Calling Samsung and getting help for warranty service for a cell phone is just as bad as calling Microsoft. They have Indians that don’t listen and have short term memory loss. And you get to stay on hold for over an hour for something that should only take ten minutes to do. Worst service award goes to Samsung. Their products and service sucks.

Samsung supplied me with a faulty s22+, so i contacted support... The 'expert' didn't know the difference between refund and replacement. Has said I get no compensation for samsung supplying a faulty product on my mobile contract. When I want to complain says I have to call the support line, and when I ask which option to use (as most just refer to a help page) she ended the chat. Nice, samsung.

Do not buy the samsung z3 fold,the phone only last me 3 month less then 100 fold and the midlle creen already split in half and i bring to the local samsung service they told me yeah the phone is defect i just have to send in for them to fix it if they cant fix they will replace a new one but after i send in they said the phone have no warranty and i have to pay for the service.I am very upset after spending 2k and the phone only last 3 month so this is my honest review to whoever want to buy the z3 fold think about it and take my lesson for it

Worst Customer service ever. Ordered phone that got lost in transit and they did not even honor the same deal. I had good trade-in discount and Rakuten cashback which they did not match. I lost on a very good deal for not my fault. Their customer service reps are the worst. Every representative tells you a different story. PLEASE DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS FROM SAMSUNG.COM

Big Scam! I pre-ordered S22 on 13th of February to only receive the phone on the 20th March. I opted to trade-in my old device but Samsung locked the handset by the 29th March and it has been locked till today in spite of cancelling the trade-in and settling the remaining balance. During the last 3 months, I contacted customer service every day or every other day to resolve the issue, but until now I am unable to use the phone that I fully paid for! I do not even know if the new phone is in working or has issue as it has been sitting in its packaging since 20th March! Simply horrible

ZERO! They do not deserve a 1! Within a year, a cement bolt that holds the washer drum to a bracket broke. Before we were aware of the break, this horrendous banging occurred. We called Samsung Warranty and the guy said it was probably an uneven load. He was disregarding my stating this noise was unbearable. After telling me if they come out and it is nothing and still making me feel like it was nothing, he said we will pay if someone comes out and it is nothing. We were given a local company who was "Samsung certified". What a joke! It all looked like everything was going smoothly until a no-show. We waited all day and I even contacted the company at 11AM (when their scheduled time was 10-12AM) just to ensure someone was coming--no answer. I texted the number they stated to text for a response. No response. I called numerous times. No answer. No response. No reschedule. I called the second wonderful Samsung warranty repair company. An appointment was scheduled. All looked smooth sailing until I decided the next day to see if they had me in their books so I didn't have to wait ANOTHER WEEK for service (I already waited 1 week for the no-show). Nothing! They said I was never scheduled. I called my own service repair. I tried to call Samsung Warranty, and you are on hold forever. So I called my own guy. He came out the next day, found the "Never have seen this before" sheared-off bolt, and redistributed bolts to secure the washer drum. He said it should be fine. He had to take the washer apart and it took several hours as well as configuring himself in a confined laundry room to fix. I spent hours writing corporate Samsung pretty confident they would back me that I went through enough. I spent hours making a detailed report with attachments of the $270 receipt, links to terrible on-line reviews of the warranty companies they refer us to (most saying no-shows or the work wash shotty). I honestly expected with everything we went through they would honor my request. They basically said, "They are a big company and they have rules..." Well that is just WONDERFUL customer care! Prices are up, they are making a bundle on their machines. They care less about the consumer. I wanted a BOSCH; however, with they way of the world today, we live with nothing available anymore. Good on you, Samsung! You proved you are a greedy company who cares less about your quality of your product or your consumers. Warning! NEVER EVER EVER buy an extended warranty. We don't because of this very thing. They make their money with their useless warranties. They take forever, provide shotty workers, and you spend HOURS on the phone. THREE HOURS on the phone just to TRY to get my washer scheduled to be fixed. And then writing a report to try to get $270 back. I don't care about the money, it is the concept that they make it all sound like a wonderful process, when it sucks! No more Samsung washers or dryers for me! And you can gladly give me the sales garbage about being a large company and having your hands tied. It proves you don't stand behind your product.

Further to innumerable follow up & service request, No appropriate response or address on low priced hence poor quality microwave owen as claimed by Samsung service technician Vishnu- All information on recorded lines for proof. Yesterday one of the technician Vishnu+917907349315 cald based on my follow up & said to turn up next week as have shared the invoice copy of my warrantied Microwave owen product. I was communicated that a technician will visit in 24 hrs earlier .. This has been followed sin March 2022 .. He also said that we had bought low priced Samsung Microwave owen hence poor quality to be spoiled in less than 9 months. Also insisted for extended warranty which will cost 1500 for 3 yrs, if the Samsung technician himself say it's low priced hence poor quality, why do samsung offer such products in market to make customers strain & run pillar to post for service or replacement in less than 9 months when the law says white goods are minimum guaranteed to work for 5 yrs atleast .. Is this the way any technician is trained to communicate to customers to spoil the reputation of Samsung's product. Today had tried the toll free customer support to know the status, waiting long , one Ms Sowmya took all information & struggled to respond to finally disconnected the call abruptly. Both technician & customer service are pathetic in so cald Samsung customer support least to say hence brought to your notice & resolution for us to get replacement of your product or return. Request type : Service engineer visit request. Have purchased a microwave oven last year in September 21 which is not working for the past one month hence logged customer service complaint. Apart have out of warranty microwave oven as well not functional. Till now 5 different technicians have cald & none have turned up for service of a product in warranty. They keep asking same questions which is clearly recorded to customer service & to one tech Ramesh +918667653345 never turned up. Another tech cald to ask same questions & irritated Vishnu+917907349315. With such poor services attitude from technicians & cust service, decided not to go for Samsung in future.. Naam bade darshan chhote!! This line is perfect for samsung company and their products. Bahut hi kharab product rakhte h ye aur warranty hone k baad bhi return or replacement nahi karte . I personally suggest you all that don't buy Samsung's any product 🙏

