Customer service is bad. I was texting with a bot for over 90 minutes about an issue with my Samsung QLED 8 which had started to malfunction (picture faded, black screen). The issue never got resolved. I wanted a live person but that wasn't permitted. I will think twice about buying Samsung again!

Since purchasing the refrigerator model no- SAMSUNG REF RS72R5011SL ; purchase date- 12/04/2022 , I have encountered multiple problems related to its cooling system. Despite registering numerous complaints with your customer support team and allowing for a previous compressor replacement, the issues persist. The refrigerator is still not cooling properly, which is causing great inconvenience to my household. I would like to provide a detailed account of the problems I have encountered: Cooling Inefficiency: Despite the compressor replacement, the refrigerator continues to exhibit inadequate cooling. The internal temperature remains inconsistent, leading to food spoilage and the formation of ice in the freezer compartment. Unreliable Service: Despite promptly reporting these issues to your customer service department, I have been met with unsatisfactory responses and delays in service visits. The technicians sent to address the problems have been unable to resolve the root cause effectively, leading to recurring breakdowns. I understand that products may encounter issues occasionally, but the prolonged and persistent problems with this refrigerator have caused immense frustration and disappointment. As a loyal customer of Samsung products for several years, I expected a durable and reliable appliance, but the current situation has severely undermined my trust in the brand. The series of events that have transpired over the past few weeks have left me highly dissatisfied with the level of service and product quality provided by Samsung. I expected much more from a reputable company like Samsung, but the reality has been quite the opposite. I must highlight that your customer service technicians have been attentive and courteous during their visits. However, the repeated need for compressor replacements and the lack of a permanent solution have raised serious concerns about the reliability of your products.

My Husband And I purchased the Samsung Black Brush Washer and Dryer set and the dryer came damaged! I have called these idiots several times and I said just give a refund. Buy from Lowes or Home Depot

SO DISAPPOINTED WITH SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES...They make fool of there customers when they need buyers they will do anything once customer is in trouble they will start making more money out of them..My experience with them is the worst..we had issue with our washing machine they sent a so called technician who said we need gearbox took 415Rs just for this..they said they will send someone who will take washing machine to the service centre..we agreed but no followup done by them nobody came for weeks...Once they came picked up the machine they said you will get it in 2 days ..again no-one delivered and nobody called us about not getting delivered..called them then they said you will get it next week we said OK.. then they called and said our drum is broken which was by the way totally fine even if it was broken why didn't there so called technician told us..they are just making money by doing this..so please don't buy things from Samsung they are pathetic and greedy..

Took 10 calls to get a friggen replacement, and they wont even take the broken one i need to pay to get rid of it. Never buying samsung again

Bought a Galaxy A54 which stopped working after 3 months. Needed to have motherboard replaced. Was told by Samsung that it would take 3-5 days which ended up being 2 weeks with absolutely no communication or updates provided. I then received the phone back with further issues that have not been rectified. Samsung refuse to replace the device or provide a return authorisation for the retailer. Samsung customer service was abysmal. Nothing but insincere apologies and empty promises. Constantly fobbed off being told that a "case manager" would make contact which never happened. I still don't have a device that works as intended and Samsung refuses to remedy the problem.

I've come to realize that so many companies with digitial services, etc., have created a consummer nightmare as well as a service nightmare for themselves . . . all in the name of growth, greed, and desire. I was giving Samsung a chance, having purchased an A 42 Galaxy model phone. After 2 hours on line TRYING to create an account and TRYING to get some form of assistance, as well as buying into their garbage "recycle", I decided it was not worth the headache and toil. So, now I will NOT purchase another Samsung product. This morning, I found a Samsung microwave sorely needed for the kitchen. I dropped the offer like a hot potatoe. WHY? Why bother purchasing more nightmare based recycle garbage. I'd encourage anyone NOT to waste your time, don't even bother the company - - - they are to big to care and to big to even worry. Awful. Awful. Run for your life.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service in the stores and on the phone are extremely rude and totally unhelpful!! My phone is 6 months old and it overheats to the point that I cannot hold it to my ear. I have had it in for service 3 times and each time I am without a phone for a week. Now, they want to give me pointers on how to use a phone because they don't know how to fix it..... Unbelievable!!!!!! DIsgusting!!!!!

Trade in is a scam they will give you one price but once you send your cell in even if it has a tiny nic in it they will give you nothing n your forced to take whatever they offer or they charge you full price and you can't return the cell. I'll never buy a POS company samsung product again. Customer service is garbage n their Thieves and liars

Everything is wrong with Samsung. I should say you are thriving just cause your brand name but your service is the worst i have come across. I contacted your customer service yesterday to repair my microwave. They raised a ticket and issued the name of the technical person to reach by 11.am. Which the guy never bothered to contact me. I called the customer center again for which they promised to send a technician again which may come in the coming months, i shall wait patiently for you rotten guys Never ever shall dream about purchasing your products.

