Had a 2 month nightmare. Bought a kitchen set. 1st delivery cancelled the day of, had to pay installer for nothing. Second delivery came with damaged appliances paid installer again had to go through hell to get replacement. They would not repair stove that was damaged had to pay for that as well. In all had to pay installer 3 times and damage. Total cost me close to $1,000 more than I paid for the set. Criminal what they did to me.

Samsung was having a "Black Friday" sale. I decide to buy the 50" Frame TV directly from Samsung and skip the middle man (Amazon). I figured it would work out better since Samsung would make more money and offer better service. I was more wrong than an upside-down rainbow. Here's what happened: -I buy the TV -Samsung ships the TV -I receive an email saying they processed my return and they refunded me my money (????). -I receive the TV and they realize that they refunded me the money so they charge my account for the TV again, this time for the wrong amount. -Now they refund the money again since it was the wrong amount and again, charge me for the TV (3rd time now). -The box for the TV has a huge hole in the front where something smashed into it, and someone has added tons of tape to cover up. -Needless to say, Samsung sent a broken TV. If they had styrofoam all around the screen, it may have been okay. -I asked for a refund. they promised a return label within 24 hours. -48 hours later, I asked again for the return label I was promised. Again, I was told I would have it in 24 hours. -This went on for over a week, with me never receiving a return label. -The only way I received the return label is when I called my credit card and disputed the charge after days, & days, & days of constant communication with Samsung. They really didn't want to give me a return label. -Magically they then sent me the return label when the charge was disputed and I received my money back from my credit card. -I mailed the broken TV back to Samsung. -They emailed that they received the broken TV on November 12. Today is December 22 and I haven't received a refund. -Thankfully I used my credit card and was able to dispute the charge to receive a refund. -Bought the same stupid TV from Amazon, received it the next day in perfect condition. It's an overpriced TV. -Samsung's customer service is the worst. I've never bought a Samsung product until this TV and I now know to never buy another Samsung product. The TV is adequate; lots of money for a mediocre TV. You're paying for the design, definitely not for customer service.

Microwave stopped working after 2 months. No replacement or refund but they will fix. Not acceptable 3 days before xmas. Never will I buy another Samsung product absolutely disgusting!!!

I was told i qualified for an accomodation for an exchange because i sent my sounar to get repaired twice. Both tomes came back supposively no issue. 400 dollar soundbar that doesnt wana turn on sometimes lol.. anyway waited on the phone for an hour long just for the call to drop.. literally bouta cry of frusttration these guys are gonna make me kill myself. All i want is my exchange and for my time to not be wasted anymore

I was told i qualified for an accomodation for an exchange because i sent the soundbar more than once for repair each time came back with no issue found even though the soundbar was intermitently not turning on. I literally spent 400 dollars on a soundbar just for it to have this issue lol. I spent more than a hour on hold when i was transferred to case management hung up out of frustration literally about to cry out of anger.. when you call samsung just expect to not get helped and expect to be on the phone on hold for the majority of your time.

THIS IS BS THEIR PRODUCT BROKE ON THE OUTER EDGE OF MY SCREEN THEY DIDNT EMAIL ME THE DECISION THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR A MONTH. THEY COULD JUST LOOK UP THE TICKET NUMBER AND RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER. IM WRITING THIS REVIEW ON a 49 inch ultra wide SAMSUNG MONITOR I CALL THEM ON A SAMSUNG NOTE 10 EVERY PRODUCT I USE OF THEIRS IS SAMSUNG THEY REFUSE TO FIX AN OBVIOUS DEFECTIVE PANEL.

I have had the microwave oven two years only Back in may 2020 the wires in the back got on fire. Now last week December 2020 when to warm up something and the microwave and oven went dark no power I do not recommend Samsung products

First question would be, what went right! I attempted to purchase numerous samsung products on cyber monday from the samsung website. Apparently the site went down, because I was unable to check out. I was on text/screen chat with 2 reps, called the number I was given, after 1 13 1/2 minute conversation, I was told this was the wrong department and they could not help me. I have called 3 times now, the first 2 times, after 15-20 minutes of talking with the rep, they ended the call after they told me they were going to place me on hold! Now, just spent 40 minutes on the phone, emailing screenshots of every interaction that they requested, and now being told, sorry, we cant do anything to assist you in price match! What?! I have been a samsung user for over 15 years, and Im sorry to now say, Im done! A product is only as good as the product help when there is a problem, and samsung is non-existent in this area! Buyers beware! Finally going with google!

