Had a very bad experience with Samsung. I pre-booked Samsung S23 Ultra on 2nd Feb after sale got started. I also bought VIP Pass as they promised to give exclusive offers. But it was not revealed till 1st Feb, even I contacted customer care, they told like 5000rs accessories and 1999rs that I payed for VIP Pass can be claimed during purchase.. I also asked them to call me back to explain offer as they itself don't know on 1st Feb.. But as I requested they called me on 1st Feb evening and explained offer that 5000 accessories wireless adapter and charger is free and 1999 will be deducted from final amount. This is what they said to me. I also pre-booked device on 2nd Feb as I could see two offers.. one is watch and buds for 5000Rs and wireless adapter and 25w charger for free which is worth 5000Rs.. So I booked that day. Till 14Feb morning I don't know about an extra 5000Rs offer there for accessories. When I contacted customer service that when I would recieve my phone,they checked and said that I missed to avail 5000RS accessories coupon. So I called respective support team and raised a dispute via mail. They called me after 4 hours and they are not even polite , he said I did a mistake , I could have called them at time of booking for exact offer. I asked them then y your team missed to inform me offers the before day. He don't have answers for that.. he said it's already availed you cannot avail it again. Seriously samsung product would be good. But customer service is very pathetic and now onwards I won't recommend any one to buy samsung. Worst customer service ever.

a 11 phone lasted all of 1 yr woud" nt connect to network no service for 2 weeks . replaced it with a a32phone had cannot connect to network after having the phone 5months. customer service is as bad as their products . ps i also had a samsung tv i replaced after 3yrs. if they ha d a minus 1 rating ,that would be to good for samsung.

Get into your spouses and kids phones and other gadgets without them knowing or suspecting. It feels good and safe to know what your family members and loved one’s does at always without them knowing . I had always thought it was never possible to monitor your partner or children without them noticing, but all thanks to him I am able to view my partners activities without her even knowing. Buy one of their refrigerators from Lowe's 3 months ago, it breaks, and they won't cover the fixes since it's "out of warranty". They won't accept the receipts we have as proof of purchase because it wasn't the original receipt we had. Charged us over $300 for someone to come out and tell us it was a compressor problem and Samsung said they didn't receive any such information.

Samsung is a joke they're more than happy to take your money for the item your money for the item you purchase but when things go wrong but when things go wrong and fail to work work they make every excuse not to repair not to repair under the warranty under the warranty avoid

I have had issues with all of my Samsung appliances and customer service has provided zero help each time. Most recently, my refrigerator doors were not level. The reason why they weren’t level is because my door had a water pitcher in it which leaked down the door when I first received it. I called Samsung and they told me to check my water line.. So I got a replacement door through Lowes. When they replaced the door, it wasn’t leveled with the other one and the diverter in the middle wouldn’t close flat when the door shut. I looked in the owners manual and it says to level the door “using the provided snap rings.” I never received any snap rings. I called and they told me that the snap rings are an accessory and do not come with the refrigerator. So I spent $2000 on a refrigerator and they will not provide me a $5 part so the doors will be leveled..

Customer service rep extremely rude, despite Samsung policy that Manufacturing date is enough for age verification (could not find invoice any more), denial of claim, finally wrote CEO of Samsung and told him about my extremely negative experience.

Worst company ever 4 numbers to ring for them to say it will cost me to fix my screen protector when it under warranty because they haven't got a store close to me ridiculous next phone will not be samsung

Don’t buy Samsung. Very poor customer service. I purchased a gas range. The door broke in the first 6 months. The damaged door is a manufacturer or delivery issue. The repair man said it was not repairable and because he put the word cosmetic on the form it made the warranty invalid. So now I have a 6 month old gas range with NO OVEN. Or a $2,500 paper weight. I marked 1 star because I couldn’t mark a minus 5 stars

Don't buy Samsung fridge freezers! Samsung told me to turn the freezer off until the repair man arrival in 5 days & I would be able to claim for perished food. Repair completed perfectly. However, now Samsung are only offering £50 (amount not mentioned previously), so I am now out of pocket to the tune of £400+

Two phones a11& a32 didn't work a little after a yr a32 389 days. Had tv had be repaired in less than a year.It was replaced after 3yrs. Picture was bad,it had a shadow. I have a Sony that's 15 yr old.

Samsung NZ customer service is a joke. Not only can you not get through either by online chat (waited 30 minutes and still had no available representatives), or phone (there was silence on the line when I finally got through forcing me to hang up), but if you do waste 3 hours and finally talk to them, the promised follow-up never comes. I have been waiting over a week and still nothing. My issue is one shared by many S22 user, the persistent Secure Folder notifications that you cannot turn off. It is all over the online forums - it is a known issue but they still haven't dealt with it. I'll be moving to Apple after being a loyal Samsung guy for 12 years.

samsung galaxy z fold 3 is thew worst device i ever have in my hands . the central screen got black without any reason and the answer of the samsung was that the side of the device had citing damage. and i ahve to pay more than 850 euros to repair it, even if it was i warranty

I purchased a washer and dryer on november 11th. They wouldn't power on. Got a tech to come look at them after a week. He fixed that issue but when we tried to run the washer water went everywhere. One of the pieces was broken. We ordered another piece. That took two weeks to get in. when he brought it to replace the current piece he discovered it too was broken. Samsung then agreed to an exchange. It is now January 31st and the trucking company just contacted me and said it would be Feb 9th. Thats three months without a washer. I told Samsung that I wanted to return the washer and dryer for a refund. They said they would refund the washer but not the dryer. Even after i explained I bought them as a stackable set they refused to refund the dryer. Customer service has not been helpful and has been rude at times. I would never buy another Samsund appliance.

Absolutely appalling experience from samsung direct. I paid for a washing machine which i have not got, and have not been refunded for. Customer service is an absolute joke, they barely speak English, conveniently cannot understand what im saying, and just tell you to wait 24/48 hours for an update every chat you have. My washer was meant to be delivered and plumbed in 5 days ago and someone today told me it was cancelled last friday and was never coming back. Absolute joke. Please read trust pilot reviews before purchasing samsung!!

I purchased my Z Fold 3 one year ago. I have been nothing but disappointed. Six months after purchase the screen protector began to bubble up. Called Samsung and that was a total waste of time. I finally figured out it was the screen protector and had to remove it. Fast forward 6 months to now having to deal with an unresponsive inner screen. I have tried everything I was told to try and still no luck. It is now out of warranty so fixing it will cost about 30% of the price of the phone. I am being told to send it back but that is my work phone as well. I have an elderly parent that i care for and cannot afford to be without it. I waited for a while to get this phone. Such a disappointment and don't get me started on the overseas customer service. It's time for an IPhone.

BUYER BEWARE! The Samsung Bespoke white refrigerator and stove are gray, not white and will not match any of your white appliances. If you sign off on delivery, without taking the protective covering off the appliance, and discover the color is wrong, you are stuck!! Their customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I will never buy Samsung again!
