Shipping delays are normal, especially during the holidays, but my experience with Samsung has been unmatched. Nearly 1 month after ordering, the item has not shipped and I receive emails every other day indicating “your order is still on time”. I’ve reached out to support several times, all of which have either not helped me at all, tried to sell me other Samsung products, or told me false and misleading information about my order. I can’t imagine the processes involved for buying and relying on more intensive items such as appliances or phones from this company. Apple devices and Amazon shipping times will always be superior.

They have a totally unfriendly return policy, even when they at fault by delivering faulty equipment. As a customer being told I must wait up to 2 weeks for a new washing machine but they must pick up the defective 5 day old model is down right ant customer focused. They are too big for their boots.

Do not buy a Samsung Flip Z phone. Was told by the customer service employee that the screens are new technology and not as durable as the other phones (was expected that they are more likely to break). However, knowing this, then used the most insignificant reasons not to fix it whilst still under warranty, even though the screen at the fold site had fully cracked and stopped working. The phones are just not fit for purpose and the customer service after care is shocking. How they can charge so much for a phone that is likely to break and not honour the warranty is beyond me.

Purchased matching washer/Dryer. Washer went out before year. So they cannot get the matching washer and just want to give me a refund but I wanted a matching set. They don’t care. I have spent hours on the phone going over and over this everytime I call. They are horrible. Cannot understand most of them. They will not let you speak to a manager or a supervisor which I find CRAZY!!!! I will never purchase another Samsung product

NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE —-THEY TRULY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. I’m doing renovations on my house I brought a fridge, oven, microwave and a dishwasher with them. I didn’t open any of the packages because I didn’t want any items to be damaged and assuming everything would come in perfect condition from the company. It’s over the 15 days and I start opening the packaging for the dishwasher and it’s missing rails and draws weren’t assembled. Also there’s interior damage inside. I call Samsung they gave me the run around saying it’s pass the 15 days nothing we can do then another representative said they would replace it then another representative said they will send someone to try to fix it then another said we’ll send the rails, over and over I was told many things but nothing was done. Now I lost out on 900 dollars with this company and they don’t care. I sent multiple message to this company 1 person reached out but didn’t give any resolution told me that they’re going to look into it and will contact me back. Besides the renovations and moving I’m under a lot of stress I never in my life experiences a company so disgusting and money hungry than Samsung. I will not stop telling people and making them aware to not purchase anything with this company I hope they go out of business please DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY ! !!!!!!!

I made a huge mistake buying samsung two doors refrigerator. Bought in 2019 and now the compressor spoilt and i have to pay nearly RM800 to repair it. I have sharp fridge which I bought in 2013 and it is still in good condition. I seriously regret buying samsung home appliances which does not have good standard. If possible, i do not want to rate 1 star in my review. No star at all.

The first time I order the Z flip, for they sent me the wrong color. The next time they went to replace the phone they sent me a locked phone instead of the requested unlocked. Bye, then my trade in value they claimed was less so they wouldn’t match my original price for the third replacement. So I lost $100 on that. Then, by the second replacement, they also refused to match the original price and sent me a new cart with a deal that was $200 more. When I asked to cancel the whole order and give me my Z flip three back, which was my trade in, they refused . This, after a rep hung up on me when we weren’t even arguing and I was trying to understand her accent . So I’m literally at the point where I’m considering calling a small claims lawyer about this to get my Z flip three back from them and get out of this double faced ordering nightmare. I hope this point it’s just to get a used as he flipped for on eBay or something. The feedback on that would be way more reliable than Samsung has been.

I feel that the Samsung CS is only to cut the deal - It's all about cutting the deal! Sales! Sales! and Sales! After the contract is cut, in case the problem pops up, they are nowhere to be found! You will often find that you will be treated like a ball being kicked from person to person. First off, there is no real person to talk to on their 800 number - the only option is to via online chatting. Secondly, even if you are lucky enough to be hooked up with an online CS manager, very soon you will find that his/her goal is for you to make another purchase and when you request technical support for a missing or damaged part for your home appliance or mobile product, he or she will reroute you to another guy arguing that you will be "well" taken care of by their technical support?! It is until then that you will find that you are f**ked. Really do not understand what a missing part for your home appliance has to do with technical support?! To be honest, were there a negative star, I would give it to them.

