If I could rate a zero I would. What a f**cking headache. Ordered a to-good-to-be-true washer and gas dryer in November, which didn’t attempt to be delivered until Febuary 23rd. We paid for gas install and haul away. At the time of delivery, the guys informed us they could not take our appliances because the gas dryer was still hooked up and they were not licensed to uninstall/install gas. So, they took our new appliances away and we received a 2nd delivery date for 6 days later. 24hrs prior to our NEW delivery date, they NOW informed us we had to reach out to this 3rd party to schedule an uninstall/install for our old dryer and new dryer date, which we were told in the beginning our driver WAS going to be able to uninstall and install our dryers. Long story short, We paid for install and delivery, assuming it was going to be installed and hauled away the same day, but nope. They didn’t have a driver available that also uninstalls/installs gas so, they WERE going to just drop off the new appliances (mind you, we do not live in a big home, so no room for a new washer and dryer to just hang out in our kitchen and for it not to be in the way). We could not even schedule a gas guy to come out until the appliances were actually delivered..which we, then, would not have even gotten a call back for 24-48hours to schedule, then WHO KNOWS when someone would come out to disconnect our old one and connect our new one. And then the problem would have been that the gas guy wouldn’t have been able to help us move the old appliances and stack the new ones, but wait, remember? WE PAID FOR HAUL AWAY!! So when is Samsung’s 3rd party company going to come back out and pick up our old appliances?!?! Just an absolute chaotic mess of a headache. I will never order from the Samsung website for ANYTHING. Ever. And I really advise you to order from a store directly. Go in, talk to an associate, GIVE THEM THE SALE, and make sure you get the specifics about the delivery and install. I need a glass of wine in search of my new washer/dryer set. Cheers folks.

Tried ordering a replacement water filter online, but as soon as I hit the subscribe/purchase option, the screen just sits in an endless loading state. Tried the online chat option to figure it out, and I was given a number to call. Called said number and ended up at the wrong department (my bad, hit the wrong buttons). Gentleman who answered was polite, said he would transfer me to the correct department. I sat on hold for 45 minutes, and then the next guy who answered SAID THE EXACT SAME THING and put me back on hold. No thanks. Hopefully Lowes sells the product in store.

This is my worst customer experience since Covid and that's saying a lot. I ordered my phone, got an order ID, and waited the 24-48 hrs they said it would take to get a followup email. No email, so I chatted with four customer service agents over 1 week and they all said my ticket was escalated but didn't know the status of my order. The worst part is I can't cancel my order cause it hasn't been processed even though I have an order ID. No wonder Samsung gets such horrible reviews

Worst customer services ever. I loved Samsung TVs, Monitors, and phones and they are great when the work. But if they don't work good luck getting the warranty work done. Hours on the phone no one knows what is going on repeated call backs and then the in home repairs. What a joke I don't understand why when their products don't work they take the broken product and make you wait weeks or months for the replacement. After this experience with so say Samsung Care I will never buy another Samsung Product again.

I'm tired of waiting so long for my order they say they will send it to me one day and nothing arrives so I'm disappointed waiting more than 40 days I don't receive my order

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It really has been a joke. 6 phone call over the course of 25 days and approx 8 hours worth of phone calls. They will not escalate customer concerns beyond front line customer service reps- which is fine- but it’s not fine when there is zero resolution or accommodation offered. The worst customer experience you will encounter. Buyers beware.

I returned my new samsung galaxy s21 ultra for a replacement because their cover with s pen was scratching the screen (beware of the cover with front flap) they were very good at arranging a collextion however when i chased them about the return they said they had it but the same color was out of stock so i asked what colours they had, that was 10 days ago, the next email i recieved from them was providing me with a return label to return the phone WHICH ID ALREADY RETURNED and theyve ignored all my emails since. Everytime i call after i finish work it says they are closed. The one time i did get through to an agent he said he would take a look st my account and then he cut the call on me and i was being very patient and polite even though this situation is causing me real stress as ive spent so much money on that phone and nearly 2 weeks without a phone or any sort of customer service

I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S21 and accessories. The phone took nearly a month to come in and most of the accessories still have not arrived a month and a half later. The wireless charger that came in does not even work. I have been promised on multiple occasions that my items would ship out "today". I have never experienced such horrible service. It almost seems as though Samsung is actively trying to be bad at customer service. The real kicker is that as a Pre-Order customer, I assumed that I would receive the phone early or at least on the day that it debuted. I could not have been more wrong. I could have walked into any retailer that day and walked out with the phone and every accessory. Why even sell direct if this is how you are going to treat people? It has been frustrating to receive email from Samsung with a deadline for my trade-in when they have not even made getting my items to me a priority. To add insult to injury, all of the customer service agents that have made promises to me have all said "trust us, I will get you items shipped by elevating it to a priority" I have never trusted anyone less. I am guessing this is why Samsung has slipped into second place behind its competition.

