“Please never use this company!! VERY bad customer service. Flowers never got delivered, but I was still charged for them... STAY AWAY!!!”

“I ordered flowers for my mother's 65th birthday today and they have never been delivered. Nor did I receive a dispatch email so that I could track my order through your website. It was a special birthday for her and as I couldn't be there in person, I wanted to send her flowers. I am absolutely appalled at Serenata Flower's service and will never use this company again. They guarantee delivery on the specified day but failed to fulfil this promise.”

“Do not use this company under any circumstances. They take your money make out they dispatch your order and then do not deliver as promised. They then say the flowers were not accepted at the stated address and then try to charge you an extra 50 percent to send them out again. They will not refund your money. They are complete con men and hopefully they will soon be out of business. My solicitor is notifying trading standards on how they are stealing people's money”

“NEVER EVER ORDEEEEEERRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before. NEVER EVER ORDER from this site. I wish I could put the pictures of the flower shown on the site and the flower we received. There were no leaves in the pictures but we received only leaves and very few flowers in between. I sent the flower to a special girl for me and I was highly embarrassed. NEVER EVER and NEVER EVER if you have self respect...”

“Ordered flowers for elderly relative. Order said they had been delivered which they had not !!!!! Do not use as their customer service is diabolical and please check their terms and conditions when ordering as that is all they continue to go on about.”

“Worse florist ever dealt with. Flowers ordered for Friday delivery arrived on Monday. Flowers 4 days old before any pleasure from the. They would not speak to me or offer any explanation. Found out they went to wrong address on Friday. No compensation or apology. Avoid at all costs.”

“AWFUL, do not use this company. Wanted to surprise my girlfriend, to congratulate her on her new job. Ordered on Saturday for delivery on Monday.... nothing arrived. Emailed, no reply. Chased... they replied - "We will get them delivered by Thursday", on Thursday I receive a text saying that "We were unable to deliver, as the driver couldn't access the building" - an office which is open from 8:30am to 18:00 every day!? This company are con artists, don't use them. Great customer service would have been: - Apologies for ruining the surprise and taking your money. - Please accept a refund AND let us deliver the flowers WITH an upgrade/extra present (chocolate etc) - Please tweet us and say thanks. What did I get? A ruined surprise, my money back, and no compensation or flowers. If I could give 0 stars out of 5, then I would.”

“Absolutely shocking,my flowers turned up dead,very late in the day and the delivery driver just dumped them outside the front door....I also cannot contact them in any way to complain....definetly will NOT be using them again!”

“I hastily ordered some flowers for a VIP client of mine. Big mistake to choose Serenata. No telephone number for emergencies, no flexibility in changing the address the day before - then told new address was out of area!!! Appalling and a total waste of money. Just find a friendly local florists - that is what I ended up having to do - so total outlay was near £100 in the end.”

“Worst flowers I've ever received. Left in porch water flood out all over porch , box & card sent email with my complaint no reply tried to match the flowers to pic on their website nothing looks remotely like this horrible bunch of flowers I've seen better at garage forecourt extremely angry my family have paid for this. Just out of hosp after major op to remove cancer so u can imagine this is not my top priority at the moment but just can't believe how bad the flowers are I've got 4 flower deliveries this week and can't even put thaws ones out they are tragic . No customer satisfaction definitely not wat u see on the website sending letter to advertising authority companies like this should b closed down ks Glasgow”
