"Never buy samsung" Samsung has the most useless customer service and products. I bought a new phone and it came broken out of the box and samsung just get tossing me around from department to department and 5 different best buys. After 3 months when we got the phone back it had new faults. And then again they start doing the same stuff sending me from department to department. Just Never buy samsung ever.

27-09-2021 Service Engineers visited my home for Air Conditioning Servicing they Shifted my AC Unit from hall to bedroom and charged 3500Rs without providing us the receipt means black money is made by your employees(Praveen Pandey-9004835845) under the name of SAMSUNG INDIA Servicing Issues: Please hire good Service Engineers having good morale and dignity towards work. During the above servicing the Praveen Pandey Samsung employee made a fitting problem because of which the entire Refrigerate Gas leaked, then I called the Service Engineer again for third servicing in the month of November 2021. The Service Engineer filled the Refrigerant Gas in my Air Conditioning unit, after 2 days I called him again for Refrigerant Gas Leak, but he wont inspected properly. When the new Samsung Engineer visited to our home and inspected AC Unit he found the Gas was Leaking. So, the ethics of Service Engineer of Samsung tells us that "First the Service Engineer Destroys our AC Unit by Leaking Refrigerant Gases and then making money by refilling the Refrigerant Gas. This is your Company Business Strategy and making money in unethical ways.

I ordered a tablet and was not told it would be delivered 2 months later. I am moving away from the country and won't be able to receive it. I contacted the support many times to cancel my order and never managed to talk to them.

If I could give minus stars I would I purchased a pair of wireless sport/running headphones for my husband for Christmas. Due to us both getting covid they remained unused until he felt better but we were initially also unsure as to whether they were charging properly but decided to test this a couple of times before getting in touch with Samsung thinking we were doing due diligence and being reasonable. It turned out there was a problem as they wouldn't hold charge and the battery would drain while turned off. Unfortunately by the time we had decided for sure they didn't work properly it was day 22 since purchasing, taking us out of the 21 day returns policy (which is an absolutely immoral period for electronics and not clearly mentioned when purchasing) When I contacted customer services the first response was 'Well if you knew they were broken why did you not return them within 21 days' I was then passed from rude accusatory chav to other rude chavs, back a forth for days, I got passed around and told to call different numbers, who told me to call different numbers. The process was so mind damagingly frustrating I thought I'd just give up and let them keep my £100 so I could piece my head back together I ended up getting in touch with AKG who offered to look at the headphones, confirmed they did not work so sent out a replacement. So in the end another company helped me out

Please do not get taken in by Samsung's cashback promotions - it is an absolute con and they make it so difficult to claim and put ridiculous time barriers in the way. Having spent over £2000 with them on 15th December I still have not received my cash back and according to their rules it takes them 45 days to verify an email!! IT IS A CON do not trust them, save yourself the time and energy and by another brand - any other brand - Samsung you should be embarrassed by this dishonest promotion

Do not purchase unless you're ready to be lied to! I ordered on the 8th with a delivery date on the 15th. I get an emailing stating my delivery date is the 29th. 2 weeks later!!! My phone does not function properly due to a cracked screen and i was lied to about the delivery date. I am moving and will not be at the address im currently at! They said they cant chane the address. DONT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE.. Done with Samsung

Purchased smart tv with Samsung sound bar 2 years ago. The picture is very good. Internal TV speakers are small so the tone is not very good. Very easy to get setup and the remote and sound bar integration is good. The sound bar has plenty of volume, but getting the tone just right for separating the speakers from the background music on movies and tv programs has been challenging. Also, it is difficult to get the audio and video synced up on live streaming programs. The most recent problem is the synchronization of the TV clock with The Hulu TVGuide which began when we changed to a new internet service. The TV has chosen the Eastern time zone and we live in the Central time zone. Their support team couldn’t help me get it fixed. They recommended sending out a technician, but because it is a little out of warranty, that would be at my expense, so I declined. This seems like a software problem since all other functions work just fine. The telephone support tried for a couple of hours to get the time corrected but could not. It is a considerable annoyance, but not a real problem. I probably won’t buy Samsung again.

