My tv's screen needed to be replaced under warranty and the first customer service rep I spoke with told me someone couldn't come out until Dec. 9, I called the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Repairman came two days early (yay!) but unfortunately the part needed to be ordered, he said he would be back on Wednesday or Thursday. Needless to say no call back from Samsung or the repair service company. So I called, could not get through to the repair service so I called Samsung. I was informed the part was on back order, but yet I got no call from either company informing me of that. Then I was told Samsun would call me on Monday, Dec. 14 to tell me if the part arrived, or they would replace my tv or they would refund me. Guess what....no call on the 14th. So I called on the 15th, was apologized to and thanked for my patience and after being put on hold for basically 15-20 minutes I was told they were still figuring it out and would call me in 4 hours but certainly within 24 hours. So on the 26th hour I called and was finally informed they could send a credit to the store where I purchased and that if the tv i purchase is more then I have to pay difference. Okay fair. Oh but now it has to go to the dept that approves that credit which could be 4-7 days. It's already been 25 days at this point. And in three days I go on vacation so now it will have to wait until I return. Which then means I will have gone 37 days until I would be able to return to the store where I bought it. And that is how I am being accommodated by Samsung for my inconvenience. And of course I would prefer to purchase my television now while there are sales happening instead of after Christmas. Horrible customer service. OOOh and I have to wait to hear back from them on whether it's approved and what to do with the existing television. I asked the rep.....are you sure they will call or will it be my responsibility since they haven't called me at all.

The worlds world's worst support. Fair dinkum if Samsung support are the most useless bunch of 'support staff' I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. If you buy Samsung you had better hope you don't need to contact their 'support'. Given one misdirection after another for 2 hours and at the end I had not made amy headway into solving the problem. Buy Samsung at your peril.

Textbook definition of PATHETIC overseas call centers. Ordered a $8'000 TV with Black Friday discount and Samsung Care+ with 0%APR financing, received a box with a big hole in it, and a used dirty TV inside from AGS freight. Took 4+ hours on the phone and 12 different people in 5 different departments just to get a return done the right way and expeditiously with them. Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER deal with samsung.com again in my life. Not even sure if I would ever want to buy another Samsung peoduct anywhere else either if this is how support is run.

Customer service sucks! Dealing with a Samsung refrigerator that tore up my floor. Finally after talking on phone, typing on computer they send a repairman out. He said he never saw anything like this. There are 2 silver pegs hanging down from the bottom, 1 of which is doing the gouging. He said it was escalated to some other dept. and someone would call us in 24-48 hours. Never happened. So on the phone, on the online chat for 3.5 hours to find out they closed the ticket! This was a defect when we got the fridge. We hadn't moved it out until now when we were remodeling (2 years). So, she made another ticket and we also have Home Depot sending another repair man. They are acting like this is our fault! We shall see what they are going to do. If nothing, we will sue Home Depot. Never will I buy another Samsung. However, I have 4 plus 2 phones. Also dishwasher is broken too....we will fix ourselves!

I bought a double oven in black stainless steel as a Christmas present, the black stainless steel is falling off. I have never used cleaning chemicals on this appliance. When I called Samsung to see what call ups be done they told me nothing could be done it isn’t covered by any of the warranties. Bottom little me they do not stand behind their products. I will never purchase another Samsung appliance. To bad I did all my kitchen appliances with Samsung and will now have to switch them all out

Tried to place a trade-in order. The website had a glitch and I was unable to select my line to checkout. I tried to contact customer service to have this resolved for over a month with limited replies and minimal assistance. Multiple contact attempts ended in over an hour of wait time, followed by a prompt disconnect. I even spoke with a supervisor who incorrectly submitted an escalation to the technical team, and would not follow up afterwards. After 3 separate instances of being promised the issue would resolve itself within 7 days, the issue still persists. They both do not know what they are doing over there. If they won't help me spend money for a product, I can't imagine what would happen if I needed assistance with an already purchased product.

