We purchased a washing machine directly from Samsung. They advised in an email that the washing machine would be delivered on 2/11. As I skipped work waiting to receive my new appliance, I was contacted to let me know that I would need an appointment for delivery, and the next delivery is on 3/5. We have waited for a little over 2 months to receive our washing machine since it was ordered, only to hear that we will not be able to receive it until a month later. This should have been disclosed as we purchased our appliance since we chose to buy it from Samsung since it was the earliest that would deliver to us. Should we knew that it would have been a month longer, we would gone somewhere else with our business. The customer rep told us that if we would like to get it now, we would have to rent a truck and travel 100+ miles to get it right away. We had also paid for installation, that we are requesting that they return back to us. This is the WORST SERVICE BY FAR that we had received. Customer service is numb to complaints and won't do much, but listen to us complain. No real solutions there. No one cared to help even a little. Will never recommend to anyone, EVER!

No one At Samsung knows where to route you for presales questions. I was routed 7 different times incorrectly back and forth between tech and sales and none of them able to tell me about extended warranties. I was given 5 different numbers to call and none of them worked. Every rep I spoke to was incompetent or did not know exactly where to route me. They kept routing me back to the same exact tech department where they had no idea about anything either. If you can't even get a simple question answered, why should anyone bother buying a monitor or anything else from Samsung.

They are worst and pathetic. If you have choice ignore these stupids. They will say one thing on phone 100 times and will never follow it.

Bought a new Samsung TV in April 2020. Jan 20th, the TV power cycled and would not start. Called Samsung and after 2 weeks, a 3rd party service company came out and replaced all components but panel/screen. TV still would not work, so after another week, they came back with a new panel. It was defective so now headed into 4th week with no TV. Samsung refuses to replace TV or overnight parts to 3rd party service company to help with the "3-5 days" shipping time from Samsung to vendor. Very disappointed in Samsung Customer Service and vendor acknowledged at their 2nd visit that of all the brands they service, Samsung is worst for CS & response.

I have had the worst customer service with a warranty issue for a monitor. I have been dealing with it since Jan 5, 2021. The monitor is 6 months old. I was told to ship it to them, I shipped it in a HP monitor box with a shipping label on it, they didn't like the extra crossed out label. They shipped it back to me. I called and Samsung said they would ship me a box, waited 10 days no box, I call and again and they stated they don't ship boxes, I have to get my own. Do you know how hard it is to get a box to ship a monitor in! I get a box (cost $35) use their label they sent me bring it to UPS yesterday, today I get a notice that they have cancelled my ticket. Called again this morning, the girl says she has to call me back her system isn't working, I'm still waiting, 20 min. I have decided to forget about it. I will never buy another Samsung product and will be getting rid of my 3 Samsung phones.

I purchased a replacement phone. They send it to you signature required. I paid for express shipping. Not knowing it was Fed ex. Fed ex only comes to my area during the day when I am at work. Samsung refuses to let me schedule a time with fed ex. Refuses to change the delivery address. Refuses to allow me to sign for it at a fed ex pick up location. I'm supposed to take a day off work to sign for the package. So apparently I am supposed to wait an additional 3 delivery attempt days, and drive an hour to the fed ex facility on the 4th day for a phone I need. Glad I paid for express shipping. Since the customer service reps refuse to help. I will be refusing the delivery, and have it returned to Samsung. Sounds like its finally time to just purchase an apple IPhone. Last time, and ex Samsung customer.

I have a washing machine which has a warranty for 10yrs. Presently I'm facing an issue, due to which i called the call center to arrange a technician for which they want to charge 150aed. Then i agreed to make the payment for the service as they informed me the warranty is only for the motor. After my request was placed they informed that the technician can come only by monday. But till date the technician has not come nor got a call from anyone. I have been calling many times to the call center and they are just fooling people by saying that they have reported to the service center, management and higher management. They can't even track the technician or provide thw contact number. So i believe people should double think before buying their products. I have other company products where things were managed easier. I also think the customer service is taught good enough to fool people with their lame promises

