So, I've read a lot of reviews and I'm going to be honest this "claims" center is one of the worst. I got hurt on the job and had a severe ankle injury. Then the workers comp claim sent me to their doctor, and he just wiggled my foot and told me I was going to be fine. 8 months in my job It was still swollen, still in pain. Then I went to see a lawyer. After this he sent me to a doctor that he picked out. Told me I needed to see an orthopedic specialist. Went to the orthopedics and the doctor there told me I have a broken ankle with multiple torn ligaments. I swear this claim center doesn't help you whatsoever they lied to me about my injury. This place is the worst I'm letting everyone know right now make sure you have a worker's comp lawyer before talking to Sedgewick about your injury on the job. They will do everything they can not to help you with your injury.

Sedgwick has poor communication and they deny everything. They don't tell important information to people. They are about to get me fired from my job due to poor communication.

I have been dealing with them for 4 months!!! No one will call me back or respond to emails!! Horrible customer service!!

Horrible company I went on maternity a month ago and filled a claim 3 weeks prior my due date schedule c-section apparently the company denied my claim for insufficient documentation I’ve sent every document they asked for and also the hospital discharge with all my medical records and they denied the claim, them proceeded to open a new claim to appeal the decision, this company is garbage !!!! Every time I call them the representative transfers my call to my case worker who is never available for updates it’s been 2 months with no income, no updates, my bills are past due, my car is getting repossessed, my baby formula is expensive and had to ask to borrow money to family and friends, this company is still playing around with my benefits, Universal Studios should be ashamed of working with this company they have the worst customer service they never know anything about the claim only answer I got it’s processing !!!

After filling out the forms that they asked for, a few days later I get an email that they need "one more thing". This was never asked for the first time but ok I went to the provider like sedgwick said was who needed to fill it out. The office admin there gets it done and faxed. A few days I get a denial from sedgewick. Thats it, they were done with a legitimate claim. Fast forward a few months and I am faced with have to file a claim again. Nah, whats the point?

Horrible services no communication what so ever.. I hate going on leave they pay you whenever they feel like it. I swear before I go back leave I'll sue the company

They are absolutely horrible!!! They have jerked me around for over a year! I had to sell personal items just to make it and 2 months later finally got a check on my accepted work comp claim! Criminal run company!!!

I have been dealing with this horrible company since April of 2022. I was injured at work. It took them 2 months to send me to an orthopedic surgeon and made me go to physical therapy with a herniated disc. After therapy didn’t help it took another 2 months to get a back surgery approved. They pushed my doctor to send me back to work to get me off w/c knowing I wasn’t able to stand for more than 10 minutes and my company doesn’t have light duty so I’m sent home until they could accommodate me which they were not going to do. Now I have been sitting here waiting for 3 weeks for an appointment to have a spinal injection to see if that will help to put off a spinal fusion my doctor says I need. I have to submit my mileage over and over with them they still owe me a check now they say they sent on 11/28. I have filed a lawsuit against them so I guess this is retaliation. I hope they get shut down and they all end up in the unemployment line. My advice is get you a lawyer because you will not get the treatment you deserve!

If I could give this company -5 I surely would do that. They overwork their good productive employees by having them work their colleagues work, along with your own. They allow multiple employees to take time off at the same, which puts strain on other employees. Management will act like they care of how you truly feel because they’re just making themselves look good for all upper management. They allow outside contractors to speak to employees like they’re beneath them. This company can’t pay contractors on time which puts a strain on patients wellbeing or treatment. Their pay rates are extremely low with so much stressful work and unorganized departments, besides management who is calculating in the higher salaries. They won’t even allow you to work 40 hours a week. I would not recommend this company for employment at all or any employer to use them for workers compensation.

they dont respond to you they change your claim person and you have to start all over they dont respond to the doctors offices when you call the main number the put you on hold and never answer your call they just wait till u get tired of being on hold and hang up if i could i would not give them half a star

This company treats people horribly. Domero doesn't explain anything and doesn't return calls. Kroger should be completely embarrassed to be represented by this company. I've spent thousands of dollars for groceries during the past thirty years and when one of their Seven Up vendors plowed into me (named "Don") they are brushing it off as if it never happened.

Can't believe I actually paid for Short-term disability through Walmart for this company. When I really needed it and I was sick. They denied me. Shame on you I wish I could give you zero stars Shame on walmart for using you They harass you for documents they take their own sweet time very bad company

I got work related injury at Amazon DLN3 on Oct 2nd ,23 . I have been given hard time by my employers as well as by my Sedgwick . I am still injured and I have not got any workers compensation. It's better to go to Illinois court when you are right and have the rights . Other wise this company will give hard time to other employees who gets work related injuries.

I have three chronic medical conditions. Sedgwick places me on hold and no one answers and they state they will call back and never does. My car has been repossessed because l have went two months and no pay. To play with people lives is not cool. I am looking for a lawyer and don’t know where to start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What went wrong everything! My husband has throat cancer and can't speak to do his job and hurts him to talk. Every dealing with this company we have been lied to, literally. They want paperwork back that they never even sent to the doctors. Meanwhile we are going dead broke. Every single time you call you get a different agent and they obviously don't even even look up the notes. Put on hold for an examiner for at least 30 minutes and told my husband has to send an email giving me permission. Even though he can speak enough to tell them to talk to me. I wonder how long it will take for an examiner to call me back? I guess my husband does not deserve to get paid even though he has worked for this company since 2010 and has throat cancer. Who else wants to hire an attorney over this??

1 star is being gracious. This company takes their own sweet time processing claims. I made sure to put all documents in early and they delay payment!!! Must be nice to play with peoples income. Shame on you! Can't even talk with my "Examiner".
