I have never experienced such horrible customer service! We have a three year old tv whose remote has stopped working and samsung is refusing to do anything to help with a new remote. All they keep saying is to purchase a new one for $73! That price is insane for an item that should last the life of the tv! We will be thinking twice before purchasing from Samsung again in the future! I would have expected much better customer service from such a well known company!

Never ever ever order anything from samsung online store. Their staff is never helpful , they never compensate you , and show you the longest route to solve your problem. Its been a month that i am chasing my orders and also facing countless errors. Hate this kind of service and never expected this from such a big company like SAMSUNG. this is the last time i have ever ordered something from samsung. I rather pay extra to the APPLE and receive a good service. Promotional offer never arrived. Item came with no adapter. They never apologise. And never understand your frustration. Long delays Long waiting time to receive any promotion offers. Long waiting time to receive any refund. Promotion offer department never answer the call. Overall very very very poor service.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever delt with!!! They do not care and will not stand behind their products. Ordered a washer, paid for delivery, installation and removal of old washer. The contractors they sent out, dropped it off. we opened it and it was dented. They will not honor the damaged product. The customer service reps hang up on me when I try to call, and now it's been after 15 days and they won't do anything.... would never buy a thing from them again... WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have several Samsung Products. 3 phones, washer and dryer, refrigerator. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I bought the first Note that ever came out and have done business with ever since. But the past few days have been a nightmare. My last Samsung purchase was the Samsung Flip z3 phone and on Sunday when I went to open it there was a large crease at the fold of the phone and resolution pushing up to the upper screen. I called Samsung as the phone is under warranty and this is what happened. First the warranty department sent me back to ATT so they could confirm that there was no water intrusion. When I got to ATT after a 1.5 hour wait I was told that they do not do that and that Samsung should have never sent me to them. I go back home and call Samsung again and they tell me that they are sorry but that I should have been told to go to a UBreakit store front with a ticket number and they would confirm the "no water intrusion" . After another hour wait at their store they confirmed that their was no water intrusion and that this is a common problem with that type of folding phone from Samsung. I go back home now and call Samsung AGAIN and this time I am on the phone for 1 hour and 13 minutes at which point I just hung up because I wouldn't have been able to speak to anyone over the crying that I was experiencing. So once I composed myself I called Samsung complaint department and I get some guy that could barely hear me because his dog was barking in the back ground. I am so upset and appalled at the manner I have been treated by Samsung. It has been disheartening and un-professional. Hopefully this post reaches someone at Samsung that can help me.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. We purchased a monitor that arrived late February. Shortly there after it developed a defect, and at the request of Samsung it was returned to them for repair. It was repaired, and shipped back to us and arrived totally damaged and unusable. I have spent over three weeks, with no resolution, trying to get the monitor replaced, or at minimum an update to when this will occur, with no success. Great monitor, non existent customer service.

After two long phone calls to Samsung customer care, obviously overseas call centre, I am very disappointed with the outcome. No back up service on my complaint about my broken ceramic turntable on my 4 month old Microwave. It spontaneously cracked and broke in two pieces when the microwave was being used. I explained that it was probably faulty to begin with, as we had only used the microwave for a few times. I felt like they just kept me hanging for weeks with a reply, after promising to get back to me in two working days. It took me a second call to them to find out their reply and again was put on waiting, while they pretended to reassess my complaint. Would suggest to anyone thinking of purchasing a Samsung microwave to think carefully about their lack of support, when something goes wrong with the product. I will never buy a Samsung product again, especially after reading other peoples reviews about their lack of care to their customers.

I have had an issue with an active samsung watch, the back fell off and burnt my skin and I called samsung to get the watch replaced. They have lied to me, ignored me, I sent my watch in and they have no idea where it is. This company is not professional at all and do not care about the consumers. They are such a big company, that taking care of the situation is not their prioity. I have owed samsung everything but I will no longer do this

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I purchased a (not cheap) Fold 3 in September of 2021 through AT&T. I was having issues every time I updated the phone. The phone would get stuck for hours on end. Aside from the updates the phone worked perfectly. I walked into AT&T and explained what was occurring. They checked my phone and they stated that the phone was in perfect condition (never damaged). It was clearly a malfunction with the phone. I shipped the phone to Samsung after calling and speaking to a representative (still under warranty). Today I called to follow up and Samsung stated that I owed $500+ for the "repairs" because the phone was damaged and the screen needed to be repaired?! What physical damage? The representative was rude and didn't care when I questioned how it was possible that the phone was never dropped or smashed in any way. I am NEVER purchasing another Samsung product again. Lost a loyal customer that stuck around for 13+ years.