I placed several appliance orders and got delivery dates.. Then the first one was delayed. OK, I'm a big fan of Samsung and I have dealing with them for thousands of items annually... Before placing my second order I confirmed inventory and delivery. That day comes and suddenly they have no inventory and delivery date becomes unknown. Time to cancel pending orders and move on to LG or some more honest appliance provider.

I purchase a washer on Mar 5.2022 for $848.56, They were suppose to deliver it on March 9. 2022 but they have not done so. I called SAMSUNG numerous times and also SAMSUNG local XBO shipping company numerous time but they are kept delaying my shipping. I took off from work on march 9th to be home to receive the delivery but know one showed up. On March 8 2022 i got call from XBO which is delivery team of SAMSUNG and told me that they will be here on the 9th but NO one showed up. I am so tried of calling both companies and very upset and frustrated and SAMSUNG stated that they cannot cancel my order because its already in the shipping process. I requested on last Monday march 7th to SAMSUNG team member to speak to supervisor. the guy said supervisor will call me in 24-48hrs and no one called me from SAMSUNG. and every-time i call them I speak to new representative from customer service and i have to repeat the same information I even paid for installation and haul away old unit (washer) i am very upset. also I spoke to Elizabeth, Yen, Charles, Marvs from their resolution team from shipping company called XBO something like that. and no one is responding to me. I called Samsung so many times and they kept transferring me and tell me that someone will call me but no one called me.

Regret buying a Samsung kitchen appliances suite. The after-sales customer support is terrible. I was trying to get a missing part for my new range. I told Samsung Parts what I needed and that I would pay for it. It’s been 2 months since Samsung Support acknowledged my initial request. No response from them despite weekly follow ups I have made. I reached out to Frigidaire to see if they have a similar part and they have supplied a similar universal part I can adapt to my range to fix it. I wish I had bought Frigidaire brand and not Samsung.

Simply frightful service. Bought a Samsum7FE tablet, and a month later, it was dropped and needed a replacement screen. Called Samsung stores seven times, no one answered. wend to the Toronto Yorkdale store and stood in line, while several other customers stepped in front of me. when I asked I was told I had to 'check in'. There was no sign or instruction to do that anywhere, so I found a representative to check in. Waited another long time, to find out that to pick it up later I would have to 'check in' and weekends, waits could be hours. Samsung is all about sales, not service, and reading the other threads, it is clearly a systemic cultural corporate problem. Until Samsung fixes the culture gives this company a wide berth and go somehwere else.

I had a note8 for years and successfully used my galaxy 4 watch. Because carriers are switching to 5g I updated my device to a note20. The new Samsung system changes require a Samsung log in account a huge suite of UN-INSTALLABLE apps and over reaching permissions. As such my watch no longer connects and I have spent 4 days on the phone with horrible customer service with NO resolution. I am disappointed and dissatisfied and disgusted. These products are over priced to begin with then consumer is over marketed and tracked. I am no longer a Samsung fan. Won't buy cell phones or appliances going forward.

I was assured by the sales team (after ages of waiting) that the laptop, flip phone and monitor would all link seamlessly. They don't! Whilst the laptop and flip are fine on their own there is no point in a monitor that can't connect (not bluetooth, and the cable is HDMI, which doesn't fit the laptop's USB C port!!!). The monitor lasted 1/2 an hour before going to the dump- too painful to try to get a return to Samsung. Not going to Samsung again!

