Bought a double door refrigerator from Samsung.The compressor broke down within a span of two years. Pathetic service from the service centre here in Hyderabad...They had mentioned 10 years warranty on the compressor but the service centre has slapped an amount of 5000/- on it... will never recommend Samsung products to anyone..

Ok. I purchased 5 Samsung appliances. First the dishwasher broke, no service to repair. Replaced with kitchens aid. Refrigerator ice maker froze up, no service available. Today th Samsung dual gas oven the control panel stopped working. I would strongly urge you to not purchase Samsung (samsuck) products. Service providers do not want to work on their products. The washer shakes so bad in the spin cycle you wonder if it will go out the door. Very dissatisfied.

Samsung refund process is the worst that I have ever experience. Within a year of purchasing a brand new refrigerator the icemaker broke. They told us they would have to come out at least 4 times to fix it before we got a refund. When we tried to get a refund they told us because we waited to long they could only refund a small percentage. This was after they told us they would refund up to 90% of the cost on the 4th visit. Since then it has been back and forth trying to get paperwork done. We have spent almost 8 hrs on phone calls. I am convinced that they make it so hard that you will give up. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN. WORST EXPERIENCE.

EVERYTHING This company produces is JUNK "except their phones" Their call centers are full of EXTREMELY incompetent people that are so dumb it is a reminder the incoming generations really are getting dumber.

he reference number is 2448526 I have been trying since Tuesday 7th June to get a phone unlocked I have sent in the trade in and paid £200 and still the phone is locked I keep getting told to contact various other places Or email and call different numbers Everyone I speak to says the same thing we have logged this and please wait 24 - 48 hours No one is calling me or getting in touch This customer service is beyond disgusting I have paid £600 for the phone sent in a trade in handset and paid £200 And the handset is still locked!!!!!

I wrote a review on Samsung.com but it wasn't posted because they refuse to let you post about customer service. Here's the review that was refused: Terrible Customer Service do not order from Samsung!!!! not only did the delivery crew show up late, but they did not install the machine even though i paid for install. They dumped the machine on top of the washer and left. once we realized they disappeared I called the 800 number and was told "you have to schedule your install separately. Someone will call you in 2-3 days." seriously?!?! What a scam. No one from Samsung will make things right and i'm stuck having to call a plumber and pay for a second "install". RUN don"t walk away from Samsung!!!!! never again !!!!! They have lost a customer for life.

Seems like the same problem for everyone, Bad tv out of the box. So you have to have 2 repair attempts before samsung will do anything. I had 1 very un proffessional visit where they replaced the main board and then left even though it was not fixed and said I was complaining. I then had 2 more appoinments made and they were both canceled by samsung yet no one told me so I stayed home took off work now they want me to take off a 4th time to have a tech come out!! Whos paying me for this time? not samsung my tv is now worth more than what I paid. Yet they still dont care just about there protocal, not me taking off and losing money just to sit. How long should I have to deal with this? How much more of my time and money do I have to pay? Samsung lost a good customer. We have nothing but samsung and this is the worst experience Ive ever had from a company. Bad business all the way. The funny thing is they will sit there and reiterate that your not paying for the repair....so our time isnt worth it then. Thanks for nothing Samsung.

Waited 12 days in a new order of refrigerator and when came in, it was a damaged one; the only solution from the Sansumg help agent was a replacement which needed to wait another 12 days.... the help agent Lewis C. was rude and disrespectful. Extremely bad quality control ( the damaged refrigerator was coming straight from the warehouse), and the delivery team XPO was unprofessional either. Avoid placing order in this place -- go to bestbuy/home depot.

problem with my 83inch 2 year old tv. ring customer care ?? ha. sunday some one get back to me monday, ha ring tues , can i speak to someone in australia ??ha, ring back wed no luck. try to track down someone sydeny office, good luck there, straight back to overseas i strongly say dont buy samsung products , cause if breaks they dont want know u

I just received my Samsung device back from the repair center. Unfortunately the touchpad does not work. They were supposed to fix the touchpad and they emailed and said that they had replaced the touchpad with the new touchpad but like I just said, the touchpad does not work. I'm really getting sick and tired of having to send the device and packet and wait and not have my device when I need it. Can you please simply send me a new replacement device that works correctly? I'm still under warranty and I'm very very frustrated. I would also like to file an official Complaint with Samsung. How do I do that?

