The new Flip phone sucks. It shuts off while you are using it. Even when you are in the middle of writing something. The camera on it not good. I had to replace my new phone last week because of of issues. Could not get service even when the person next to me could. I mean even on the same plan. I had to take it in a number of times. Mostly because of it shutting off while using it. They did everything they could. I have had this new phone for a week and it is already doing the same thing. Just shuts down as I am typing and have to sign back in again. Can't wait until I can get rid of it. Can not even trade it in for a different model unless I pay an outrageous fees. If you can. Stay away for it.

The customer service is extremely bad for new installation. I have bought an AC two days ago and nobody has come to install it yet. When I callled the customer care they are saying we don't deal with installation and when asked for number to talk about installation, they are asking to Google the number!

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! For the last 2 months I have been trying to get my 70in TV fixed and have been getting the biggest run around from Samsung and the repair company Service Quick! They have closed out pervious tickets on there own, they have rescheduled multiple times due to “delay”, the technician has cancelled twice! They call and say I can have an earlier date just for it to get pushed out! I have a warranty that is clearly useless because I can’t get it fixed! It’s been 2 months and I have a huge tv just sitting on the floor waiting to be repaired! Samsung customer service reps have been unhelpful, and the service is beyond a rip off! Samsung claims they care about there customers and as a customer things to to be delay, but 2 months is highly excessive and my money is continuing to go to waste! I switched from LG to Samsung, and probably the worse decision since LG use to be very prompt and efficient! Samsung has not shown the proper responses nor has accommodated for anything. Highly frustrated and will NEVER buy another Samsung product! Do NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH SAMSUNG!

Samsung big scam company I purchased a Samsung mobile I paid 50000inr plus s20fe 4g also I purchased a care plus ADLD plan I paid 4500inr claim 1599inr after that Samsung cancelled my phone accidentally damaged I lost 50k+4500+1599= 56099inr I lost because Samsung worsts Samsung big scammers and cheaters they are a troubled lot. Samsung service centre and pathetic. Customer Support and care plus support pathetic they are frauding people ⁴plastic phones are super expensive overheating issues in the device Exynos

Severely disappointed in Samsung. A tv was ordered over a month ago. Delivery was promised weeks ago. Daily phone calls produce no answers, reasons or explanations on why I haven’t got a tv. Apparently it was scanned for delivery on the 23rd of March but due to some incompetence that no one can explain they can’t put it on a truck. So I will ring again tomorrow and they will tell me the same. The unbelievable stupidity and ignorance of this company is unfathomable. No one can apparently contact the courier company. Wow!

I purchase Samsung A73mobile phone.Its back camera,claimed to have 108 MP, is worst. It is a big fraud. Other features of the phone are equally bad. It is not worth of its money. I regret after buying. They have really cheated me . I took the phone to the seller and they simply said your phone is working we cannot do any thing. On my insistence , They also talk to company and company people also said it is same. Its camera is really really bad and fooling people by their advertisement. Don't buy this mobile phone.

Wife traded in phones and paid money towards 2 new s22 ultras for the both of us and have locked our phones and we are unable to use them for anything more than paper wieghts we have done the same thing on the past with trade in and didn't lock our phones so she was able to provide tracking numbers when Samsung say we did not receive the devices which was a pain and the consumption was grueling. But.... Not this time wife has screen shots save only to the phone of tracking number that we sent trade ins that meet the requirements this time and can not access them as they have locked us both out of the devices, we called and was told they are unable to access the tracking number to check if they had received the 2 devices, but that makes no sense because they provided us with the fed ex postage in which the tracking number is also on, I refuse to waste anymore time on the phone with Samsung and they're affiliated people who answer the phone for them as they can't understand me nore I them language barrier or just plan unwilling to help us. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ,OWN, BUY, RECOMMEND, OR EVEN ACCEPT FOR FREE ANOTHER SAMSUNG DEVICE, STICKER, BUSINESS CARD, NOTHING, if it says Samsung I will avoid like it's the plague and recommend others do the same!!!!!!

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra about a month ago, thinking it would come in time for my wife's birthday. However, it took 60 days for it to arrive after I placed my purchase, and it arrived after we had already relocated to another city. I phoned a Samsung executive to request a change of address, but he stated I needed to speak with the delivery service since he couldn't help me. When I phoned DHL, they indicated it was also not possible for them. Now my phone is missing from my previous place, who has yet to pay me back, and where do I file a complaint about this?

Brought a 55 inch t v a couple of yrs ago at the weekend the screen got a shadow on screen went though all trouble shooting tech told me faulty t v only to be told as warranty was expired I d have call out and repair cost fir a 2 Yr old t v don't think so Samsung will not be buying your electrical product again one very frustrated customer only one star review would be minus if possible

Refrigerator needed repair for the ice maker and water filter when only six months old. Color faded on side of black stainless steel because a calendar was hung there. Refrigerator gets no sunshine on in it yet this happened. Microwave has been fixed once because of error code and #7 popping up and beeping. The fix didn’t work and now they are sorry cause it is out of warranty even though it is doing the same thing they supposedly fixed. Range knobs have broken - cheap plastic and expensive to replace. We are an elderly couple in our 60s and treat our appliances gently. Ever appliance is poorly made and falls apart in a year or sooner. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG THEY ARE JUNK!!

Ear buds promotion is a scam, as is the boost. Filled in claim form, received response that I hasn't sent the right proof if purchase, despite it being the same invoice they had in example. Sent EVERYTHING I recieved .. no response. Try to contact customer services... oh my god... Every option is designed to kick you out. I recommend sending messages/comments on all social media LinkedIn etc, as it's the only way to get through.

I called customer service because the technician was nearly 2 hours late. They said they just left the site and heading to my location (suspicious). The technician calls me and says he can't make it to my location anymore because and I will need to book anew appointment 6 days from today. I call back customer service and what do you know ..they're off hours and do not have voicemail. How awfully Scheming of them.

Samsung customer service is absolutely shocking had problems with my new phone tried from 9am in the morning till 9.30pm at night to get through both on the phone and the live chat, no email address , in the end after searching the Internet I found an address to send a letter, asking if someone would phone me, to my amazement they did five days later, they asked me to send the phone back and I would get a refund, however as I pointed out I didn't have another phone to transfer my data, and asked if they would send a new phone so I could transfer all my data before I sent this one back, this is what happened when I bought the phone in the first place, but no they would not do that so I am left with a phone that freezes and the sound is appalling , the gave me a £50 voucher for my trouble , looking on the website there us nothing for that price to buy ! Don't buy a phone through Samsung website there customer service is shocking!

Worst customer service. I arranged a return for my TV 6 times, and no one showed up then they said I missed the returns deadline. Then, I wanted to claim my cash back and no one responded I missed the deadline for that too. Honestly the worst service, some guy called Hero from Samsung wasn’t any help at all either. Worst customer service AVOID SAMSUNG! You will be so disappointed purchasing from them disgusting service and company, all the workers are liars.

Samsung dryer broke after 7 months - under warranty - they dont make the repalcemtn parts - I asked for refund. Spoke to now 4 customer reps and they DO NOT uderstand basic English. Never buy samsung again.