Samsung me18h704sfs range microwave- exhaust fan turns on at will and will no longer turn off. Turn table also stopped working. It is 3 years old. Customer support online is not at all helpful. Not recommended

A £700 washer dryer has broken down 6 times in 2 years and they won't replace it. That's the tip of the iceberg... The last engineer appointmented by Samsung (ACL - look them up if you think Samsung are bad) turned up with half the parts, then FLOODED my house and said he had nothing to clear it up. He then forgot to cut water off and it flooded again! Samsung wont accept liability for damage so I'm having to take them to court. I have literally 30 emails with minimal replies and the support is literally the worst I have come across. To the point that even though I love my Samsung phone, I will never buy another Samsung device just in case there are issues. They won't honour the 5 year warranty as I can't find a confirmation even though I have screenshot of the offer. I have been promised callbacks on roughly 15 occasions and think I have had 2 actually call, resolve absolutely nothing and promise another call back. Guess what... No reply.

I see I'm not the only one having issues with Samsung and their "awesome" customer service. I switched from a Google Pixel to an S20 FE, horrible mistake. Within the first 3 months, the phone fell and the screen went black WHILE IN A CASE. Now I have to pay $175 for a new screen. How does a phone that costs this much and this new not have some kind of warranty to cover it. Especially after reading other reviews of people having issues with the S20 screen as well. Going back to Pixel, never again.

Absolute scum of the earth. Have a washer that started staining our clothes after a few months. Samsung enjoys stonewalling and denying, anything but repairing or replacing. Totally immoral company. I'll never buy anything from this company again. Its policies are almost criminal. Thanks!!

Do not buy a Samsung tv that comes with a one connect box. Be warned. It has failures and blows the hdmi ports making the tv a glorified mirror (bad one at that). Google “Samsung one connect box issues hdmi”. You can thank me later. Spend you money on any other brand apart from Samsung.

Compre una lavadora ActiveWaterjet, malisima calidad, no llena el agua solo enrreda la ropa casi en seco, y cuando deberia de esprimir llena con agua y obvio la ropa queda escurriendo de agua, tiene ciclos de lavado muuuy largos, un promedio se 1:30 minutos a 3 horas inaudito es como una cachetada a una ama moderna de casa, sin contar que deja la ropa solo Mojada pero sucia asquerosa calidad. llame para reportar el problema y ellos muy tranquilos solo me dijeron vamos a recetearla, y sigue haciendo lo mismo, entonces igual de tranquilos me dijeron o okay le vamos a enviarun tecnico que se estara comonicando con usted de 24 a 48 horas, y si tiene prisa pues aqui esta el numero de telefono para que usted llame. omg!! creen que uno compra articulos nuevos para andar perdiendo el tiempo, casi me arranco los pelos, de verdad que mal servicio y que mala Calidad de producto.

My tv's screen needed to be replaced under warranty and the first customer service rep I spoke with told me someone couldn't come out until Dec. 9, I called the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Repairman came two days early (yay!) but unfortunately the part needed to be ordered, he said he would be back on Wednesday or Thursday. Needless to say no call back from Samsung or the repair service company. So I called, could not get through to the repair service so I called Samsung. I was informed the part was on back order, but yet I got no call from either company informing me of that. Then I was told Samsun would call me on Monday, Dec. 14 to tell me if the part arrived, or they would replace my tv or they would refund me. Guess what....no call on the 14th. So I called on the 15th, was apologized to and thanked for my patience and after being put on hold for basically 15-20 minutes I was told they were still figuring it out and would call me in 4 hours but certainly within 24 hours. So on the 26th hour I called and was finally informed they could send a credit to the store where I purchased and that if the tv i purchase is more then I have to pay difference. Okay fair. Oh but now it has to go to the dept that approves that credit which could be 4-7 days. It's already been 25 days at this point. And in three days I go on vacation so now it will have to wait until I return. Which then means I will have gone 37 days until I would be able to return to the store where I bought it. And that is how I am being accommodated by Samsung for my inconvenience. And of course I would prefer to purchase my television now while there are sales happening instead of after Christmas. Horrible customer service. OOOh and I have to wait to hear back from them on whether it's approved and what to do with the existing television. I asked the rep.....are you sure they will call or will it be my responsibility since they haven't called me at all.