I bought pedestal’s on line. Called they said they would send me a return by email! They didn’t listen to the conversation when I told them I don’t have the boxes or packing foam anymore!! Never got the email! Took them to Home Depot because I ordered from their website. They were going to take them but Samsung put a hold on them Samsung said they would call me. Again never called!!! Called them again today they said they will email shipping labels it will take 24 to 48 hours to get the email again I have no boxes! I will never buy Samsung again and I will explain to family and friends why they shouldn’t

I sent my trade in exactly how they told me, I just received an email saying I didn't do it right and that they are charging me $535 giving me no money for my trade in. I Factory reset and Device restarted normally when I sent it, now they are saying it doesn't, And it's too late to return my phone and get my money back. Samsung special offers are a fraud! I am calling the police!

I would give Samsung a negative 100 if I could. The customer service is a JOKE!!! WE purchased a new washer/dryer set and after just 2 months our dryer quit working and that's when all the bs started. 5 WEEKS!! That's how long it took us to get a new dryer. That's after sending a repair man to try and fix it first. Everytime you speak to any customer service representative, you have to repeat the problem over and over and over!! It's like nobody takes notes! I will never, never, never, again buy a Samsung product. Poor quality and THE WORST customer service!!!

Worst customer service. Was over 2 hours on the phone about an issue with bespoke appliances, I was transferred 7 times from one dept to another, at the end I heard the urvey/feedback press 1 if dissatisfied and 5 if satisfied, of course I hit 1, but the system said hmm.. sorry I could not understand your response good bye.... Stay away, you won't be helped after purchase.

I can't apply for promotion I have a right on. I bought 2 S22+ and should've got Buds Pro with each. With one phone I got to register and waiting for buds which is not a problem. But with other one I can't register and can get anyone from support to help me

The most terrible customer service ever!!! I ordered to have my S22 ultra cell phone screen fixed, it got cracked on May 27th and paid $116 for it. At this time I was not expecting any issues. I got my ticket number and two emails one being the label to print, and another saying a box was coming out to me. I went on about my weekend. On May 29th I received an email saying the box was delivered by Fed ex to a garage, I don't have a garage. Not Samsung's fault, I get it. Stay with me... I called Samsung and told them I didn't receive the box to send my phone back. Samsung customer service says " I apologize" and says they have put a ticket in to send me a new box. I figured since the other box showed two days later, this second box would be her by today June 2nd. Guess what!? No box! I called Samsung back at 2 pm, told them what happened again, got hung up on, called again this second call today this customer representative was very good. Due to my trouble she refunded me what I had paid and sent me out a new box, however during the process of getting everything situated with the new box, I get dropped into the survey. This meant anoth phone call back. Call number 3: told what happened again, and really feeling frustrated because it's been a good while since I started the calls at 2 pm. Call number three transfers me to a supervisor. This is now call Representative number four and I'm an hour in on calls. I explain the situation, and Im transferred again to warranty. This is now call Representative number five and me explaining what happened yet again. Now I'm saying I did what I was supposed to do and even paid to get my screen fixed I just needed the box. I explained I started this ticket on May 27th we are now on June 2nd and I explained everyone I had talk to and that I had been dealing with this for an hour and 30 minutes. Representative number five once again tells me they are sorry asked to put me on hold to read my ticket at this point I'm scared to even hang up because I really don't want to have to call again and explain what happened again. The phone drops me into the survey again. I call back again to call Representative number 6. At this point I'm heated and extremely frustrated and ask to speak with a real supervisor. I get transferred to another supervisor (call representative number 7) who then tells me that the money that was refunded to me with caller number two will come out again after they receive the phone and fix it. I went off two hours! I was dealing with it for two hours. I did what I was supposed to do, I just wanted my screen fixed and I paid. I went off because at this point my refunded money I paid on May 27th should stay refunded due to everything Samsung is putting me through. Call Representative number 7 puts me on hold and I get hung up on. I called again call Representative number 8 at this point it's been three hours. Point made I'm still dealing and there is no resolve. Sure I'll get the box eventually, but compensation should be made. I did what I was supposed to do in my end... Shame in you Samsung. This is why everyone is switching to Apple.
