NO COMPRAN SAMSUNG GALAXY SE20 FE. DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG GALAXY SE20 FE. The camera is a garbage. It makes overexposure and burly images in all modes and all adjusts. The whole internet is full with people’s complaints. Samsung knows already about this failure but doesn’t do anything. I purchased Galaxy SE20 FE 3 weeks ago. After discovering this ´products failure´ I tried to bring it back to the store but they didn´t accept the devolution because it was already used and the problem is a ´products failure´. I contacted Samsung customer support team (bunch of jerks) several times. NO ANY ANSWER. This is Samsung now a days. An unreliable, cheating and swindling international that doesn´t give a damn to his customers. It brings garbage products to the market without any responsibility. According the rules, the logia and the law (which is no valid for the untouchable multinationals) in case of a ´product failure´ the manufacture should retrieve that product from the market and compensates those that have purchased it. For us, consumers, without any power and rights, the only option is publishing and inform the whole world about this ´product failure´ and try to prevent that people purchase Galaxy SE20 FE. The other thing that we can do, is suing Samsung with the local and the European consumer Right Organizations and force Samsung to take action.

I'm sorry to see so many negative reviews. Our experience with Samsung customer service was 5 stars to say the least. We purchased a new $1000 Samsung electric oven in November 2020 and it was delivered 3 weeks later. Within 4 days of having it installed, we experienced 2 pretty signifiant defects - the LED display was glitching & there were already chips on the glasstop. Called 1-800-SAMSUNG and they sent a tech out within 2 weeks to fix the LED display (under warrenty of course, no cost to us) which turns out was repaired by an update to their app! Technology, am I right? Regarding the chips in the glasstop, which happened due to no fault of our own, Samsung made it right - although glasstop chips aren't generally covered by the warrenty, they understood our devistation as we only had the appliace a few days before chips appeared and they sent a tech out to replace the glasstop, no charge to us, as a one time courtesy. Samsung really stepped up. Thank you!! Lifelong customers here.

Minus 10 Stars!!! Paid $261 for what looked like a flat-rate refrigerator repair. Paid directly to Samsung, I think. Fridge is 9 years old. After 2 weeks and 2 visits, the second one because of "parts," tech says that fridge can't be repaired but will be replaced by Samsung - I presume they are making this offer because they can't get the right parts. Tells me I need to contact Samsung. Many hours on phone and on TXT with Samsung support (they kick me back and forth between these) and it goes from offering me a replacement, to 50% off on a new fridge, to about either $30 off on a new fridge or $26 in cash. Wow. And this is after 5 days worth of calls since last week. They said I'd be contacted in 1 or 2 days, but they never contacted me until today, and then only after I called. They would have been ahead of the game if they'd told me on day one that the fridge could not be repaired, and there was nothing else they can do. Instead, I get this frustrating run-around. Still don't know if I'll get a refund for the bogus repair call. As a result, I'm done with Samsung and its products forever. BTW this morning I RECEIVED a robo-call saying something like "This is your callback from Samsung. Our offices are currently closed..." You can't make this stuff up.

If I could leave a zero I would.. I’m am beyond disappointed and completely appalled by Samsung’s customer service. Their lack of product defect support. I have been dragged through the wringer in order have my 3 month old refrigerator replaced due a defective compressor. Which has cost me over $1000 in cost. Food loss, purchasing a mini fridge to try and salvage food loss, having to eat take out for over a month during the most expensive time of year from the day before Thanksgiving until after Christmas to have it replaced. I was told by a dozen reps who say there sorry for my experience and that they can’t reimburse me for all my inconveniences, except the food loss and even then some refrigerator items are excluded as well. To which I understood and gave them all they ask for and even asked if they wanted receipts for which I had at the beginning of this ordeal to which they said that wasnt necessary and Samsung always takes of the food replacement.. I’ve been hung up on multiple times to which they don’t call back like they say they will if we get disconnected. I can’t believe a company would punish a paying customer for there dysfunctional equipment. I was offered 1/3 of my grocery loss.. not my grocery total loss due to their defective product...😞😕