I went onto Samsung.com to ask about undoing an update on my S20, (business phone). I told them that I take approx 300 pictures a day as a home inspector and the update changed my camera lighting adjustment from something close to 2 inches long to something 1/2 inch long that I just couldn't adjust the lighting in the pic. The tech support online said sorry about that but there was nothing they could do. I called the tech center and talked with a rep and was told that once the update happens there's no going back. I then asked about a replacement phone that I wouldn't update an was told that was not an option so at the end of it all I'm outa luck. No replacement phone, no reversal of the update that made my phone the challenge that it is to do my job with but I did get a "I'm sorry". Maybe I should mention Yes, my phone is still under warranty. Hey Samsung, I'm sorry too

I have a Samsung TV. I purchased. It started getting white spots there was a recall for this problem it was for a part that puts white dots on the screen caused by the DMD chip going bad and Samsung was offering a one time courtesy replacement for that chip I contacted Samsung they were going to replace it but I was call back by suprv said no will not replace it now there saying they don't have the part but there not gonna do anything about it. Several people from the forum have gotten theirs replaced as a female I feel offended that they will not replace it now there saying they don't have the part anymore. but there not gonna do anything about it. I even offered to pay to have it put in . But they said O you can order it off samsung.com parts place and have it put in but you pay for everything but told me they couldn't because the part wasn't available anymore yet I can order from them and pay for it even though another representative from the repair said that if I get an estimate and assessment of problem they would pay for the repair, if they deemed that it waz the DMD chip. Wow

SERVED BY Rica, Kardas Sai Kiran RATING Bad COMMENT Rica pretending to be a supervisor when i request for a supervisor to help me with my issue and i dont think its a good idea shopping online with samsung, the customer service, agents lies on everything and they are rude and they can’t even help with your refund if you are waiting for one.. i am really disappointed on samsung. I preordered the galaxy S21 ultra and when i received it it was all shifting inside and i can hear noise and i returned the phones: mine and my wife phone and i got refunded for my wife phone and they still dont refund me for the other phone and they never shipped a replacement for my S21 Ultra which i replace the order and there is no priority, they just make me feel that i am an idiot for replacing the order . I have replaced the order almost two weeks now and no sign of shipment coming to my way. I wish someone could help me over here. I don’t think i should recommend samsung products to anyone

Have been a long time Samsung customer but think thats going to change after the atrocious process of trying to buy appliances from them. after waiting for 2 months for my washer dryer, an almost $3000 order they just flat out refused to charge me. They kept saying that a charge will be attempted automatically but I waited 3 weeks for them to charge me. When I finally called in to cancel my order the rep did not seem to care at all that they were losing $3000 worth of business and was more than happy to cancel without even attempting to remedy the situation. What a joke.

My wife purchased a Samsung Smart TV as a replacement for a Samsung TV that died shortly after the warranty expired. The latest purchase was still within the warranty so we contacted Samsung Customer "Service". After a three week wait for a scheduled repair appointment my wife received a text cancelling the appointment with a subsequent refund to follow within 5 to 7 business days. After waiting two weeks for the refund to arrive we contacted Customer "Service" and were told the refund would be processed AFTER they picked the TV up. We had reservations about giving up possession of the TV without receiving the refund first. We were told this was the ONLY option available to us. Long story short, the TV was picked up this morning. The pickup order had an incorrect name on the bill of lading. We will see when/if the refund is received. Apparently, Samsung Customer "Service" is as reliable as their Products. As a side note, my two Sony HDTVs are still delivering quality pictures after 15 & 10yrs respectively

Samsung does not stand behind their products. Purchase new washer and dryer. After three loads dryer no longer dries. you would expect the problem to be rectified quickly since the appliances is only 7 days old. Still don't have a working dryer after two weeks. Parts are on order. they will not take them back. Don't waste your money purchase another Kitchen appliance manufacturer. Also Purchased a gas stove a few years ago after a year the panel for the oven went and they no longer made the part. Paid over 2K for the stove, it was definitely an upgrade. What happened to the appliance that last for 20 plus years. I WILL NEVER BUY A KITCHEN SAMSUNG KITCHEN APPLIANCE.

