I purchased a Samsung 50" Frame TV directly on Samsung's website. To my surprise it was never delivered via FedEx. Customer service was terrible. The foreign customer service person told me to call the Police. They had no interest in tracking down the package or filing a claim or ordering me a replacement. Warning: Do not buy directly on Samsung website. You will be sorry.

I buy 2 of the new galaxy flip 5G giving my 2 phones of trade in,one of the new phone was defective and I call right away and guess what??,they told me to send it back to repair,hahaha,out of their mind,I ask for a new phone because I just paid over 3,000 dollars for this phones and they want me to send the NEW phone back to repair and wait 2 or 3 weeks more for the repair instead give me a new one because I buy a NEW phone,not a repair one,now I return both phone and all accessories and they just lost a 3,000 dollars sale for trying to be smart,not the end yet,now I send back the new phones,take a week to them get there,send me a email saying after 10 days to review the phone they will process my credit back and then send my trade in phones back to me,we are talking about a month WITH NO PHONE,I always learn from my mistakes but you never know when you're about to make one, unfortunately you know when you're screwed after you made it,but in this case I will never ever buy anything else to Samsung ever, it's very very sad a multimillionaire company like Samsung crushed a little and insignificant customer like me,because that's what we are to them at the time of step up and take responsibility,making us loose the few what we have instead of them take the loose even when is their fault,again,they give me a brand new defective phone and what I really supposed to do?? Samsung,,Merry Christmas!!

On July 30, 2020 I brought a Samsung galaxy active 2 44mm watch from Att , its 4 months old, for a week I have been try to get a replacement, it updated then the screen just went black, spent hours on the phone with att trying to fix it. They tell me its under warranty yes I know after getting transferred a million times, hung up on, then sent to a Att store, it still doesn't work. THEN FINALLY THEY SAY go to Att store pick up new watch great the store doesn't have any, back to calling them to find out I have to call Samsung to find out i have to send my watch to them, then maybe I'll get a new one , if they think its appropriate. I have never owned anything but Samsung products, since when do you send a product back Before getting a replacement. I'm done. There is no Customer Satisfaction, no Customer Appreciation, no Veterans Appreciation. NOTHING !!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS... APPLE HERE I COME.O AND I PAID FOR MY WATCH OUTRIGHT SO ITS JUST A PAPER WEIGHT AT THIS POINT.. 3 Dec 2020. RETIRED SSG.RAINEY US ARMY

I couldn't turn off my phone without using the pattern recognition on my phone. Supposedly I was 1 number off, but even so you shouldn't have to put in a pattern or any kind of passcode in order to turn off a damn phone you're holding in your hand.

I purchased a washer on 11/17/20 received it on 11/24/20 and it worked for 2 days. I paid to have a professional plumber check the connection where he informed me that the washer was faulty. I called Samsung and they are not able to have someone check the BRAND new washer until 12/9/20. If they determine at that time that the washer IS faulty, I will then wait another 2 weeks for a replacement BRAND new washer. I will NEVER EVER purchase another Samsung ANYTHING!

I bought the Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite lte a few months ago now and it has been great. First of all the price was amazing for a 10.1 inch tablet with a stylus (S pen) included at just £400 for the lte model. the delivery was also a week before estimated so that is always a bonus but I did preorder.

I'm never buying Samsung again! I purchased a new home without kitchen appliances. I picked out the ones I wanted (wouldn't be available for 2 months) and changed them for an earlier availability date. They were supposed to call me the day prior to the delivery date to set up a delivery window. No one called! I call them around 8 PM, they told me the appliances were in enroute and they will call me by 10 AM to confirm delivery time. I heard from no one, so I waited until 4 PM to call again. This time I was told that the transportation was delayed due to COVID. I understood the state that we were under and that delays happen, I figured it would a day or two since I was told the previous night that it was on it way. They said it would arrive by the 20th of the month (the original delivery date was the 10th). I explained my frustration of being in a house without appliances and with my family having to eat out for every meal. I was assured that I would be compensated for the delay afterwards (never would give an amount). I asked for it in writing (by sending an email) but the rep said they are not allowed to send emails. The appliances finally arrived on the 20th. When I called about the compensation, I was offered $50! For 10 days of my family eating three meals a day, $50!

DON'T EVER BUY A SAMSUNG PHONE FROM THE SAMSUNG WEB SITE! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY! If you want to buy a Samsung product buy it from your phone provider or Amazon or anyone but Samsung Directly. The order of the day for a Samsung employee is to lie and lie and lie some more. If you buy a Samsung phone from one of their distributers then you will get your phone without any problems issues or lies. The Samsung distributers get all phone orders first. That means if you want your phone within a few days or a week buy it from the distributer. If you buy your phone from Samsung you will be directed to a third world country full of desperate pirates, liars and cutthroats who will say anything to get you to click the order screen. They take your money immediately unlike their reputable distributers who actually do not charge you until your order ships out with confirmation. With Samsung direct, once they got your money, Your phone will arrive when hell freezes over or not at all. I give you fair warning. If you want a Samsung phone buy it from a reputable distributer. DO NOT EVER BUY YOUR PHONE FROM THE SAMSUNG WEB SITE. Your phone will take 6 months to arrive if it ever arrives at all. Don't trust their web site. You will be sorry like I was.