This has been the WORST customer service ever. I own a g flip the screen is peeling away where it folds. I sent pictures and asked if they can repair or replace it. They want me to send my phone in with no loaner or pay for a repair 2 hours been trying to get them to understand even sent pics. Used live chat and over the phone.

False representation. Be careful while buying appliances with Samsung. When you purchase a refrigerator they advertise you get a 8.9 pi3 freezer and this is false. You cannot use your freezer fully since the only way you can do so is by buying an optionnal drawer to attach to the door. The customer service is horrible. I was a loyal Samsung client, but rest assured this is the last time i buy appliances from them. Im sad to have figured this out after ordering 5 new samsung appliances.

All my kitchen appliances are Samsung. Never again! I will make sure that won’t happen again, to me, or my family nor my friends. My fridge is only 7 years and very expensive model. (Ice & water dispenser front door, French doors, stainless steel look, model #RF28HFEDBSR year 2014), with a sticker on the front saying 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE DIGITAL INVERTER COMPRESSOR. SAMSUNG CANADA HAS A MONOPOLY. In order to get the part you have to use their Technicians companies. They cost $800 to repair including the free part. The part can break at any time after you install it. Samsung is contaminating the planet with junk. If we have to throw out every 6 to 7 years, we are polluting our planet and waistline money. The government has also a monopoly, the more we buy the more taxes they charge. If they would be honest and responsable they wouldn’t allow these.The government is doing absolutely nothing to change this issue, I have been reading reviews during the past years and they are all saying the same. Governments talk about charging us more carbon tax and go green, and not penalizing these giant companies for their wrong doing. The fridge now sounds like a lawnmower and I am forced to go out and get a new one. Shame on Samsung as well as our careless and corrupted governments.

Terrible, customer relations ,would not come out to fix my tv , for 2 months so I got a new one ,don't expect no warranty repair with Samsung they don't hold true to their TVs.

Calling Samsung and getting help for warranty service for a cell phone is just as bad as calling Microsoft. They have Indians that don’t listen and have short term memory loss. And you get to stay on hold for over an hour for something that should only take ten minutes to do. Worst service award goes to Samsung. Their products and service sucks.

Samsung supplied me with a faulty s22+, so i contacted support... The 'expert' didn't know the difference between refund and replacement. Has said I get no compensation for samsung supplying a faulty product on my mobile contract. When I want to complain says I have to call the support line, and when I ask which option to use (as most just refer to a help page) she ended the chat. Nice, samsung.

Do not buy the samsung z3 fold,the phone only last me 3 month less then 100 fold and the midlle creen already split in half and i bring to the local samsung service they told me yeah the phone is defect i just have to send in for them to fix it if they cant fix they will replace a new one but after i send in they said the phone have no warranty and i have to pay for the service.I am very upset after spending 2k and the phone only last 3 month so this is my honest review to whoever want to buy the z3 fold think about it and take my lesson for it

Worst Customer service ever. Ordered phone that got lost in transit and they did not even honor the same deal. I had good trade-in discount and Rakuten cashback which they did not match. I lost on a very good deal for not my fault. Their customer service reps are the worst. Every representative tells you a different story. PLEASE DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS FROM SAMSUNG.COM

Big Scam! I pre-ordered S22 on 13th of February to only receive the phone on the 20th March. I opted to trade-in my old device but Samsung locked the handset by the 29th March and it has been locked till today in spite of cancelling the trade-in and settling the remaining balance. During the last 3 months, I contacted customer service every day or every other day to resolve the issue, but until now I am unable to use the phone that I fully paid for! I do not even know if the new phone is in working or has issue as it has been sitting in its packaging since 20th March! Simply horrible
