Lost post late deliveries expensive postal costs royal mail are rubbish

I have left my phone number with a purpose , why they NEVER call me ? I don't have a doorbell, that's why i lefted my phone number , for you to can CALL ! Not just to cnock and leave .

We all know that the Covid-19 situation will have an effect on deliveries. Items ordered and delivered by other couriers have ALL arrived. ALL of Royal Mails are very late or have been lost or not turned up at all. Rubbish service...R.M's drivers should be tracked but if that were implemented they would just go on strike!!!

One star is too many by far for this shambles of a company but that’s the lowest you are allowed to give I had two eBay large letters posted to me 1st class signed for on 11th June at Leicester the sender also sent about ten other large envelopes all with same signed for postage to different addresses at the same time. at this point in time 20-30 pm April 27 th not one of the deliveries for all 12 seperate items of post has been delivered and apparently they are now classed as lost tracking info says we’ve got it and tracking number issued 17th April so their website says they’ve got it but when I finally got through to someone on the phone after 70 mins it’s now classed as lost what exactly does lost mean ? Where does all this undelivered stuff go some one must know how can any delivery company in the world let alone these jokers lose 12 large letters from the same sender to destinations all over the uk on the same day do they have any concept of what items posted to people mean probably not they are no more than another privatised company who’s sole aim is to make as much cash as possible everything else especially actually doing the job they are meant is just a hinderance to the overpaid fat cats who are supposed to be running this shambles

Appalling service. If i could offer zero stars then I would. Truly dreadful. The voice recognition service is a joke and completely unhelpful. Being able to speak to an actual human being would be something but that seems to be beyond them. God alone knows where my parcel is. Avoid at all costs.

Wish I could give ZERO because 1 is too high. Delivery people are fine but God knows what is happening between posting and delivery Postman Pat's cat would be better organised.

Another 'Lost' parcel review, terrible services from royal mail yet again. Ordered a parcel that was meant to be delivered within 1-3 days, under the current circumstances with corona virus I expected it to be maybe a couple of days late, but 18 days later and its now 'Lost' hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, are you having a laugh mate? where is it lost? poor poor poor services and customer service

if sorting office peterborough have a massive backlog,how come i got two cards come through this morning that were sent on saturday,but yet i cant get packages sent over a month ago . what going on ,somebody sort yourself out .remember how much we pay for this terrible service ,il take my business elsewhere from now on ,as i feel if any company i use ,uses royal mail i will have no choice but not buy from them ,as i cant guarantee getting the goods ,

Royal Mail takes weeks to deliver an item using Covid 19 as an excuse wheras other firm's like Hermes took only 3 days to deliver a bigger parcel Its not on never again royal mail!.

Losing packages, just a wasting the customer time and the companies money because the customer will get a refund and may order again from that same company. Rubbish mail company nothing royal about it, ever since it became a private company it's gone down the pan.

All others are coping in the crisis, The word Royal needs to be removed. Tracking is rubbish and I know of many ebay businesses that have gone bankrupt because of these jokers. Others deliver on time---- Why cannot these jokers do the same!!!!

Worst delivery company ever! Tracking info absolutely useless, waiting for a parcel for so long, last fri been delivered to the wrong post office! Even though this is half an hour from where I live they have rerouted it! No other infination for over a week, where is it?! It’s a £125 item should have been a 48hr delivery, gid knows where it is, two more parcels not been delivered either and no tracking info, yes I know it’s a difficult time but other companies are delivery ok.

All the disadvantages of a public service, combined with the flaws of a private corporation. No reason to ever use instead of a courier service.

as a person who has to post items regularly ,i will never post via Royal mail now,too expensive ,cant guarantee to even get to its destination on time ,terrible service .the Royal mail used to be a service to trust .but now its a shambles.customer service ,what customer service . use other companies like Hermes ive never had a problem yet

the royal mail has been bad for years ,you pay your money expect a service and you just do not get it.missing mail .late deliveries first class prices and not even the decency to give us a 2nd class service ,it was bad before covid19 now its just horrendous ,packages not received after over a month. id rather pay for a courier company now ,at least i know it'll get their on time. Royal Mail was something you could be proud of at one time, but no more its a mess

The service simply doesn’t exist. I’ve ordered something 4 weeks ago. The company I’ve ordered from is like 2km away from where I live. The parcel never arrived. The company was so helpful and sent second delivery fist class this time to make sure will arrive. I truck the order and the status was.. we tried to deliver but no one was in. No card left, nothing. Well they never did come to my door step. It happened before and it will happen again. I tried the post office near me and they told me to go to different location. I did tho and my parcel was finally there. The lady asked me for ID and a proof of address. When I’ve sawed her my flat contact on my emails she said that she want this printed and not in the phone... of course she didn’t give me the Parcel. This is a joke is not a company that the country rely. It’s a corona virus situation and we should stay at home. Not going back and forth trying to figure where the parcel is.
