I ordered the Oriental bouquet of flowers and, whilst being very pleased with the service and updates, I was very disappointed with the flowers. They were just a bunch of small chrysanthemum type flowers with three roses thrown in, no lilies at all! Sorry, but will not be using this service again. Mary from Leicester

I sent in a customer review stating flowers were of a poor quality and orchids were well open and was asked To Take a photograph....mmmm theses flowers were delivered to my daughter in th Uk....I live in Spain. excuses excuses.....no shall not bother with Serenata again....

Made an order no:216530126 for a FUNERAL from Malta for the 15th of this month,and was delivered the day after,for me the service is totally rubbish.

I ordered my goods for valentines day (14/02/16) and on two separate occasions on THE SAME DAY they reported that the driver's attempts to deliver the flowers were "unsuccessful". I was on FaceTime with the person who was meant to receive the flowers when I got their message saying their delivery attempts were unsuccessful. The diver was clearly too lazy and incompetent to deliver the flowers. Additionally, it was said that the deliver left a card at the door - nothing was found. They also gave me no compensation. I DON'T recommend this company at all. eflorist.co.uk are cheaper and more reliable, try them out.

It is my 28th Wedding Anniversary so I ordered a 'luxury orchid' for my wife at £29.99 from Serenata flowers . The ordering process was straight forward and the delivery was on time, but they delivered a tiny shabby orchid which I could have picked up from the local supermarket or garden centre for under a tener - and it would probably be bigger. I used Serenata because the user feedbacks are mostly positive - but today I realised that when you send someone a bunch of flowers, they are not going to tell you it is crap. They would tell you it is wonderful and fabulous. Most reviewers did not see the flowers. I saw the one delivered to my wife in my own house. My wife was certainly not impressed with the tiny orchid - and I could not be more disappointed.

couldn't even deliver my order, did nothing to inform me of any problem then couldn't even explain what had gone wrong.....totally useless!!

This is the second time I have received flowers from Serenata. On both occasions, the card in with them is soaking wet, and the flowers are of a very poor standard. Some have brown petals, and they are all wilted and certainly far from fresh. Do not send flowers from Serenata, or the person receiving them will have to lie to cover the embarrassment of receiving such a poor quality product

I used Serenata Flowers on two occasions, the first was Mothers day this year. I received an email from them confirming her flowers where received & signed for, however a quick call to my mum said otherwise. We found the flowers stuffed behind her wheelie bin in the back garden 2 days later, but never did find out who signed for them. After the first incident I gave them the benefit of the doubt and foolishly used them again this week (December 2015). Mums birthday flowers never arrived on the agreed day, but they did have the decency to email me with the following statement “Your flowers were miss-routed and wont be available for delivery today, your original order will be delivered, however we are unable to specify when this will take place. A refund should appear in your account within 3-5 days”. And this is where the fun starts, because Serenata flowers don’t have any customer service telephone numbers. All contact must be through a website contact form. I tried tracking the package through the couriers website (Yodel) which said the flowers were in Southampton on my mums birthday ..... not a million miles away but they were expected in North Wales! Customers service emails are laughable really with quotes like: “Serenata Flowers are leading the way in providing the highest level of online based customer service support, meaning we do not provide telephone based support." "This does mean you will have the utmost help and support at all times, from all our highly trained customer support team." Which all sounds very reassuring until there's a problem. A quick web search for Serenata customer reviews turns out I'm not the only one who has had problems. I should of checked before using them really which is my fault, but thankfully our paths will not be crossing again. Save your money and sanity and shop elsewhere!

Flowers received as a birthday gift - most were dead on arrival - the rest within 24 hours. Left at the door - no attempt to deliver.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS; The flowers didn't arrive on the chosen day. I discovered this by deciding to ask my friend to if see they received them at 7.30 pm on the actual evening. It is true that after ringing company's phone that just went end and then using their email system to query if they are a fake rouge company I did get an email message from a person. She gave me the classic " technical difficulties " line ! She offered to resend the following day or I could get a refund. The flowers were delivered the following day. Sending flowers is a powerful emotional message. These messages are full of heart felt emotions , positivity and surprise. It is imperative that they are delivered as the customer expects. This company appears so ignorant in understanding the distress and disappointment they cause in allowing this whole exercise to be negative and stressful . Within the context I believe this company is unethical and deceptive.Typically the product review site they use allows them to delete any "negative " feedback. Be warned !

Very poor customer service. Flowers were not delivered, no contact made to say this was the case. Received inaccurate information from them saying delivery attempted. No 'real' attempt to remedy the situation and no offer of goodwill. Would not use this company again.

This company cares nothing for customer satisfaction or service! Doesn't care that a delivery was failed and no way to rearrange due to no card being left. Don't use them! Avoid avoid avoid. Would give 0 stars if I could for the way they ruined a birthday!

My sister bought flowers for my wife online for her birthday and never does anything on the cheap. The flowers turned up in an opened box which I thought by its weight was empty. The flowers consisted of four stalks of in opened flowers that you would have walked past at the garage if they were £2.99 as they looked like weeds. The card enclosed was crumpled and cheap to match the awful flowers. I sent a photo and complained online to Serenata as you can't phone to complain and received this message back ... "We have reviewed the photographs you provided and we feel that the bouquet has been made to the quality advertised. Once the flowers bloom, this bouquet will reflect the photograph on our website. We do send flowers at various stages of their life, and sending them in bud form ensures that they last as long as possible." Please avoid this shoddy company unless you are really not keen on the person receiving the flowers

Sent flowers thru them .delivered on the wrong day and all dead!!. Tag had somebody else's address and name. When complained, no acknowledgement or anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, CHEAP FOR A REASON

I usually use Serenata and have never been disappointed with the flowers they have sent. The last order I made was due to be delivered 5 days ago and has still not been sent. The courier was blamed and I was told they could be resent (at no extra charge to myself!) but as yet they have not been received. I'm glad it was not an important anniversary.

DO NOT use this company. Don't deliver on time. Excuse due to traffic conditions because of road traffic accident. Ordered 12.10.15 for the 13th, arrived 14th at 3.30pm. Roses in full bloom obviously having been in a box for a considerable length of time. J.Mather

Service is shocking flowers did not turn up spent two days emailing for refund .no phone number to contact them got the runaround .never missed a birthday in years but did this one. Just been told will get a refund but will take 3 days disgusting please do not order from them.also if you put negative post on the page it gets deleted

I ordered the flowers to be sent for my parents' wedding anniversary. I specified that, if they were not home, the delivery should be left on the doorstep. However, I received a "delivery failed" notification... Unless the delivery driver did not know what a doorstep was, I cannot fathom why this happened! The company is incompetent. Drooping flowers left for over 24 hours in a box, delivered the day after such a special occasion is far from the service I expected. Please spend your money elsewhere to avoid special occasions being ruined!
