“Have a claim number for ATT property damage. Call and follow prompts. Reach adjusters voice mail, can't leave message and receive new number to call. New number starts talking about Medicare.
This organization is a joke. Shame on ATT for contracting with them.”
“They do not inform you of anything, i called 3 times and was told they needed nothing more from me or my Dr. 3 days later my employer informs me that I will not be getting paid until they get the paperwork from Sedgwick, what paperwork. They verified 3 times they had the paperwork that puts me out past February so what is it they need? Dr notes, every time you see the Dr they need the notes from that business. Never, not once on the 20 plus times I had to call them did they mention that, not once. I have never spoken to my claims adjuster and I've told them when she died call and leaves a message it sounds like charlie browns teacher, can't understand any thing. A day after my surgery I'm playing secretary for these people. They have my Dr's information, and they told me if they needed anything they would reach out to his office, so why is my company harassing me for paperwork? I blame my company 100% as they hired this company but I've never in my life worked with such an incompetent company. After surgery you should be resting and healing, not trying to get paid so you can keep a roof over your head. Horrible company that should not be in business”

“Worst claim company ever. They are always on employers side. The left hand never knows what the right is doing. They are very disorganized. You can never speak to your claim manager. They deny ever receiving forms on time constantly so you have to keep copies of all fax transmittal sheets to back yourself up. They don’t return your calls, lie to you or basically make up a story as to what is going on. Worst company I’ve had to deal with over and over!!”
“This is the worst most uncaring company that should not be in control of people’s disability claims. People are worried and suffering with medical issues and these people add so much to that stress by placing unrealistic time limits for paperwork from drs. People are not in control of the drs offices and their speed but Sedgwick already knows the drs are putting the people on disability and they still hold their pay if not answered swiftly by drs offices. It’s terrible. I’m going on week 4 of pay issues with all paperwork submitted.”

“Horrible!!! Absolutely Horrible!! Was out for complicated cateract surgery. If I would have known a head of time I would have saved money to live on. They read doctors notes assuming you are discharged. Then takes up to 3 weeks to notify you for something stupid holding back your pay! And again they owe me for a week and was told I'd be paid out this week! So save your money its not worth the stress!!! This happened to me 5 times now!!! I'm financially behind in everything which has brought my blood pressure up at dangerous levels due to the stress! I alerted my company nurses and they too know this company is bad. Sorry for anyone who has to deal with this!! No excuse for the way they handle things!”

Loud hatful women Shellie called me on Christmas eve and told me that they would be sending me a $25 gift certificate to sign a release. When I told her I would not be signing she stated i had no choice because the $25 gift certificate was only good if I signed the document and my claim was being denied!

“The worst experience ever, i filed a claim and the claims manager called me to go over the claim and its due date of January 2025. I happened to call to check on the claim and found out the claim was due December 22, 2024 (on a Sunday) just days after our conversation. I called her back about the misleading information and she got loud, obnoxius and disrespectful over her own misleading information. I called her manager who stated there's nothing she could do but deny the claim. People pay into insurance just in case. But Sedgwick will give you misleading information to deny your claim for their own gains.”
