“I hastily ordered some flowers for a VIP client of mine. Big mistake to choose Serenata. No telephone number for emergencies, no flexibility in changing the address the day before - then told new address was out of area!!! Appalling and a total waste of money. Just find a friendly local florists - that is what I ended up having to do - so total outlay was near £100 in the end.”

“Worst flowers I've ever received. Left in porch water flood out all over porch , box & card sent email with my complaint no reply tried to match the flowers to pic on their website nothing looks remotely like this horrible bunch of flowers I've seen better at garage forecourt extremely angry my family have paid for this. Just out of hosp after major op to remove cancer so u can imagine this is not my top priority at the moment but just can't believe how bad the flowers are I've got 4 flower deliveries this week and can't even put thaws ones out they are tragic . No customer satisfaction definitely not wat u see on the website sending letter to advertising authority companies like this should b closed down ks Glasgow”

“NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! The flowers are awful and brown before they've opened and the price on the flowers compared to the size of the flowers is a disgrace!”
