dual sim is not being registered. Does not show sim manager in connections area. Contacted online support, beat around the bush for nearly ONE HOUR only to discuss the size and fixing of sim card,even though whole issue was explained in first instance.

I had only bought a TV from Samsung before but recently I made the BIG MISTAKE to buy a laptop from Samsung. I have had numerous issues with the laptop but what really is TERRIBLE is the customer service. I counted over 10 hours on the phone that I was on hold to try to schedule a repair visit and I was unable to get an appointment. I had never had the chance to talk to a human. You have lost a client for laptops, TVs, appliances phones and any product you produce or will produce! Never again!

Ascurion has scheduled four (4) visits to our home to repair our washer. The repair man has yet to come to our home, and have yet to notify us that they were not coming to our home. My husband has spent four (4) afternoons awaiting a person, a phone call, ANY sign that our appointments and repeated calls have been taken seriously. It is now four (4) weeks since we contacted Samsung for assistance, and we are convinced that Ascurion is incapable to put two parts on the same truck as a knowledgeable service professional and repair our washing machine. I have never seen such poor customer service.

Samsung is not issuing my refund they promised me for $426.50. They have all the records. I made multiple calls and sent so many emails. Customer care people tells me that someone will give me a call. No one called. They only send email about what time to call and I replied to every email but no one calls. Very BAD Samsung, can't expect this from you.

i have been a long term Samsung Customer and have bought many many items over the years and have used the Samsung Galaxy since it was first released. I had ordered a new device via your UK division as i was in London (from London) as i always use a Dual SIM device. To say the process was painful is an understatement, i have been lied to, my data has been misused under Data Privacy Law, i have been defrauded by Samsung UK who have not refunded me my money that i paid upfront. The Samsunk UK customer service experience is an absolute disgrace, nobody cares, 8 different people have sent unintelligible replies and the chat helpline is full of educationally deprived people who do not even understand your own product! After so many years supporting your Comoany and products i am now forced to enter a leagl class action for Fraud, Misrepresentation, Data Privacy breaches under GDPR and likely more. All because nobody wants to resolve the most basic of issues. I respectfully write this as someone who also runs a very big service business and would fire every person responsible for totally demonsing your Brand!!

I ordered a soundbar through Samsung's online store. They gave me a long delivery date so I accepted as it was a present which fell on the same as the birthday. The item did not arrive on the day as promised so I bought another unit from JB Hifi and cancelled the online order. I was promised a refund within 5-10 days but nothing came through. I called to enquire and kept getting the run around. Its almost 2 months now and still no refund and still getting the run around. My advice is DO NOT buy from Samsung. They have customer support team who constantly lie and don't take accountability

My appliances were supposed to be delivered on 5/21 between 8am and 8pm. They did not arrive. The third party carrier will answer no phone or chats. Called Samsung, they provided broken links to another division that deals with the product once its shipped. Again...nothing. No return calls, no accountability and seem very uninterested to find my 5K worth of appliances. I hope the product when and if it arrives is decent as their customer service merely reads scripts, constantly apologizes but does nothing to fix the issue.

Samsung Dishwasher DW80R2031 sucks!!!!! This Brand New dishwasher started leaking in week 1, from the bottom corner of the door. The repair svc company was located 2 hrs away from the local store we purchased the dishwasher at. The initial svc repair was scheduled 8 days after our call. The repairman had a different svc appt time than we had been given, and he went to the wrong address. After he "fixed" the dishwasher....by taking out one of the 2 securing brackets - cause he said it was "too close to the side of the cabinet" - he reinstalled the one bracket in a diff location under our cabinet and left a portion of the bracket stilling out from under our cabinet. The dishwasher leaked again. We called for service....again, they changed the svc appt time to a time range later than we had been told. This time my husband saw the repairman "poking" the seal back into place. He left, we ran the dishwasher....it leaked. 3rd repair call.............person for the 3rd time, changed the svc time range to an hour later.....then texted to say he was running 1.5 hrs later than that. He showed up at our home at 8:40PM....after he had again went to the wrong address. He was in our kitchen until 11:35PM when we finally asked him to leave. He said he found nothing wrong with the dishwasher...yet the seal had again been "poked back in".... Samsung is going by the repairman's statement that the dishwasher is working......hummmmmmm This dishwasher is a lemon. The repairman are logging time and visits while not actually fixing this BRAND NEW and leaking dishwasher and while costing a paying customer days off work, not sticking to the scheduled appt time and simply wasting our time. Do NOT waste your money on a Samsung brand!!