My phone would quit working no calls out no calls in no text not even emergency calls I would have to power it down and start it back up to get it to work maybe sometimes I had to do that two to three times before I would start working went to spectrum where I got the phone and had my service after about 3 to 6 months of playing with them they told me to call Samsung because they wouldn't replace my phone still under warranty called Samsung they told me I would have to drive to West bend which is approximately 40 miles from my house leave my phone there go home and go back and get it when it was repaired if they could repair it if not Samsung would replace it that's over 120 miles plus wear and tear on my vehicle my time all for a phone that was under warranty and should have just been replaced if you don't have somebody local to fix it the place I bought it from should give me a new one worst service ever will never ever buy another Samsung product I now own Motorola and went to US Cellular where there is never a line of people waiting for help

I read about this and I didn't believe it. Now it happened to me, so I will give you my honest review. I traded my Samsung S9 phone for 40 dollars. Removed it from the Beetle case it has been from day one, charged it, factory defaulted the phone, made sure it was wrapped nicely and added the case to the box I sent. Received a message that "upon inspection, have adjusted your Trade-in Value to $16.00". Shame on you Samsung ! For the 24 dollars difference that you want, you lost me as a future customer for good. I bought a 512 GB Samsung Ultra, the top watch, own a Samsung TV and a vacuum among many other devices. This was the last time I have purchased anything that has Samsung name on it, for the 24 dollars that you stealing from my pocket. I will not waste my time to refuse it but will take the time to distribute on social media, and tell everyone I know that Samsung is not what I knew it used to be. Shame on you Samsung ! The phone I traded and you took pictures of it, was in like new condition. Florentin Salceanu.

My complaint was regarding a product which Samsung sold me which was incorrectly advertised. The complaint went unresolved and I decided to explore my options. I also decided to escalate as in my opinion Samsung had behaved unethically throughout the complaint. I found various examples of them doing this before just search for Samsung Ethics. The actual complaint involved a lot of money and and I spent hours of calls and emails trying to get things resolved. From Samsung there was general confusion between departments. My complaint was addressed by several departments but then denied by others. There were claims that text messages and voicemails were left but this wasn't always the case (I substantiated this with my call logs when challenged). There was no follow up from the CEO's office. I documented everything carefully to back up my complaint including all communications If I have another complaint, I won't spend hours on the phone with them. Knowing what I know now, I would set myself a time limit trying to resolve internally. The complaint went unresolved, so I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau which addressed part of my complaint with Samsung though a substantial amount of money was still outstanding. I found working with them was pretty easy but the back and forth with Samsung was tedious and several responses showed they hadn't read the complaints properly. I also left reviews on Better Business Bureau and Trustpilot. I wrote to my Attorney General. Samsung ignored the letter from them. I found out in the letter that if a Company doesn't respond they won't take things any further. This sounds like it would be common knowledge for any company who is familiar with process. Finally,I started looking at options (see below). I have my Better Business Bureau transcripts which documents Samsung's actions throughout the complaint. I believe this shows pretty conclusively the validity of my complaint. Search for small claim courts in your area. FYI. No lawyers allowed on either side. Have seen claim limits as high $10,000. Very cheap to file. FTC government website Attorney Generals office: Search for “attorney generals office [insert your state]” Search for Samsung Customer Service on the Elliot Report Website. Takes you to key contacts at Samsung.

Seriously, Samsung…you’re sorry to hear more bad reviews? Have you read the comments here, and tried to resolve them and deter future negative issues? I think this is more disingenuous apology for your terrible customer service and support. I’ve been put on hold and redirected so many times that I’ve reiterated my complaint at least 8 times by now!! And, the issue is still not resolved. I tried to send an email to the CEO as offered on the website, but that too is a farce and does not work! Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the induction cookware that arrived without the knob to adjust the heat, and now they say I have to pay an additional $160 to get the knob despite having paid $$$$ in the first place. Disgusting!

DO NOT EVER BUY A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR!!!! Bought a Samsung refrigerator in November. Realized a few months later that the top ice maker bucket, that came out every few times you opened the refrigerator door, should be latched in place after seeing my daughters. I called Samsung, they sent a tech twice and it couldn't be repaired. They gave us an exchange for another refrigerator. We had it 3 weeks and noticed the freezer stopped cooling and all our food was spoiled. We went back to Lowes and since we were within the 30 days to return an item we did. We were not going to own another Samsung. That next morning the refrigerator stopped cooling too. We were told to contact Samsung about the food we lost which was about 250 to 300 dollars. I called and spoke to Marissa who texted me and told me to make a list and send it back via the text. I never heard whether she received it or not so 3 days later I texted her again to see if she had it. I never got any response. I called back and was told we would have had to have a tech come out to look at the refrigerator to be eligible to get a refund for the food. Which would have meant waiting for a tech then waiting for there response all the while with no working refrigerator. We did not want it repaired because we did not want to keep a product that was obviously junk. Good riddance Samsung.

It has been very stressful for the last several weeks because my Smart Samsung Dryer is out of commission. Thank you for being kind and taking care of my service needs. We definitely need more like you the world!

I have paid for 2 years 17.00 a month for samsung care plus and I set up an appointment on their website drove to the repair shop and they did not have the claim they said they only had the appointment. I called Samsung and was on hold for an hour and they said it was the claims department, not the scheduling department. This is a horrible service and not worth the money, go with your actual cell provider.