I used to like samsung and their phones.. now almost most of their phones have screen issues.. customer care not bothered.. my £1000 phone was just over 2 years old when the screen went funny.. samsung wouldnt do anything even though its just past the warranty. Always looked after my phone. No drops, no overnight charging, always had a case and a screen protector. I have a £1000 pound phone with screen discolouration, which samaung says i have to pay £267 to fix. I hate to say it but I would think twice again before buying a samsung product again. Used to like samsung but the quality of their product has gone down. Its like they want something to go wrong after a certain amount of time so that you can buy more.

Everything is going wrong with samsung mobile I purchase samsung M51 mobile at a retail store at December 2020 what a worst performance I never expected this from samsung what a worst os even snapdragon 720g is not capable to deal with the samsung os or what pity on samsung they are cheating the people with brand image my mobile is hanging and that to for small game like shadowfight what if I go for pubg the mobile will go for dead and the calling options are very very very bad sometime it will automatically cut the call while ringing, some times it will not ring while the others are calling for me and about the battery what a worst performance of the battery even though they are giving 7000 mah it working like only 5000 mah what a pity and worst for samsung mobile company I will never suggest samsung to my friend and colleagues and relatives and the people I met, i wll tell about the samsung mobile and its worst performance and my worst experience with the samsung mobile and how they mesmerizing the people in the shade of brand image if the samsung is not able to change its mobile product it will impact on the other product of samsung though they are working good and samsung mobile sales will gradually decreased and become like HTC Nokia Micromax Motorola and lot and finally dont buy a samsung mobile the worst mobile and worst performance and don't experience a worst experience

Worst customer service ever! Upgraded the 4 phones on my plan in Sept 2020 to a Note 20 and 3 Note 20 Ultras. Hate that they don't have ear bud ports but thank goodness they will send me complimentary Type C earbuds. 5 months and 12 hours-long phone calls later, no earbuds. Constant runaround - customer service... case management... review department... specialist department. Called, messaged, chatted. No help. Always say they will get back to me. Didn't happen once. I've been a loyal Samsung customer for years. So disappointed, upset, angry ... I think I'm going through the stages of grief, like Samsung is dead to me. Now product is "out of stock". It's been 5 months send me ones you have in stock. Please just send my ear buds!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I have been a galaxy user since the very first model and have been super excited to get the new S21 Ultra. I have been trying to place an order at samsung.com for the last four days after cancelling my first order (which is what is suggested to do) due to having to incorrect billing information being in the order. When I went to re-place my order the account said I was no longer available for an upgrade. So, I contacted customer service through the chat bubble. They said I would have to call the customer service number because they were unable to help in this situation. For the last four days I have been calling, waiting to get a rep for 30+ minutes, stating my problem when I get a rep, and getting hung up on. EVERY TIME! I decided to call Verizon instead thinking maybe they would help, which they were happy to do. The Verizon rep called Samsung and also got hung up on! The rep decided to call again. The Verizon rep was able to finally get me on the phone with a rep from Samsung. I started going through the issue I was having. Since it seemed I was actually going to get help this time the Verizon rep hung up. AS SOON as the Verizon rep hung up I heard a click. The Samsung rep hung up. I just wanted to send $1k and get a nice new Ultra. I no longer wish to deal with the stress of the situation, so begrudgingly I will be buying an Apple 12 Pro. Never again will I go back to Samsung, and it makes me very sad to walk away from a company that I have been with since 2010.

I called up Samsung and tried to stop the transit of a 970 QVO and everyone refused to do it. It even didn't leave their warehouse and FedEx didn't receive the package. All of the employees and overseas call center all refused to stop the package. Their statement was, "It's against our rules and if we do this, we can get in trouble." So, I made a note in the system and called up FedEx, they said, "We cannot do this because it is a specialty code and, if we go against it we can get in trouble." So, we have two different areas EXTREMELY scared to make any moves after I told them that I don't want the product. From what I can tell, there isn't something wrong about this company. Next time I purchase Samsung products, it will be directly from a store that honors a true warranty and return policy.
