The only reason I am going to give 1 Star is because the review doesn't allow me to give a zero. Just got a brand new Samsung Fold 4. No charger or charger cable guess it is sold separately. Not once was I informed whilst taking out my contract. The charger and charger cable sold separately at massive inflated prices through MTN Canal Walk. Pathetic service delivery.

Bought new ultra 23 plus, zero help from Samsung Customer Service. Has to be my worst experience ever trying to remedy their problem. Do not recommend Samsung. Look for customer service ratings first before buying anything, it's the only thing that indicates you are making a good purchase. I learned the hard way. Very frustrated to say the least.

The worst customer service ever. I bought 5 pieces of appliances from Samsung and after installing the dryer noticed that the machine is broken. It was making a horrible noise. I called customer service right away and asked them to replace the dryer. They sent a technician to investigate the issue. He reported to them that the dryer should be replaced. After that I waited about 10 days and called customer service to get an update on my case, the representative said they are still investigating the case. I haven't used the dryer even once and still waiting for them to replace it.

Samsung, Its a shame and disgrace to see the regressive and atrocious POWER PLAY of Samsung customer service in India who am sure have been given endless power that ho one can question them or whatever they decide no one can overrule the decision or challenge it...In short they are GOD.... I am talking about Miss Aanchal Singh and her manager Mr Navdeep Singh who i think should be given the degree of the best fraudster and lier let me tell you how:- 1) My samsung fold worth 150000/- which samsung claims can be folded and unfolded 200000 times just with a year and half of usage the fold stopped opening eve half.... 2) On 20th Feb 2023 i was told to go the the service center to get my fold checked despite me telling them my fold is out of warranty but yet they emphasised that hey can help... 3) The phone was checked and i as a customer knows how to handle a 150000/- phone so i was and am sure the phone has no dent and the same was confirmed in the report by the service center guy at service center named Rahul....it has some minor daily use scratches which happens when you cover or or uncover the phone...which i agree.... 4) NOW JUST READ THIS....i was shocked that the false and fraudulent team back at samsung service center who did not even see my phone or touch it....just saw the pix and had the balls to blatantly lie on my face that " SIR YOUR PHONE HAS GOT DENTS ON IT.....i mean dents yaa dents..... 5) I told Miss Aanchal to speak with Mr Rahul from the samsung tech team who saw my phone live in flesh and blood and took her permission and got the call conference and asked her to speak to him......and the call was:' Aanchal:- Mr Rahul did you tell Aabhishek Sir that his phone does not have any dent??? Rahul:- Yes Miss Aanchal, Where do you see the dent since i cannot see it???? Aanchal:- On the bottom side of the fold next to the charging Port... Rahul:- Let me open the image once again and check.....No Miss Aanchal there are no dents i can see... Me:- Rahul did do find any dent on the fold when i gave it to you??? Rahul:- No Sir.. Aanchal;- Mr Rahul give me your number... Rahul gives his number and the call ends...... Samsung this conversation has been RECORDED by me for legal and proof issues as i know from day 1 aanchal is going to lie blatantly and close the case as per her convenience for sure... You also can here the call since aanchal claims that all the calls are being recorded....this was on the 27th of Feb 2023 from aanchals id in the noon between 12-3 pm.... Samsung its silly , ridiculous and attricious and unprofessional that aanchal and navdeep are doing nothing but enjoying there unlimited power of the chair and despite Rahul who is the samsung service center guy who has checked my phone certifying NO DENT....aanchal and Navdeep are using unauthorised power and since they have the notion that no one can touch them or question them they are hell bent that " they can see the dent on PHOTOS which Rahul and term as DAY TO DAY SCRATCHES and how can normal scratches damage a 150000 rs phone which can fold unfold upto 200000 times???? Samsung YOU NEED to bring down such idiots like Aanchal and Navdeep who think they are GOD and no one can touch them....... Such people are a black stigma on brand Samsung and should be penalised by either make them pay for my phones damage and also the false promise and FRAUDULENT REPORT filed where in Samsung ( Rahul) is being called a lier and not believed by Samsng ( Aanchal / Navdeep).... Whats the point of taking phones to the service center when GODS like aanchal and Navdeep decide as per their mood and wish to do what they want despite the customer proving them wrong and the service center guy assuring that there are NO DENTS....yet aanchal and Navdeep since they have unlimited power says NO THEY CAN SEE THE DENT.... Sasmung am glad Oppo ,One Plus, Vivo are also coming in the market so my plans for Fold 5 or any samsung product from here on is negative...and not just me all my circle my family and friends this is going to be a live example of wasting 150000 in water and and am sure people like Navdeep and aanchal should be thrown out of the company for tarnishing the name samsung and ensuring that me and people around me will NEVER EVER buy any samsung product since the customer service are a bunch of FRAUDS , LIERS AND POWER CENTRIC PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND NO ONE CAN QUESTION THEM..... I purchased a Samsung S22 Ultra from Samsung.com 3/29/2022. This last week I noticed the camera was blurry and defective. At Samsung.com's request I scheduled an appointment with one of their two authorized repair vendors, Best Buy, for today 02/28/23. The Best Buy approved technician advised the cameras were defective and that they needed replaced. The rep advised they could not repair the item as they did not have the parts. THE Best Buy technician suggested that I contact Samsung's other service provider, Ubreak we fix, to see if they have the parts. The technician advised me that if Ubreak didnt have the part to reach out to Samsung, provide them the signed written narrative adviding its defective and they are unable to fix, and that Samsung will send me a replacement phone. Upon receipt of thevreplacement phone I was to then return the defective phone to Samsung. I called Ubreak who advised they don't have the parts so I called Samsung. Two different Samsung representatives told me that they would not honor the third party approved technician diagnosis and that I would need to mail , USPS, my phone to Samsung for their in-house technician to diagnose the defect and attempt repair. If unable to repair they would issue replacement or refund of unknown amount. This process would take weeks to complete. Samsung confirms the phone is under manufacturer warranty but points to policy terms that were 1.) Not provided at purchase 2.) Are not documented in their own written warranty policy. This is a blatent attempt to avoid having to honor their warranty I purchases as they know I use the phone for work purposes and I an una le to go weeks without my device. They've offered no assistance and I'm going to be left with a $1400 defective phone, under warranty, less than a year post purchase. I'm informed, by samsung, their policy used to send replacement phones deemed defective, as Best Buy told me, but that they gave stopped doing that because people would take advantage