i ordered my phone online. very bad customer service. everytime I chat to someone online they will copy paste same msges, same answers some one will contact you in next 48 hours. very poor customer service day 9 from order still order processing as status. False assurance "I will escalate your order".

I will never buy another Samsung product and I'll tell people to stay at far away. Since the middle of January my phone under warranty they will not send me a replacement power cord. I have called them over 80 times talk to seven supervisors all promised to send me a power cord and I still have not received it. Worst customer service ever

The worst customer service personals. They are rude. They talk to the customer as if they are doing something for free. This is with regard to a product under the warranty period. Even after making you pay for the replacement they take away parts which can be used from the old device after giving lame excuses. When you complain they give you dilly reasons that too in a rude way and threaten you.

Samsung TV+ programming is just about nauseating! Every channel of their free programming is repeat, repeat, repeat! Each has intermissions, some with no sound, others with sound that is elevator music! Ads are also repeat, repeat, repeat! Last evening I saw the same ad over ten time in the duration of time for a single movie to play. It is as though the programming is trying to bore you to death, or they have subliminal messaging in the ads! I have gotten to the point of turning my set off and never watching any more of this ridiculous type of repeat, repeat, repeat programming. The programming is free but it really sucks in my opinion! Thanks, but no thanks! The smart tv I have is of the finest quality in all respects! Too bad the free programming sucks so bad!

BE AWARE! Don't expect to get accessories that you order from Samsung! Samsung are letting people order items that are showing as "in stock" and letting customers pay for them. They are then sending emails to say the items are delayed, even though they are showing as in stock! My last order I placed, the day before delivery, the order was updated as "delayed." Six weeks later and several delays and I still did not receive my order and had to cancel the order. I then had a stock alert to say that chargers had come into stock and cables, so I thought "I will order these items." I order the items, all showing as "in stock" and available. I ordered the items and was given a delivery slot of the 28th April, 2022 and I placed the order. This morning I got a message for the new order saying the new order is now delayed until the 12th May, 2022. Samsung are intentionally misleading customers into believing that items are in stock, allowing customers to order items that they know 'ARE NOT IN STOCK.' Samsung, you are misleading customers and also using false advertising, advertising items as "in stock" when infact they are "out of stock." I have just waited over six weeks for essential accessories and been let down. Now you again let me down on the new order.

I was a hardcore Samsung fan. Since 2011 I had only Samsung smartphones 6 in total including the latest S22Ultra flagship that cost me 1600E with 5 accessories . I also bought two tablets, three TVs and one whashing machine all Samsung over the same period. However I never purchased anything through the Online Samsung Store, apart from my latest S22Ultra purchase. I got a faulty 45£ charger and i spent days on the phone talking with multiple representatives of the store and technical support. They are of no use...they apologise but they are not fixing repairing or replacing my charger/ superfast adapter. I am at a loss. I don't know were to go from here. Definetly this is the last time I'm buying anything Samsung the customer support and relations is the worst i have ever dealt with. I am a doctor in the UK , I have a busy schedule and don't have time to change any of this , Such a big dissappointment . Maybe if you want to buy Samsung you should buy through a trusted reputable 3rd party that has good customer support. Even if i have to struggle with a different brand next .Apparently if the charger is faulty they can only repair it in the first 21 days following sale . There is no service/warranty or replacement after the cool-off period.

Samsung is awful, I have bought many products from Samsung, but have experienced the worst customer support and services of the items within warranty. I bought Samsung Refrigerator "Samsung - 29 cu. ft. Smart 4-Door Flex™ refrigerator with Family Hub™ and Beverage Center - Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel" from Best Buy and had them delivered. Best Buy delivered the refrigerator, but had to remove the lower doors in order to bring the unit in. The unit was working fine until few weeks ago when the "Door Open" notification started showing up. On review from the Samsung tech, they said that a wire was broken, and Samsung will contact me in 2 days. 2 weeks later I contacted Samsung when I did not hear anything back from them, they said, there is Physical Damage and I will need to pay for the part and they will cover the labor. I accepted this with reluctance. I did not receive any follow up from Samsung. I contacted them back and they put me in a loop with part supplier and they would not give me the part number. I then contacted them back, they wanted to see if there was physical damage on the refrigerator, I sent them pictures with no visible damage. Then they contacted me back saying I need to pay for the labor and the lower bottom door amounting to $480. BE AWARE SAMSUNG ITEMS ARE OUT OF WARRANTY IF THEY ARE BEING DELIVERED BY FOLKS YOU BUY FROM (BEST BUY/COSTCO/SAMS ETC) AND THEY HAD TO REMOVE DOOR TO BRING YOUR UNIT IN???? GIVEN THIS WARRANTY SITUATION, DONT BUY SAMSUNG Overall Horrible support and really bad customer experience. I wish there was "0" star.