I spend $1740 on mobile, $249 on the swap program, and $129 for swap requests, a Total of $2118 on Samsung S20 ultra. When I request the swap device, they deliver me a mobile whose camera was not working. Not one time, 2 times. I called Samsung, no one receive the call. Samsung store told me they don’t look at the matter and contacted Samsung care plus. Samsung care plus told me they don’t look at the matter so contact 3rd party (don’t remember the name). I requested the Samsung store if they can send mail to Samsung care plus and put me on CC in the mail. He confirmed that my mobile camera is not working but refused to put me on CC in emails. After calling in so many numbers. Dan from Samsung care plus told me to send the mobile back and they will send me another one. I requested them if I can get my mobile swapped that day only, even I was ready to drive 3 to 4 hours as well because my current mobile has some call issue and I work through my mobile. He said “NO”. They deliver me another mobile but again its camera was not working properly. I called Samsung care plus. Dan told me to go to the Samsung store if there are any problems with the settings. I told him; I already checked all the settings, but he insisted I go to the Samsung store. So, again I visited the Samsung store, the guy from the Samsung store told me, yes there is a problem with the camera, and he sent me a mail. I waited outside the Samsung store and called Samsung care plus, one lady picks up the call and said Dan will call me back in 30 mins. I waited no one called me back. So, I called them again, but the line was busy. I called again and Dan put me on hold again and again. During the whole process, I called so many agents so many times. Explained my problem each time. They put me on hold. I Visited the Samsung store thrice. Still, the problem is not solved. I am very disappointed with the service provided by my Samsung. I requested a refund. In reply Dan told me there are terms and conditions for canceling the Samsung care plus program and I can put the feedback in the system and after 4 to 5 days, someone will reply to me. How can terms and conditions apply when it’s your fault? I already informed you how urgent I need a mobile and it’s not my fault and still, I have to wait to days just for the reply. WOW And the guy who sold me the mobile told me I will get NEW mobile and in the same color. So, I was misinformed as well. I asked him if I can talk to his manager. He told me I will get a call from my supervisor within 30 mins. AND GUESS WHAT I HAVEN’T GOT ANY CALL FROM THEM. PATHETIC SERVICE. So much of my time and money was wasted because of this. Traveling to Samsung stores, and Australian post for sending the faulty mobile back and calling in so many numbers and telling the same things again and again. I’m so frustrated with all this. Nothing has given me this much headache in my life. My previous mobile has a call issue. I use my mobile for work, so I need to buy a mobile urgently. I don’t want a Samsung mobile because I don’t like the service at all, So, I would like to request you to refund me in full $2118 urgently. I would appreciate your feedback as soon as possible

Pre-Ordered the New 22 Ultra on 23/02/22 paid for it and chose the 9/3/22 as the delivery date as I knew I'd be home from work for 4 days. Delivery date arrived checked the online tracker, still processing. Rang customer services to be told its on our system to be delivered by 8pm!! 8pm came and went so back online with a live chat only to be told wait another 24-48 hours which is no good as will be back to work for another 4 months. If they can't deliver on time they shouldn't promise delivery on your specified date. I hate iPhone but I'm seriously considering cancelling my order and getting one. C'mon Samsung get your act together!!

Samsung's customer service is awful! It is amazing that a company that makes decent products has dedicated NO time to improving its service department. In addition, Samsung Care Plus is a joke! When using it, you get the runaround by their Barbaric-style employees who are only concerned about the TV show playing in the background. One other thing it is NOT Acceptable to speak in "slang I street language when you are dealing with customers! It is perceived as RACIST and unprofessional. At this point, I will NEVER buy another product from this company. This is gone uncorrected for too long. Hello Apple!!!

Samsung There was a fault with my Z FOLD3, I sent it back to Samsung. I had to chase what was going on with my phone. I was told a replacement would be sent as the screen as the film screen protector cannot be fixed. After being misinformed on the time scales on the repairs. I had to wait another 10 to 14 days for the replacement. I called today to ask when I could expect my replacement? Now I have been told Samsung don't have my model (Samsung galaxy fold 3 512gb) in stock. 🤢🤬. How could you not have this model when you are selling it online, on your store? Could I get a refund? Yes that will take 10 to 14 days more but you need to call back tomorrow 👏 I am sick of calling Samsung, over and over again. I can't even get my money back to get a replacement 😒

I had horrible experience with Samsung. Last June I bought dishwasher. It was working till 4 months ago. I called and I was told the technician will come to fix it. After a month he came and saw my new dysfunctional dishwasher. He came back few days later and changed one part and it didn't work. I called back Samsung and I was told they would change another part. It is been 4 months , the technician come and each time try to change one more part. I am working and I can't stay at home. I was told the would change the dishwasher . The Samsung play with me and I am really frustrated. I said to my friend just do not buy Samsung. Product is made cheap and guarantee is useless.