Never get a z flip phone. My father bought a z flip 3 and later on it broke by it self. There was a dark line that appeared in the middle of the screen and the top half of the screen stopped working. We contacted samsung but they said it was out of warranty. We are really disappointed because it is clearly a manufacturing defect.

It's the worst service I've ever faced. The company is fraud, don't shop for any products from them. My refrigerator is just 4 years old and in between 2 times gas was fully leaked. 4 days back, I was registered complain at Customer care. They send their technician next day for charging me Rs.410. He just taken photographs of the refrigerator and send them to their office for the final amount be repaired. Later on, they did even not call me 3-4 days, I call again & again then they told me the expensense is about Rs.9000 approximately. Do you think that the gas charge is Rs. 9000?? LoL, the company charging more money from customers, they are looting based on its brand value. Don't go with a such fraud company. It's best for me to repair from our local technicians at the charge of around Rs.3000 I lost money with this company.

I was waiting more than an hour to chat with a customer service Rep. but no one ever get online. I tried to send an email and explain my problem but their email service has a problem and I could not be sent it. I will migrate from Samsoung to iPhone and will never come back!

worst experience to buy a product from Samsung shop. I ordered Samsung galaxy 23 ultra their premium product and paid full amount of Rs. 1.22 lacs on 2nd of Feb. 2023 and still not received my order. After contacting their customer support n number of times still my hands are empty and I am not able to find a solution from them. Their is no option to give 0 start if it was there I will definitely give the same to their team. Their services are pathetic and they make fool of customer. I literally start begging for my product in front of them still they are deaf and not able to help me on this matter. I can buy this product from Amazon or their offline shop anytime but they are saying that they don't have the product with them. I feel betrayed and looted by them.

I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic customer service and delivery services provided by Samsung Australia. I recently placed an online order for a product that was not delivered on time, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have not received any satisfactory resolution to my issue. One of the most frustrating parts of my experience is the fact that Samsung is asking me to track their packages with Australia Post, despite being the company responsible for delivering the product. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I am appalled at the complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I have reached out to both the customer support line and online support multiple times, yet none of the representatives was able to provide a resolution to my issue. This lack of competence and efficiency is unacceptable, and I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, my experience with Samsung Australia has been a complete disappointment, and I will not be recommending this company to anyone. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service and delivery services provided, and as a result, I will be giving them the lowest rating possible.

Worst customer service in the industry, i have never seen worse than this. Z fold 4 cracked in the middle 2 month after purchasing, warranty requires a receipt even though it was purchased from samsung.. asked customer service to tranfer me to a manager, the guy said no and hung up.

If I could leave negative stars I would... Completely automated service, utterly useless. Spent hours trying to retrieve backup info via my account with no resolution. I've never owned Apple products... I will after this.

