I ordered a washer and dryer from Samsung website. I paid extra for installation. Units arrived and were installed and as soon as they turned on the dryer to test it, my ears were in pain due to the terrible noise. Installation crew said to call Samsung and have it replaced. I did that. They refused to replace, they sent a tech. Tech arrived, said the unit is irreparable, has a bent frame, they need to replace. Called Samsung to get a replacement and they informed me "It has physical damage and we do not cover physical damage". ARE YOU KIDDING ME????????????????????????????????????????????? After 47 minutes and six agents, someone finally agreed it should be replaced; however, they COULD NOT replace it because 48 hours AFTER delivery, THEIR system shows that it was never delivered. How convenient!!! Yet they sent a tech to repair a machine that didn't exist? Zero customer service, ZERO confidence in their product and ZERO resolution offered. DISGUSTING!!

From the beginning of my purchase it’s been horrible. You guys put a hold on my account for $1450 and never informed me. That money was to pay my mortgage on Monday April 10 and that money went back into my account yesterday April 14. When I called all I was told was they are sorry for the inconvenience that might cause me but that can’t pay my late fee on my mortgage. Then here come another problem I payed to get my refrigerator to be installed and to haul my old refrigerator. The guys you guys send out speak no English and they drop the refrigerator off and did not install nor haul the old refrigerator out. On top of that I had to remove my front door to get the refrigerator threw the door. When I called no one knows how to fix the problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they don’t have one. So if you guys can’t get the refrigerator install please come back for it and refund me back my money because I’m pretty care I can get better customer elsewhere.

I had a really bad experience withe this company, I ordered a refrigerator everything was fine just one of the vegetables drawers was broken, I asked for a replacement and was told I would get it and its been almost a year and never got anything. I called more then 20 times on and off and all those times I was told it was send but I called today and now they said its out of warranty and they canceled the item. When I asked for the replacement it was under warranty but they just never send it even though they said they would or did. I also got told I would get a call back and never got 1 call from them. Supper bad customer service and warranty.

Their products are okay but they're extended warranties need to be updated a bit to help the consumer for the amount of money they are spending I just bought a $1,100 TV from Samsung barely had it 8 months and by accident it got a little crack in the screen I purchased the extended warranty but to my understanding when I called in to have it fixed the extended warranty that I paid nearly $300 for only covers mechanical issues and it would cost a little more than 900 to replace screen really could buy a new one for that so another words my $1,100 TV that I got from them and the expensive warranty is garbage cuz now I got an $1,100 TV that is a white knot on the Shelf that's all it good for extended warranties should be mechanical and accidental if you're paying hundreds of dollars extra for it that is just garbage

New dryer (2 months old). 2 different service techs came out and would not fix the belt that came off due to me by passing the terminal block. This was not a powering issue. The belt came off the pully underneath. It wasn't even broken. Both techs could have addressed this issue but chose not to. What's wrong with folks not wanting to help now days? Both saw the belt was off and were unwilling to help. They blamed Samsung but honestly if they wanted to help they would have. My wife and I put the belt back on and solved the problem. Very disappointing Pedro !! Get better at helping people.

Ordered spare part for my fridge in Nov 2022. April 2023 still waiting for my repairs. Shameful lack of service. Understand the poor reviews now. How does a corporation run without customer service or care.

I've been waiting for over a month for my exchange and was getting told 3 different stories during the process. Then I was told if the trucking company did not contact me by a certain time to call so it can be escalated to upper management. So now I'm being told they are going to go through the same process I just went through. No help and really don't care about there customer. I've bought Samsung for all my appliances and TV's over the years but that will change from now on. Don't recommend buying from them.

I have purchased Samsung S20+ in 2021 . Now, when I done update mobile screen got green vertical line . After logging complaint wirh customer care they say it was changed (screen) till 31st March 23 & I got late to go to service center so now I have to pay for their mistakes while updating. I was not able to reach service center before 31st March 23 where as I reported this in Lucknow on 20th of March but they said they need 5 to 6 days to fix the issue since I was traveling so could not effort there itself & when reaching Pune on 7th I approached service center

SUMMARY FOR EVERYONE - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM - IF YOU DID, REPORT TO ACCC AND FAIR TRADING. IF SAMSUNG DONT CARE, WE DONT CARE Order a monitor with full payment 7 WEEKS AGO STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. Nothing happened on my delivery date, no message, no call, no email. Called them and they pushed delivery 15 days later. Second delivery date, the courier told me there was unseccsuflly handover. Samsung said there was the delay between NSW and the local warehouse, the monitor is available in the local ware house and expects delivery next week. AND, OF COURSE, NOTHING HAPPENED TO EVERY NEXT WEEK. CALLED THEM ASK: When will ETA be? DONT KNOW. When will the courier come to pick up my product and do delivery? DONT KNOW. Can I come to the warehouse to pick it up by myself? NO YOU CAN'T Lots of people have the same issue with them. I highly doubt they did this for purpose, product is not avaliable at all but they still to take cash in without providing the product and use some money for something else. Sending my case to ACCC and fair trading.

I ordered the s23 plus purple on march 5th n had a delivery date for the 10th. Well here it is April 8th n I think my 5th newest delivery date is for the 11th. Yeah sure. If you didn't have the damn phone you shouldn't be offering it or at least be honest enough to say hey it's gonna be a month or 2 or 3 but I'm thinking never at this point. I've chatted, texted n phoned customer service n got the same runaround about being at the top of the list or some bull. If they would of said hey it'll be 3 months till it's in stock I would of waited. I wouldn't of minded but I hate liars. I tried cancelling n they won't let me. I tried to change the color n it didn't make a difference. I'm stuck because I'm doing a payment plan so I guess they get to screw you because of it. So warning don't try n finance with them.

