I love Samsung just one tiny problem. When I text and use "L" and "i" they both look the same. Can you make it so that the i uppercase has lines over it? So I can tell the difference

I have had to speak to 4 customer service agents who still could not get it right and validate the warranty I have with my phone. This is despite sending in my bill of sale 3 separate times. It is horrible customer service. The representatives don't listen and pretend not to understand them. I have been a lifelong subscriber to Samsung phones, but I've reached my limit. It's IPhone for me. This company is horrendous. I would give it a negative score if I could.

Rude customer service got phone without the factory installed screen protector they are blaming me. Send phone to get fixed all they did was replace the screen and told me I have to pay to get the screen protector put on 1 800 Samsung can bite me get better customer service if I didn't hate the I phone I would switch

I SENT MY PHONE (SAMSUNG FOLD3) FOR REPAIRS 3WEEEKS LATER I AM STILL WITHOUT A PHONE/REFUND. I ONLY HAD MY PHONE NOT EVEN A COUPLE MONTHS. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My Samsung TU8000 TV broke after less than 14 months. I was told it needed a new motherboard and that it would be better to replace than repair. Two weeks after my initial complaint and after being offered $352 on an E coupon I still don't have anything! Their customer service is AWFUL! I will NEVER buy another Samsung product!

Tried to cancel order that was a week away from being shipped. Unable to cancel for refund, customer service advised to ship back for refund for item that was not even shipped to me in the first place, dont understand the policy.

Purchased a new Samsung flip phone compatible with Verizon (my provider) directly from Samsung because they my color chose and had a special, that included galaxy ear buds2 at no additional fee! I thought I was getting a great deal until I found that my new phone will NOT connect to the wi-fi calling feature, after visiting a Verizon store with my phone in hand, I was told to contact the Co. that I purchased the phone from, which was Samsung. So I did just that only to be told 'Send everything back to us, including the earbuds and we will refund you within 10 days, then you can, if you want purchase another phone with us but we will not honor the original promotion that you received' Unbelievable! I was told it was factory default and they will not honor the original purchase special???

Very bad service from service center in bilaspur C. G. The Company had poor policies of changing parts. Very High rates of parts if you buy any mobile from Samsung. Do not buy any Samsung phone. Better stay without a phone but do not buy Samsung. This is an honest Review. I can show you proofs if anyone needs. Thanks

Purchase a samsung S21+ via samsung.com on a 2 year contract with Three. After only 2/3 months my phone has started to restart itself and freeze. Done everything advised, cleared cache, deep cleaning and factory reset, still doing it. Now been told to send for repair, which could take up to 10 days. Nothing else they will do. So only 3 months in to the contract I have a faulty phone, which is going off for repair rather than replacing and now I'm left without the phone I am still paying for. I feel trapped into a contract, and Samsung are abusing this position. Statutory rights count for nothing, very disappointed and not the service I expected. I wish I had never gone to Samsung and won't advise my friends to either. To be left without my phone & a 3 month old phone being repaired is totally unacceptable.

Customer service is miserable. On line chat takes forever and they never folliwed through on the assigned service request. Still trying to get an appliance fuxed after 2 weeks of dealing with customer service. Will never buy another samsung product.

£800 washing machine, five months old develops a fault, drum fails and water leaking from the machine. Repaired but the water leak was still happening. Samsung not answering their phone, nor on live chat. Go via social media who after literally several hours of repeating myself said they would pass me to another person who will contact me. Well they did exactly that today; apart from I could barely understand them, they were calling up to pass me to another dept ... WHAT??? After several hours yesterday of being ignored and passed from pillar to post, I did lose it a tad and told them to stop being so awkward that I was not an engineer and unfortunately could not diagnose the fault for them or repair it, so they had better send out an engineer as it should take one phone call, one, not several. I hung up. Now emailed the CEO and see what happens. Their customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced. Their products tend to be good, expect this heap of junk I have, having dishwasher/freezer and tumble also Samsung but please think twice before purchasing one as when it goes wrong, they do not want to honour the legally binding agreement that you have with them. The UK President ignores you, is it any wonder the staff do the same?