I have purchased Samsung QLED 65 Inches smart television on 19th March 2020. On 4th Jan 2021 in the evening the Television started restarting itself. I raised a complaint against the same and the technician came to visit us and mentioned that there could be a Power board issue that has occurred. He was not confident on the same. Also it was mentioned that no such problem has occurred all these years. It is not even 10 Months and I have got such an issue. The cost that I have purchased for is 179800/- . I have requested for replacement of the television rather than replacing the spares. Since it is not even 10 months old and my warranty period would expire in 2.5 months, I am requesting for a replacement, The Samsung team is neglecting to provide a replacement and providing up only with spares. What if the spare gets faulty after 3 months, i do not have a answer. samsung team, Provide me the replacement

A month ago, I would have given a 5. I've always been happy with Samsung TV's I've had (and have several). I notified The Big Screen Store on December 21st that the picture of my largest TV. which is still under warranty, was going out. It is almost 3 weeks later and Samsung has not yet authorized replacement of the TV. Not a great warranty service!

Samsung has the worst customer service we have EVER experienced and we will never purchase anything from them again. We don't write reviews usually, however we feel the need to warn other people about them because if you have a problem you will be ignored. We have been battling them for 5 months now and if they do respond (which isn't often) they will just try and fob you off. It has been infuriating, stressful and upsetting and the TV we purchased from the was definitely not worth the £2,500 price tag. We followed the installation instructions to put it on the wall (even paying out another £50 for their wall bracket rather than the cheaper amazon alternative) to make sure nothing went wrong. We lifted the TV for from the bottom and the sides and didn't touch the screen. However when it was finally in place (this wasn't an easy task) the LEDs behind the screen had stopped working (there was absolutely no damage to the TV screen itself) Samsung's response was that it was obviously our faulty and they could tell this by looking at a picture and too bad for us. We have been trying to get this looked at by them but they are rude, patronizing and refuse to help. except to try and charge us more money by saying they can send an engineer out for £180 just to take a look at - they'll then quote us even more money to fix it. They are just trying to take even more money off us and wont even consider taking into account that the TV was not up to standard. We will be taking Legal action as we know we did not cause physical damage to this TV and if you would like to avoid this, we suggest you don't go anywhere near Samsung products.

Remind me to NEVER buy another Samsung appliance as long as I live!!!! They need to stick to phones and tv's! Two and a half years ago I bought a new Samsung fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. My dishwasher has already been replaced once. The dishes still come out dirtier than when they went in and I need to use citric acid with every wash AND it LEAKS! The ice dispenser in the fridge freezes up every 2-3 months and needs to be unplugged and defrosted in order for it to work properly again! And last, but I'm sure not least, my dryer quit working. Currently waiting for a repair man to come and diagnose the problem.....Absolute garbage product. Spoke with a repairman and told him that I would never buy another Samsung appliance as long as I lived and he said "do you know how many times a day I hear that!!!!"

Scumbag company that robs the working class. Bought a dryer that ruined over 500 dollars in clothes. The only way they would give me a refund is if I let go of all rights to seek damages for clothes. I hope Samsung goes out of business they suck

I got Samsung note 10 as a gift, tried to return it literally a day after (barely opened the box) in order to buy the S20. Samsung Claimed the phone was damaged and did not accept my return. They had the worst customer service and I ended up getting an iPhone.

I ordered the unlocked Note 20 in December. My cell service is with spectrum. I get the unlocked phone, give spectrum the IMEI number and they tell me they can't activate the phone. Unreal Samsung, is it unlocked or not??? I Schedule a return with Samsung, along with the earbuds. I drop the box at a FedEx Dropbox. When Samsung receives the box the phone is not in there. I also financed the phone along with a 1000.00 tablet for my husband which we kept. Now after 3+ weeks, over 4 hours on the phone with them I still do not have a credit on my account! Some idiot steals the phone, which is not my fault and I'm am not paying for it!!! Give me my credit and track the phone on your own time! I would love to know if it was a FedEx driver or a Samsung employee! But again, not my fault! My payment for the tablet and phone is due January 20th. I am not paying for a phone I returned! Absolutely horrible customer service, couldn't understand the Phillipine accent and then they would put me on hold and disconnect my call. One woman said I would get a credit immediately, still no credit! I will never ever use this company again! They send me an unlocked phone, supposedly, but not for spectrum wireless apparently!! Buyer beware!!!!