I ordered a TV for my parents on samsung online store (eshop), they were supposed to deliver on the 7th April. Not delivered until 8pm, when we contacted the customer service they say they had a delivery problem and they would deliver on the 8th between 11am and 1pm and is yet to be delivered. Issues: 1) Until we called they didnt bother to tell us that there is an issue in delivery? 2) Failed again 3) They take exchange everywhere, but not in our pincode. More than anything else, no responsibility to resolve the issue. Very disappointed. Worst service on earth.

Really regret to say that I will never ever choose Samsung. I used to work with Samsung and considering that loyalty I have purchased Samsung oled TV, vacuum cleaner, dryer and washing machine in which WiFi connection often disconnects on the TV, washing machine was not switching on and dryer was having physical damage. I wonder how samsung sell these machines without any proper quality checks. Now washing machine and dryer have been collected back by the samsung and we have been asked to wait for next two weeks to get the replacement. Such a pathetic support. They can deliver machines with own lead time and send machines without proper quality checks even after all these customer has to wait for 2 weeks to get the replacement as that is their standard procedure . I am not sure how I can leave next two weeks with one infant baby and and a toddler without washing their clothes.If you have any options, please choose any other company not this electronic waste. I bought Bespoke Refrigerator in Dec because it had the sonic Ice make and free color panel to match my year old kitchen. Ordered the panel received emailswith deliver date plus email updates say its on time and not its 2 weeks later and they have no idea where my panels or and they want to give me a different color. WFT DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG! nothing but the run around on the phone! All I want is the Color Panels for my refrigerator and they cannot help! They tell me to wait but they except you to wait months or years is what it sounds like. Im calling tring to find out when I might receive my order and they keep saying just wait. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!

My LED-TV lost a pixel after 3 months. The service centre was only online/phone/e-mail based. I got instructions over the phone that I may or may not have understood correctly. I had to call back twice because nothing worked. I had to send pictures via e-mail, (note - of lower quality, they could not accept high quality pictures) of my problem and based on these pictures it was deducted that I caused the pixelproblem. (However I was abroad for four days and this is when the TV lost its pixel). So, poor quality on product as well as method of service here in Sweden.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the quality of service I have received from Samsung. On March 1, 2023, I made a purchase of a Samsung Frame TV, a Samsung sound bar, and a Samsung refrigerator from your official online store. Unfortunately, my experience with your company has been far from satisfactory. From the moment I placed the order, I noticed that there were several issues with the delivery process. The delivery of my Samsung Frame TV was cancelled multiple times without any clear explanation. After several attempts to contact your customer service team, I made the difficult decision to cancel the order due to the lack of proper assistance. However, even after canceling the order, I have still not received a refund for the approximate amount of $7000 that is currently on hold with your company. I have attempted to contact your customer service team multiple times but have not received any proper response or resolution to this issue. This is not only frustrating but also unacceptable as it is a clear violation of consumer laws in Australia. Throughout this process, I have received misleading and false information from different representatives, and every time I contact your company, I am given different information. The lack of consistency and transparency in your communication is unacceptable, and I believe that it is a clear violation of consumer laws in Australia. To add to my frustration, I have only received the sound bar from my order. Despite receiving multiple emails indicating that my other items were in transit, I have not received any further updates regarding their delivery. I demand that Samsung take immediate action to resolve this issue. I expect clear communication and transparency regarding the refund process. Additionally, I believe that Samsung owes me an apology for the poor quality of service and the violation of consumer laws and requires compensation for the time and effort I have wasted on this process. If these demands are not met, I will have no choice but to take legal action and report this issue to the relevant authorities. I urge you to take this matter seriously and work to resolve it as soon as possible.

On September 16, 2022 we purchased just under $5000 worth of Samsung appliances for our new home from the Brick. Forward 6 months our Fridge which is suppose to be fingerprint resistant is anything but, and it dents at the blink of an eye, every door has a dent. We are seniors and not rough with our stuff. The stainless steel is inferior even when wiping the doors they dent in its so flimsy. The dent occurred when I stuck my index finger out to stop the door from hitting me when my husband opened it. I've called Samsung to no avail, I get disconnected, told they didn't understand what dent was, to finally getting someone write it down and apparently transfer me to management only to be told if I don't have a case # there is nothing they could do and hang up (not my fault their employee didn't give me a case #), then tried to go through the Brick where I bought it to get no where just told to contact Samsung or that I should have purchased their warranty. So Samsung nor their sellers stand behind their products. I will never purchase or recommend Samsung to anyone ever again.............my 6 month old fridge looks like an old piece of junk!!!!!

Have a microwave its only two years old and it has quit. Looks brand new and its in a house with only two people. It is not abused in fact many days it doesn't get used. But it quit yesterday. I had purchase this one to replace a 12 year old (GE) microwave that was still going strong no problems but we did a remodel. Samsung won't help even though the part in question has a 10 year warrenty they will not replace it unless I pay big bucks to have a tech come out and do it. Its a simple part but its a no go. Went out and purchased another GE. My advice to you is avoid Samsung products.

My wife & I got our Galaxy A53 5G phones at the same time. After owning the phone for 4, months, & despite neither phone has had any physical or water damage, the speakers on both phones went out at the same time. Went through an authorized tech repair shop, at the instruction of Samsung Support. The repair shop said it's beyond repair since the issue is with the mother board. Samsungs solution...mail them the phone & two weeks later, they will determine if they can repair, or if a new phone is warranted!