Customer service is horrible. The reps are not empowered to solve problems and direct you to ship broken items back to Samsung, even if you just got the item back from Samsung and it is still broken. They have no escalation process so you are left with wasted money.

Do not order from samsung.com believing their ship date. They didn’t even pick up the box till 10 days after when they showed 3 day delivery. Instead what they do is just create a label which you can do without actually shipping. No explanation on delay and no human to be reached. Worst service ever.

1 star: Bad Updated just now Avoid Spectrum mobile and Samsung are terrible Spectrum mobile is not helpful at all. I had been with Verizon since cell phones started. Last three phones were Samsung S8s. All nothing but aggravation.....constant trouble with little of no help from Verizon. Changed to Spectrum mobile for four and a half months seamless....till update on Samsung A51. Now phone won't charge properly charging all day to get to 97 %...can't use android auto at all or using phone by pushing buttons on steering wheel. At least 8 calls to Spectrum about issue...they tell me to call Samsung...Samsung tells me to take to YoubreakitIfix ....drive 44 miles round trip to take to service center....can't fix needs to go to Samsung . I call Spectrum...they say they have no phones ...they are only service provider. I call Samsung and am told two week turnaround time. I explain I have elder parents and this is their only way to contact me...sorry just send in. Avoid Spectrum mobile...no assistance..avoid Samsung...after four mobile phones...last one barely four moths old....noting but crappy service and help from both.

Bought their washer/dryer combo through Home Depot. Could not provide delivery date or order status for months on end. Thought it was a HD problem but it turns out everytime they called Samsung to inquire, Samsung kept saying they'll provide ETA in the next few days with no real concrete answer. Went and canceled my order. Samsung had the most disorganized and worst communication/transparency system ever. They even lied and said appliances were on the truck for delivery one day and next day they said they never even got a PO for my order....lies over lies. NEVER AGAIN.

75 Inch tv broke after 6 months. Instead of giving us a new tv or fixing the old tv as they were supposed to due to the warranty we purchased - they sent us a check to buy a new tv after 8 weeks. Never buying a Tv through Samsung agan.

Just don't. Save yourself a ton of headaches. Their "tech experts" waste your time reading from the help pages, as if you are unable to do the same. They have ZERO clue of the products they "support", and if you need a supervisor...best of luck to you. Not to mention, the false and misleading advertising of their products is beyond reproach. Leave skidmarks, don't buy Samsung products if you expect to be supported.

Please don't place order for new models of Samsung products through Samsung website...they will take order, take your money and then after 1 month of rigorous follow-up with their customer service team, they will cancel the order...

I purchased a new model 43 crystal led for my son for Christmas as like many we couldn't source the ps5 he wanted. After 2 weeks I decided to wipe down the tv as per the instructions with a new soft dry micofibre cloth. As soon as I did this parts of the coating came away from the screen leaving a mottled appearance and viewable when the unit is on or off. I contacted Samsung multiple times and they tried telling me bt online had supplied me a used unit and to contact them. I did, and as expected they assured me this was a brand new model that had only just come out and they don't send out used units anyway. I again contacted Samsung multiple times and got no where. I researched online to see if anyone else had had any issues with this model and sure enough they had. Poor screen coating was mentioned and manufacturing process issues used. I put this to Samsung and eventually got a call from one of the managers. However he refused to accept there could be a manufaturing issue resulting in poor screen coatings. They put it down as cosmetic damage caused by the user. Unbelievable, I have a lot of high end equipment and always follow the cleaning instructions to the letter. Thankfully I have never purchased any high end samsung products and will just bin their inferior faulty product and purchase from a reputable company with a decent customer service. LG, Pioneer, Sony, Marantz and phillips are excellent BTW. I wish I'd read the Samsung reviews before making my purchase as I'm usually cautious and research potential purchases. The 87% poor rating speaks for itself and I'm glad it was only a £350ish purchase. Seriously stay away from Samsung....