I purchased a Samsung range and brought it home 3 weeks ago. Disposed of the old range, converted to propane, slid the range in, hooked up propane, plugged it in and turned the top burners on. Well, the right side has a 6 inch flame, the left side has nothing. We are now in our 3rd week trying to get a Samsung technician to fix our range. I've talked to their service/warranty dept on the phone 4 times now and we're still without a range. I always get the same story, excuses, etc. I only want my range fixed Samsung or come and get it, give me my money back and I'll buy a real one that works. Our to their very poor customer service, I will never own another Samsung product.! I've filled out the reviews 3 times now and no response.

I purchased microwave and oven combo and when I use the cleaning for the first time, it burn new cabinets. I Contact Samsung and their response is with no evidence the unit is installed incorrectly. The cabinets was built to their specifications. Very poor customer service.

My order was placed on 1 of December 2021 after 2 months waiting still no idea when I'm getting it, call multiple time most of the time they hand out or they just tell me they don't idea what's going on with my order, didn't know Samsung as a company was this bad. DON'T BUY IT FROM SAMSUNG YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Pre-ordered the S22 Ultra and wanted to cancel the order 1hr after the order place and they did not allow it. I selected a red colour and apparently it is a customised colour and they said NO REFUND. If the selected colour is stopping people from getting refund then they should say it next to the colour selection, instead they put it in the PDS which no one reads. I would have never order the red colour if they take away my order cancellation rights. Call/email to the support and no response. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

There was no option to redeem the 400 airmiles on the 2 s22s I just ordered. Spent 4 hours waiting for tech support. Spent another hour on chat with about 10-15 minutes between every response from the Rep. Told to cancel my order and reorder and the option would be there. Cancelled order...went through step by step and sent screenshots to the Rep to show that there was no option for airmiles. Told to keep going with the order step after step (each step took ten minutes due to the delayed responses). After another hour, ordered another phone and still no airmiles. The Rep then asked me for all of the same information he already had, as if he had no idea we were talking for well over an hour. Got frustrated, ended chat. Tried again later, but ordered from mg phone instead of the website and the airmiles option was there, so I contacted chat to cancel my other order and explain how I managed to fix it. Chat was unapologetic, didn't acknowledfe anything I said, and used the opportunity to instead try to sell me a charger and headphones for the new phone. Love Samsung products, but customer service is awful, and I had to spend a total of about 6-7 hours on tech support to resolve an issue related to a glitch in their ordering process, which I had to resolve the issue myself and then still contact support because there was no option to cancel the order myself online. Unhappy with the experience overall. Not a way to treat two loyal customers who are trying to pre-order your flagship devices.

Horrible customer service… These people should be a shame of how they treat people… I wanted to speak to a representative and all they was doing was transferring me to different people… clearly nobody knew what they was doing. When I finally spoke to someone they were unable to help me out…got tired of being shuffled around and just hung up… now I have an item I don’t use all because the employees at Samsung don’t seem to know what they are doing….

Absolutely awful support. If you call and request a call back, Samsung says it will do so, but NEVER calls back! You're pretty much limited to trying to get an answer by text/chat, which is frustrating because the representative can't understand the issue (which is easy to explain by telephone). While the tablet may be good, this inability to talk to someone at Samsung will cause me to return it to costco, and buy an ipad instead, where at least I know I can bring it to an Apple store for help if there are problems. I have wasted--literally-hours trying to get samsung to honor its promise to return the service request phone calls and messages I have left. Enough is enough. This service is awful, simply awful

During Sept/Oct 2020 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S laptop directly from Samsung's website. During December 2021 the computer mysteriously stopped working. The computer was undamaged, had never been outdoors, etc. After an unacceptable amount of time on the phone with Samsung "customer service, " I was directed to send my computer to Samsung's service vender, Total Tech Solutions in New Jersey. The mother board was replaced, and the computer was checked out and repairs were completed on January 5, 2022. Since I received the computer back from the vendor it has been unreliable, often taking hours to boot up/power up after being shut down. I resorted to charging the battery to full capacity and leaving the computer in sleep mode over night or when not in use so that I could start it up again. Recently it started booting up after being shut down, until today 2/11/22. Once again it has mysteriously stopped working. Once again i spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with Samsung "customer service" with no results. I was promised a return phone call from a supervisor which has yet to occur. I almost bought an Apple laptop instead of the Samsung, and now I wish that I had. I'm typing this on a ten plus year old Apple MacBook that we bought my daughter when she was in high school. It's old, been almost around the world, and never misses a beat. My Samsung computer was a waste of money, and I'll never buy another Samsung product.