Don't ever buy A Samsung dishwasher. They are made with the cheapest parts and will leak out water from underneath and ruin your floors. When you call Samsung service they don't honor the warranty. They make you use A credit card before they send out A service man.The service man never has the parts so you have to reschedule them to come back. They charge you $300.00 Each time they come out buy that time you could have bought A New dishwasher.BEWARE SAMSUNG DIISHWASHERS ARE JUNK!

i am so upset and disappointed with how samsung claims, customer service , warranty and specialty departments i purchased an electric oven less than six months ago when it began to overheat so i call to ask to have it checked the tech said because of a liability issue it could not be fixed, replaced or repaired its been six weeks and finally i was told after numerous calls and run around they could not do anything for me even though it was still under warranty my husband plans to contact the president / presidents of the company to try and have it replaced or our money back the company has had issues with overheating gas stove ovens back in 2019 when a lawsuit was filed you can google this issue i think the company has a flawed mother board heating element which causes the ovens to overheat which was verified by the tech who checked on the unit when i mention this to several representatives they chose to ignore my comments and showed very little empathy for my situation and distress for a company that has trillions of revenue you would think they would care to make customers happy but after going back and forth for the past several weeks frankly i am just too tired to continue the dialogue or any kind of future conversations because they do not care about communicating to resolve this issue

I recently purchased two upgraded Cell Phones for my wife (Z Flip 4 with Galaxy 5 Watch) and I (S22+ and Galaxy 4 Watch) and took advantage of the trade in, The only reason I choose to upgrade and trade in our existing phones is I am retiring and decided to take on this expense before retirement. Our phone were aged, but functioning and meeting our daily needs. I also made note that there was damage to the case, not screen, when trading them in. Did not try and hide anything. I have been using my existing phone up to the day where I transferred all the data from my existing phone via USB C cable to my new phone and performed the Factory Reset. After the reset, the phone came back up and I saw the welcome screen to begin the activation. I then powered off the phone, packed it up and sent back to Samsung. A week later received notice they received the phone. Two weeks later I get a notice stating they are declining my return as they claim the phone does not turn on. So I asked a simple question.... how did I make calls, transfer my data and apply a factory reset to a phone that does not turn on??? I used this phone up to the point of shipping back to Samsung!!!! The only answer I continue to get back is the phone does not turn on and I am being charged. Have made attempts to reach a manager, but can not speak to anyone past 1 level on chat or the phone. I have been in the Customer Service and Support industry for some 40 years, including managing a WW support team, and if I treated my customers like this, I would be ashamed and probably fired. My family will never purchase another Samsung product again. Was looking at a new 75in Samsung QLED TV for Christmas, but based on my recent experience with Samsung, switching to LG or Sony. I only wish I had followed my original instinct and went back to Apple for my cell phone

Stay away from SAMSUNG!!!!! I purchased a Refrigerator in 2020 with the purchase 1 yr warranty was included, I also purchased a 3 yr warranty. The 3 yr warranty would start after the 1 yr manufacture warranty expires, so in total I would have 4 yr warranty. Calling Samsung to make sure of such and I have been on the phone for over 2 hrs and they keep giving me phone # after phone # to call all of them direct me back to Samsung. When I talk to them they do confirm the 4 yr total warranty but they can't no one on the phone to confirm the expiration date of my warranty. Assurant their 3rd party for warranty and repairs has my warranty expiring in 2023 when it should be 2024. It is not legal to have the exact same coverage on the same product at the same time. HORRIBLEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER WILL I GET SAMSUNG AGAINNNNNNNN

I purchased a Samsung Q80 and after only a couple of years, the tv will not turn on. The remote no longer works and the power button on the tv itself does nothing. After navigating the samsung site to actually find an English help line, I was told...sorry sounds most likely like the main board. This tv was well over $2000 when I purchased it and now it is nothing more than a piece of garbage. The service call and part will be more than the cost of a larger, better tv. I will never own another piece of samsung electronics. Absolutely the WORST customer service have experienced and overpriced, yet subpar quality merchandise. STAY AWAY

Samsung sent a technician to repair a leak in my refrigerator. He took 40 minutes and replaced a condenser fan which can be ordered online for less than $100. They charged me $500, a sum I allowed them to hold until the problem was diagnosed and repaired. I have never received an invoice or accounting for the cost of labor or parts. Repeated calls only got me passed around from department to department with failed promises to escalate and remedy the complaint. I spent hours upon hours on the phone talking to over a dozen individuals without any proper response or explanation. I feel I was mislead and deceived when scheduling the repair and offered no satisfactory explanation after the work was completed. I emailed the CEO's office and received the same run around. No one seems to know anything or have the authority to do anything. WARNING: If something goes wrong with your product after warranty, do NOT contact Samsung and fall into this pit of lack of customer care and absence of good business practices. I will not purchase another Samsung product ever. I will be replacing my phone and other household appliances with products from companies that treat their customers with respect and care. Samsung is NOT on that list based on my experience. BEWARE!!

Purchased two new Samsung phones, one for my wife and the other fot myself, and took advantage of the rebate program. I followed the process requested from Samsung for both phones and returned old phones. Samsung three weeks later declined my return and claims my phone does not turn on. I find this difficult to understand as I was using this phone right up to the return date. On the return date, I transfered data via a USB C cable between old and new phone, did a factory reset and once it came up to activation screen I turned it off and shipped. Tried to call and was told that there was no one I could not speak with, only able to communicate to the return team via email who only sends me a we are going to charge me.
