Their refrigerator, washing machine & dryer all have broken down numerous times with the washing machine being the worst. It flooded my house and caused $40,000 worth of damage.

I had a fridge less than 3 years old. I diagnosed myself that it was the compressor, but I had a 5 year sealant warranty. I talked to 3 representatives that said I no longer had a warranty. When I corrected them, they said we needed to diagnose the problem before they sent a technician out. I got a fourth call saying we needed to diagnose the problem after we had done it 3 times already. To say I was disgusted was an understatement. I tossed my fridge and went with a fridgedaire. My Samsung microwave bought at the same time also no longer works. Junk!

I called samsung customer service to find out if samsung g5 phone is compatibile with dexcom g7 glucose monitor and after 30 minutes on phone the person confirmed withme it is. So i went into verizon to purchase a new 500.00 phone. When i got home i couldnt get the dexcom g7 to download. The next day called samsung customer service again talk to someone elce and he confirmed that dexcom g7 wasnt compatibile on the new 500.00 phone i purchased and now i dont need because some dumb ass didnt know what was talking about. Never going to buy another samsung product again and those iddiots cost me 500.00.

Do not buy a galaxy xcover6 pro phone. The screen creaked in my pocket and when I took it to an authorized service location I was told that Samsung will not sell them the part. Was told that I could mail my phone to them the phone and they would fix it in 7 to 10 days......or they could sell me a less outdated phone for $400. This phone is only a week old and is the latest version and I just spent $600 to buy it. Samsung has just lost all of my future purchases. Imagine buying a new car that breaks within a week and the place you purchased it from tells you to ship the car back to the manufacture because they won't sell them parts for it. Or you could just buy another brand new one instead.....totally horrible customer and product support.

Samsung warranty is the worst, we have scheduled a repair via their warranty and they never showed up, when I called, they said parts are not available, but they never even came to inspect to see what was wrong with it. After many wasted hours, they offer a refund/replacement, however after waiting 3-5 days each time. They cancelled my request and now 1 am back to square one.

We have not even had our oven 6 months. Cannot turn on oven. Stove works and the clock on the oven work. When I called on June 19th and was polite I was told I could have a service call on July 10th! When I got angry then they will send somebody out the next Monday. So apparently you have to be rude in order to get any service, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they wouldn’t speak to me. They were too busy, so then I asked to speak to their supervisor and after being on hold for 2 more minutes I was hung up on! Worst customer service! They do not back their product, will never buy another Samsung appliance or TV AGAIN

Samsung is the worst service ever gone through ...they do not have the technician s name in their records they send to the customer ...secondly they do not trust the customer ...they trust their technician ...even if they spoil the product temper the product they blame the customer for calling the outside engineer and done it ...they do not have talk properly to the customer they block the number as well their compressor warrenty they give for ten yrs ..but at time when u need to change compressor they give lots and lots of excuses and ur barred from the Samsung u won't get a call neither the service instead u have to call outside engineer to do one ..u r not left with any other option ...so guys pls don't go for the Samsung products ...if u don't want to face the problem as I did ...

Bought this from Samsung.com it arrived in about 10 days. We took it out of the shipping box to set it up only to discover they had sent 2 left feet/table top stands. So we called Samsung Customer Service. It should be called Samsung Customer SHIRK. I was unable to understand the first representative, very heavy Asian accent, had to repeat myself several times for them to understand me. (Midwest US) and they still could not grasp that I needed a right leg/stand/support. Sent me to another representative, same game get my personal info address and what nots all over again, 6 attempts to get the idea that a wrong piece that allows the TV to stand on a table. He finally got it, then told me it would take 20 to 30 BUSINESS DAYS to send me a right stand leg!!! 6 weeks to provide me with an important piece for the TV we already purchased. We asked to speak with a supervisor who stated that is Samsung procedure, they have to have anything approved which takes 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS then they would ship it which could take another 10 to 20 BUSINESS DAYS. IF THEY APPROVE IT! I’m flabbergasted! IF they approve it?! Why in the world would I ask they send me a right leg if it wasn’t needed? I had to take pictures of the items I received to PROVE I had received 2 left sided legs. And the legs are side specific unable to just turn it around. OR I could return the TV and have a new one shipped( another 20 to 30 BUSINESS DAYS. They refuse to expedite a part. So my new TV sits in a box. I can’t tell you if or how it works as I won’t know for 4-6 weeks when I can stand it up. Samsung has lost this customer.

It feels seems like they troll my phone. Nothing ever works. And everything has its limits. Nothing seems user friendly when it comes to Samsung accounts. Every time i use their phone i'm left angry. It seems like they are against me. Some guidance would be nice.

This is the worst products I’ve ever had I bought a double oven 3 years ago they’ve been out 4 times and never fixed it and then it caught on fire and burnt my leg and the wall behind my stove and after over 50 calls they still didn’t respond to help worst customer service and product ever do not buy

I'm having terrible experience with Samsung.com . Order number : US565105332 Delivered defective refrigerator, when asked for replacement, they took 4 weeks for it. When spoke to sales rep, they asked to refuse replacement and return. And place new order. Refused n returned. Its been 4 weeks and no one knows whats the status. All they say is "I will personally look into the issue" and no update on refund. I need to pay my bills and still no hopes of refund

order the phone s23 for special gift for my wife for her birthday but not delivered on the given date .. poor customer service as they cannot confirm when we will receive no compensation or apologies from them as they runied the mood and the day

Had the worst experience with this company.. customer care is useless.. i really don't know how they communicate with service people because from past 3 days my machine is not working called them 8 times but no one comes.. it's only brand name but in the name of sevice help worst

Awful they don't understand what your asking and keep repeating themselves, they hang up on you when they don't want to answer your questions or continue to talk to you. They are inexperienced and terrible customer service and some get very nasty. I will never buy anything Samsung again. They need to be retrained or fired. AWFUL AWFUL

Absolutely disgusting Samsung, just bought a new £849 s23 from EE/BT ,and stupid Samsung doesn't even provide the charger!!! Absolutely bunch of thieves!!! Rubbish service!!! This is the last time I buy anyt products from Samsung!!! F9r the price they charge they do not even provide a original charger for the phone!!! I can not even charge the phone as I do not have a charger and have to spend more money to buy a charger!!! Absolutely stupid! Not recommended

We ordered a Samsung gas slide-in range oven and stove March 1st. We have had the worst experience with Samsung customer service then anyone could imagine. On first use, the oven made a terrifying whooshing sound as though an explosion was imminent. After waiting on hold 1.5 hrs, an appointment was made for repairs. The technician arrived to our home only to tell us he needed to refer the issue “to a higher level technician”. We made a 2nd appointment only for the same technician to arrive telling us he needed to order specific parts for the repair. At the 3rd appointment the same technician told us the repair was made and when asking about the strong gas smell noted in kitchen, the technician remarked that it “was normal”. Eight hours later the entire home reaked of propane, raising tremendous concern for our safety as well as our pets. It was evident we were left with some sort of leak caused by the technician as never before had we had a issue with gas smell. When calling customer service we were told since our appliance warranty was repair based, we had to wait to hear from the home service network. The technician left Friday and it is now Tuesday and we have not had any results. We now have no stove and the gas shut off for fear of our safety and Samsung refuses to acknowledge the health risk we have now been put into and they refuse to schedule the pick-up to return this horrible product. This is astounding and the company should be sued!