It has been 2 weeks now since I placed a work order for my new dishwasher that is still under the warranty but stopped working. I sit daily for 2-3 hours with Samsung customer service waiting for them to figure out how to schedule the repair appointment through one of the two repair services they are contracted within South Florida. One of these repair companies has a 1.2 average review rating on Yelp with only one person in that company to help with appliance repairs who is never there and never calls back. The other repair company they are contracted with continues to tell me that Samsung never sent in the work order... still. 2 WEEKS. From my experience, I want to say, do not buy Samsung!

awful service, awful tv. Bought a samsung 65 inch tv in april 2020, that didnt work well from start. i was worried about covid and delivery people in house. i waited to long to return it, now dealing with samsung repair. Been on hold at least 2 hours total. repair person showed up at house, was here 1 hour and said he came with wrong parts. now on hold again waiting to reschedule service. i think they must feel that you will just go away. awful, awful service

Watch out - Extremely misleading sales process. Placed order utilising broken phone trade in. Couldn’t switch phone on so entered funny IMEI number. Samsung thus cancelled order. Samsung advised can get number next to battery. Back cover shattered during removal. Shared correct IMEI number but again Samsung advised not acceptable due to cover removed. Had Samsung accepted dummy IMEI number all would have been good. People need to be very wary when using broken phone trade in as after return you would be charged the extra £75! Hidden way to make money? No clause identified in broken phone description. Be aware folks. Very poor follow up too!

Had a house fire 2 yrs ago bought all Samsung appliances so they matched. Fridge acted up immediately door open sensor kept going off, took 5 days to get a repairman out(sensor going off all the while) finally unplugged it. 3 trips later finally replaced the circuit board. Freezer fan is out now. Dishwasher venting motor went out (no replacement available) stove/ oven combo knobs all snapped (plastic) went and got generic knobs to replace. Front left burner doesn’t stay at one temp (shuts off or runs hot and burns whatever) dryer heat sensor went out, replaced it myself. Bottom word: I would never buy another Samsung product!!!

Tv Arrived broken. Installer couldn’t speak English so we could not communicate. :( customer service made me feel like a criminal, said they were sending someone to inspect. They had no idea how to contact the installer. After 10 days and almost as many phone calls I finally get to return the tv with no replacement. (Need to reorder) That ain’t happen! Also sending back the sound bar we ordered. We are not difficult people to please. Definitely the worst customer care ever!

Appliances are junk and customer service is terrible. Bought 5 kitchen and 2 laundry home appliances from Homedepot. Units continually have issues. Dishwasher model# DW80R9950UG failed within the 1yr MFG warranty. Samsung's Tech claimed there was an issue with the electrical service. Spent $200 for electrician to visit twice to replace the circuit breaker then to test the circuit only to find out the breaker was ok and there was no issue with the electrical service. Samsung technician was out three more times before finally calling it quits. Homedepot does not honor Samsung exchanges. I was offered an "E-COUPON" to use on Samsung's website which does not cover the replacement cost of the exact same appliance. Have been without appliance for over a month and still no resolution. looks like I will need to take legal action.

I will never, ever buy another Samsung appliance as long as I live! Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My refrigerator I bought through Home Depot was broken. I called within the 48 hr time frame and was told by Samsung what they were going to do for me. And they have not followed through! Each time I call with a ticket number they have absolutely no idea what the situation is and I have to repeat the situation over and over. I still do not have a proper working refrigerator that I paid $1500 for!

So I ordered something from Samsung. They send me a email telling me my order is to be delivered on the 11th so be ready. The 10th comes around and the company xpo delivering it says that's false samsung is wrong and it will be delivered on the 21st. I have to cancel my Christmas plans to be here to receive this thing. That is totally unacceptable I ordered it on the 28th of November. Xpo and samsung just garbage

We bought a $200 phone 6 weeks ago. Sprint said it was out of warranty, so I sent it to samsung and they voided the warranty due to a tiny scratch. So now I'm having it shipped back to repair the glass to get it back under warranty.

Purchased a 65" tv from Samsung.com. All though they picked the delivery date and time when I ordered, it was delivered a week later. AGS delivery blamed Samsung, Samsung blamed AGS. Upon unboxing and setting up the tv, I discovered the screen was cracked and smashed, completely unusable. Contacted Samsung.com for help, was disconnected twice, transferred 4 times, told the department I needed was already closed and after 90 minutes on the phone finally gave up. Samsung.com does not replace items delivered broken. Your only option is to return it (they must receive it back within 14 days) and wait for your credit. Then order a new one and wait for it to be delivered. Since my purchase was a black Friday deal, I would also have to call back into the customer support and ask that my original purchase price be honored after I placed the new order. I completed the return and now waiting for my credit. Not going to order from them again, but now I've missed all of the other Black Friday deals.