Send my Samsung a51 phone back for repair as it was overheating and wouldn't come back on and they said my motherboard was bent and it wouldn't be covered by warranty funny that how I've never dropped it as u can tell that there's no scratches and it would cost me 234pound to repair which is more expensive so buy a brand new one I won't be buying one of samsung again shame really that u treat your loyal customers like that.

I would give you 0 stars if I could. You forced an update onto my brand new phone and it hasn't worked properly since. I tried your chat feature and they asked for a credit card. I dm on Twitter and no answer. My phone is sluggish and half the apps don't work now. It's only a month old.I will never buy another Samsung product.

I bought A53 5G and got call out hang problem. Send for servicing at Plaza Singapura Centre, first staff told me should use 4G as 5G is not stable in Singapore, was told I got so many phones with 4G and 5G and never got the issue. After accepted my phone the next day I was told phone is ready for collection. The second service staff told me the phone is ok after main board was replaced with a new one. After I back and found the problem remains and the parts kept the same IMEI number.

2nd Feb, my partner and I purchased a tv from samsung. 2 months of backwards and forwards calls to find out where our product was without any successes. We filled for a refund on March 23rd. It's been 2 months now and no refund and they won't give us any information. That have literally taken monwy without any product and no refund. Its blantant Robbery. We have just started a case with consumer affairs as we are left with no option.

The lady who helped me she was very helpful and well customer oriented person. She explained everything about the phone without any pressures. I will refer her to all my friends. I myself I will be back to all my Samsung needs.

have never in my life dealt with such horrific customer Service. We bought a fridge that had issues with its ice maker from day 1. They sent a tech out who "fixed" it and now 3yrs later we're still stuck with an expensive fridge that still doesn't make ice and now drips water all over our floors. Huge slipping hazard but they're not willing to stand behind their product and fix it once again. Absolutely terrible product and customer service.

Samsung use fedex for delivery which is one the worst company to deal with . After calling several time to samsung my phone still sits at fedex facility. Whenever i call samsung put me on hold and they come up with lie and keep telling me fedex will deliver my phone this evening or tomorrow by this time.both are liars.

I myself vikas agrawal registered my service complain about my 845 litres refrigerator for cooling issues on Samsung customer care. They told me for engineer to visit on same day , but not it has been more then 72 hours and not a single person or engineer contacted me till now. It’s very hot now days and I am really concerned about it. Now you tell why should I buy any Samsung product in the future. Complain have been registered from my registered mobile number 9897623909.

Short story long, bought a 15 meter one connect cable for the frame TV from Samsung online for $399 plus tax. Was doing a renovation and left the cable with the contractor. Sat on his desk for 2 to 3 weeks until the installation could begin to run a conduit behind the wall for the TV. Then discovered when the TV was delivered that the one connect cable was not compatible which was clearly not emphasized on their website. Apparently it was only compatible with 2018 frame TV models??? Called Samsung to return the cable but because it was more than 15 days they would have to forward it for review. Said they’d get back to me in 24 to 48 hours which they didn’t. I had a ticket number which I quoted to the person I called over a week later. He was clearly a moron as he claimed the ticket number was two digits short I’m transferred me to the parts department who didn’t understand why I was transferred to them??? Called back again spoke to a woman who took the ticket number and then basically said their home delivery team denied a refund. So now I’m stuck with this one connect cable and I’m out $450 including tax. Samsung can go screw themselves. I will never buy another Samsung product ever again. What do you expect when you’re talking to someone halfway around the world. She wouldn’t even admit what country I was calling as it wasn’t their policy to give out that information. Dealing with them over the phone was beyond frustrating. I only wish I could give them zero stars.

Straight garbage company full of morons. Horrible customer support, horrible products, overall a trash experience. Do not recommend to anybody. Get an iphone or an LG OLED.