This company has the worst of the worst customer service in the world!!!! They made me loss my time to process a return after many attempts to do it. The 1st attempt I made was before the item was shipped and they couldn’t stop it. And because their reps don’t write any notes according to them we have no way to prove our calls and attempts. Today I called and escalated my problem to a supervisor to try to get something resolved but instead I got more excuses. I will NEVER again in my life buy anything from them or their brand. I never write reviews but this time I feel I need to give other consumers a warning about what to expect.

If your Samsung product has no issues and you never have to contact Customer Service, then you will probably enjoy your Samsung product. Otherwise you'll find Samsung and their Customer Service Team to be extremely frustrating, poorly trained, and unable to do anything but say "I'm sorry", "I understand", "No worries, we'll address this soon". It's funny the "English" phrasing they are told to speak. Below is my first-hand experience with a Samsung order, which I am still waiting on a refund 42 days and counting. At this point PayPal is my only saving grace with their Buyer Protection Program. PayPal will be refunding me in 5 days. So after almost 50 days of Samsung keeping my money, I should finally get it back. Just read below what a debacle Samsung's customer service is. Absolutely horrendous. I understand they have the cheapest large screen TVs with good ratings - seriously look elsewhere. Do yourself a huge favor. Timeline: - 11/27/2020 – placed an order for a TV and Soundbar (QLED70T 75” and 900QT Soundbar) - 12/7/2020 - TV arrived damaged with a cracked frame (and dusty – looked like a floor model); return initiated by calling Samsung; Samsung advised me to cancel the entire order - 12/8/2020 – Samsung accepted the TV return; Samsung e-commerce team submitted a ticket to Samsung fulfillment team to manually cancel the order and process FULL refund for the entire order. - 12/10/2020 - TV return received; confirmed refund amount will be issued for the TV in 7-10 business days; Soundbar Refund still pending - 12/21/2020 - Refund amount received for the TV - 12/21/2020 - Samsung e-commerce submitted a ticket to Samsung fulfillment team to cancel entire order and process remaining refund; confirmed the remaining refund would be received in 3 business days - 12/22/2020 – Samsung e-commerce team confirmed full order will be cancelled (new ticket) - 12/24/2020 – Samsung e-commerce team confirmed full order will be cancelled and requested a manual refund (new ticket) - 12/27/2020 – Email from Samsung stating that since it’s been 30 days since the order was placed, the order can be cancelled - 12/28/2020 – Samsung e-commerce team claimed the order is with the fulfillment team and can’t be cancelled (new ticket) - 12/29/2020 – Samsung e-commerce team submitted ticket (new ticket) to cancel the order with the Samsung fulfillment team - 12/30/2020 – Samsung e-commerce team submitted ticket (new ticket) to cancel the order with the Samsung fulfillment team - 12/30/2020 – Initiated a claim through PayPal dispute the charge and receive a refund through Paypal’s Buyer Protection Plan - 1/1/2021 – Received email confirmation that order was finally cancelled; no information about any refund amount - 1/2/2021 – Samsung e-commerce team claimed refund was already processed on 12/21 (not the case – this was only the first partial refund); Samsung e-commerce team had to request a “manual” refund (new ticket) - 1/4/2020 – Samsung e-commerce team claimed full refund is being processed (new ticket) - 1/5/2020 – Samsung e-commerce team shows no active tickets and claims PayPal can’t accept the refund (not the case as I contacted PayPal before – of course PayPal can accept refunds); Samsung e-commerce team to initiate the manual refund request which will take 3-5 business days to complete
