thing, you don't even make an attempt to deliver parcels. Bunch of useless and careless people. Horrible.”
“I wouldnt have given 1 star if I had the choice!!!
Bought Tracked 48 online, took parcel to post office, wouldnt accept as has to go to a delivery office!!!!
Delivery office only open 7am to 9am GRRR
How come all the other parcel company's are still open
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN”
“I have nothing but positive things to say about Royal Mail all my posties are polite curtious and close my gates as they know I have a lil naughty dog that they fuss wen they have time. They’ve Carriedthrough covid without moaning and not left my parcels in the middle of the drive like otha companies. Thank u Kay x 17 June rd”
“What a bunch of c*#%s the royal mail are. Destroyed an article which had survived 40 years only for some pr!ck to jump up and down on it during transit. You must take great pleasure in destruction of peoples property. W%$kers”
“Been told my graphic novels would arrive on Wednesday, arrived at the local office yesterday and still not arrived as of 6pm tonight and the general post has not been delivered for nearly 3 days as well.
Absolute clowns, fix your tracking system, hire some staff and maybe people would be more inclined to use you and dont even get me started on their customer service.”
“Item was marked as delivered online, but we were away in a different city for a day. No card left, not left with the neighbours. Can't get in touch with Royal Mail, customer service is atrocious!”
“for the first time sent out a package that a customer bought. Yesterday sent it out and got it tracked with 1st class shipping. 24 hours still no update of the package and when trying to get it contact with royal mail there's no response.”
“Tracking on multiple items has stated that a tracked item has been delivered and it hasn't been delivered, then when I tried to contact the customer services and complaints department they just retorted the tracking information, even though I informed them it is wrong. They have stolen or lost multiple packages and refuse to refund me or find my items.”
“Paid almost a tenner to post a large letter from Belfast to Dublin. Letter contains valuable documents but I was not asked about insurance and I was not asked the value of the contents. I only found out after posting cover was only £20 (wouldn't come close to replacing the contents). Fingers crossed but reading these reviews I think this is going to cost me a fortune. Seems "Made in Britain" is a good reason to avoid something these days.”