Worse customer service experience. Nobody is helpful after waiting on the phone for hours. There attitude and unwillingness to help is unbelievable. There service is going to cost them my sale today of $2600 and future business.

Bought a Tab 6 and cover. Purchased another lower cost model and returned the first. They took my promo price for cover out of refund when I DID purchase a Tab 6. Contact stated he would refund the $134. When contacted again was hung up on. Next time I was put on hold for hour and then passed of to another #, John said he would notify me of when I would get refund. Been two weeks now. Bunch of lying asses.

I bought a electric countertop stove came damaged. And a microwave the exhaustfan fan is broken noone will help me i have couple properties i was busy and couldn't open it within the time frame to return so noone is helping me what should i do with both of the thing 600$

Refrigerator RF263bEAESR/aa less than 1 1/2 years old resting / pitting exterior impossible to reach a live person inferior quality very disappointed will never buy Samsung again

I bought a Samsung 49" TV and it's display is gone after two years third grade quality and not value for money at all I will suggest that do not buy Samsung instead buy MI or TCL it a third grade quality

Samsung the best tv have ever used ,user friendly,with best operating system,comparing to android tv,s Note:kindly come up with good models and pricing for ps5 when comparing to sony this year x90 serious for gaming it was good but still not user friendly so waiting for Samsung ps5 gaming tv,s ahead on 2021 at least with more best beast options.

Liers and thiefs !!!! I got 82" tv a year ago after 2 month the tv stop work and samsong told me its not repairable, so 2 month after they come pick up the tv and say i will get a refund check by mail Its 8 month after i didnt get my koney back yet and the cradit card company say its more than 3 minth after so they cand do a chargeback on it

I have been a Samsung customer for 15 years, I upgraded my Samsung Phone with an S20 where it said I would get a new watch, I have sent numerous documents through email with little response, I believed the last set of documents were sufficient so thout nothing of it, I had explained that I had separated from my wife and if they needed anymore documentation to please contact me, I then checked my emails to be told I was no longer eligible, it is absolutely disgusting and hope once the ombudsman is involved they want treat other customers the way they have treated me #samsung

There is NO customer service. The back Panel of my stove burned out. After many phone calls, sending all receipts numerous times, I was promised a new stove on taped lines. My attorney sent several emails Still nothing from Samsung. As I have not had a stove since August, I will purchase a new appliance. Certainly, never a Samsung again!! Will then go to Court to get reimbursed Shame on Samsung There are a lot of appliance companies, think before you purchase any Samsung products!! I certainly will

I used to swear by Samsung, now I wouldn't take it if it were free. Their TV is terrible. The visual is awful. Jerking motion is a joke and when you try to take that off on video it's disabled. Their Smartphones are now the worse I've ever had. I used to love them and now they are absolutely terrible. It seems Samsung just wants money and doesn't care at all any longer on quality.

Samsung Fridge sucks. We bought Samsung French Door style 4 years ago and from the first year up to this time, it has been nothing but major problem. Every year, I paid for repairs over the extended warranty myself to fix the over cooling and over heating inside the compartment with over 200 food spoilage each time. I call Samsung customer support, they do not even care what your problems are. Do not buy Samsung. Our Range has been problem too. Do not get close to Samsung products.

I will never buy another Samsung product again. We did a kitchen remodel that included 4 new Samsung appliances. The microwave worked for nearly three months before it died. That was over 2 months ago and I'm still on the phone with the idiots at Samsung trying to get a refund because there are no repair shops near me. I've submitted the same forms and photos over and over and over again. There's almost no communication from them. They'll say, "We've got everything we need." and then nothing for 2 weeks. So I'll get curious and call them and then they tell me that they don't have the forms or photos that I sent them 2 weeks back and a week prior to that! Their products suck. The refrigerator is a nightmare to take apart for cleaning. The glasstop range takes forever to heat up, but the double ovens are remarkably fast. The dishwasher requires double soap and the longest, hottest cycles to get the dishes clean even though we pretty much rinse them when we put them in. When you try to register a new product online it'll tell you that the model number doesn't exist. I'M LOOKING AT THE **** MODEL NUMBER!!! I've spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this microwave thing taken care of. It's as if the CEO declared, "We will provide the worst customer service possible. Now get out there and do every shitty, underhanded, incompetent thing you can to make that goal a reality!" Had I known how much trouble this would be, I would've just replaced the microwave on my own dime (not with a Samsung) and went on with my life, but with every call, I think "This will be the one that makes it happen." But no...better luck next time.