Brought a tv 0JKV3HKTA00394V from samsung. The first thing I noticed one remote was missing, as there are supposed to be 2 and 3 months on still waiting for the remote. After 5 weeks of having the TV, It has a horizontal and vertical lines on it. In total 18 calls made and hours spent on the phone and no resolution. A repair was arranged but then i was advised by the contractors that the tv needs the whole screen replaced and it will take time as the repair needs to be done at my home therefore have to take time off from work. I queried if it can be replaced instead, the contractor said they can put in the request to samsung and see what they say. Instead I got an email from samsung later that the repair has been done and matter resolved. Therefore, phoned samsung today and Neil in India who told me that product replacement is only in the first 3 weeks and now only a repair can happen. Completely and unterly a useless person. He then transferred me to Tony, samsung warranty uk who advised that there is no such thing as product replacement because samsung only do repairs. Tony admitted the even if mistakes were made by samsung, they canot be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss of earnings. He then said he will arrange another repair but for how long my warranty was i need to be transfered to samsung customer serves. Spoke to a female in india, checked my promotional 5 years warranty amd told me it was only 12 months as I failed to register the product in the first 90 days when the product sas ordered, not when it was delivered. I raised this issue, regarding the warranty when I brought the TV and was asked to register the product online on my Samsung account, which I did but apparently this is another form of registration and has nothing to do with the extended promtional warranty. Can not understand any words from samsung staff in India as they have their own English which I canot understand, you get passed from one person to the next and all they do is apologise for their collegeues mistakes, and a really hypocritical and sarcastic way to dehumanise you. No empathy, no call back from managers, they admit making mistakes and even if you are out of pocket or have suffered a financial loss, they will not address that, because it is NOT COMPANY POLICY. How can a company this pathetic and vile operate in the UK.

I had an ice maker problem with my refrigerator a few years after I bought it. I called their support which was really busy so they had a text message option so I did that. The first support rep told me they would have it fixed for free and that a tech would contact me within 48 hours to come out and fix it. About 72 hours later I got a notice by text the ticket had been closed, nobody contacted me. I contacted them and they said they didn't have a service center in my area so that is why the ticket was closed, so they referred me to a local appliance repair company, and they opened a new ticket where they would reimbursement after it was repaired. I contacted a company they recommended, they came out and fixed it. When I contacted their text message support about the reimbursement the guy didn't seem to understand the ice maker was already fixed and he kept wanting to open a ticket to have one of their techs contact me to make an appointment to come out and fix it. I called the number which wasn't busy this time, and the support rep then said my refrigerator was out of warranty so they wouldn't reimburse me for the repair!

Customer service sends you in circles when trying to arrange a service/repair. Very frustrating as they all asked for the same information that was apparently already. They also don’t understand what it is you are after. Not impressed

I just purchased the s23 ultra through Samsung. It came without the pin and cable. Also, l were supposed to get a credit of $150. All the calls go to the Philippine. I have been transferred from one to the other for 6 hours. All refused or disconnect when l asked to talk to supervisor. Or the refused or disconnect me. There is no one available in the USA to help. Maybe their products are good but the are good l would like to said take advantage of their customer.

Bought tv on 11/15/2022. TV showed only a black screen on 1/12/2023. Customer service told me to take sticker off and send picture to process refund request. A day or two later, was told refund was approved, and I would receive a link to complete terms and conditions of refund. A week later was told had to submit paper terms and conditions along with original sticker. Returned paperwork and sticker in UPS envelope supplied by Samsung. Have confirmation of delivery, but Samsung lost the UPS package. Now denying my refund saying they never received original sticker. Outrageous! Poor customer service and not trustworthy!

Had a very bad experience with Samsung. I pre-booked Samsung S23 Ultra on 2nd Feb after sale got started. I also bought VIP Pass as they promised to give exclusive offers. But it was not revealed till 1st Feb, even I contacted customer care, they told like 5000rs accessories and 1999rs that I payed for VIP Pass can be claimed during purchase.. I also asked them to call me back to explain offer as they itself don't know on 1st Feb.. But as I requested they called me on 1st Feb evening and explained offer that 5000 accessories wireless adapter and charger is free and 1999 will be deducted from final amount. This is what they said to me. I also pre-booked device on 2nd Feb as I could see two offers.. one is watch and buds for 5000Rs and wireless adapter and 25w charger for free which is worth 5000Rs.. So I booked that day. Till 14Feb morning I don't know about an extra 5000Rs offer there for accessories. When I contacted customer service that when I would recieve my phone,they checked and said that I missed to avail 5000RS accessories coupon. So I called respective support team and raised a dispute via mail. They called me after 4 hours and they are not even polite , he said I did a mistake , I could have called them at time of booking for exact offer. I asked them then y your team missed to inform me offers the before day. He don't have answers for that.. he said it's already availed you cannot avail it again. Seriously samsung product would be good. But customer service is very pathetic and now onwards I won't recommend any one to buy samsung. Worst customer service ever.
