“Incompetent courier service that doesn't follow simple instructions. Customer service is awfully unreasonable and almost irrelevant.”

“I have used Serenata flowers for years and until now have found them reliable and efficient. Sadly I have spent much of today trying to place an order for flowers to be sent to Morayshire in Scotland. After initially accepting the order they then blocked it and finally when I did go back to the help line they tel me they do not send flowers to such a remote location. Elgin in Morashire is not a remote location . I am appalled by their poor attitude and service and will never use this company again and certainly would not recommend them”

“I order some flowers for my Mother, I asked for them to be delivered to her neighbour, they ignored my request. They are quick to take money but refuse to answer emails and there is NO phone number. DO NOT order through them”

“I ordered flowers ,balloon and card for my daughters birthday. At lunchtime on the date of delivery they emailed me to say they couldn't deliver. If they had called or txt me I could have made last minute arrangements. I would never use them again ,and would advise people to stay well clear. No phone number either to contact them.”

“Poor quality flowers delivered to my wife for Mother's Day, and their after-sales service is dreadful. When I complained by email, they replied and requested a photo of the flowers. I sent one as an attachment from my iPad, and they replied that they could not look at photos sent from mobile devices. Most people communicate by smart phone or tablet these days, which I tried to point out to them. I then received the response that their website was closed down for maintenance purposes. What a joke!”

“Dreadful flowers,heads dropped and dying. Leaves dead and that was on arrival. Would have dine better to pull up my weeds for mothers day. Very sparce display. Customer service a struggle to get a full refund. Avoid.”

“I can't believe I trusted them again! Save your money and your sanity by using someone else who can do it better - I think even the local garage would rank more highly than these idiots! I received my delivery confirmation that they were successfully delivered - the best part is: The person was not at home and is in another part of town (which she was not anticipating). This leads me to conclude that the flowers are left at the front door, are sitting with the drivers partner or delivered to a neighbour - all of which I requested did not happen. Breach of contract at the very least! No way to contact them either other than to try and shame them on social media! Do yourselves a favour and purchase from somewhere else!”

“It is 9pm on Mother's Day and my poor mum hasn't received her flowers, despite receiving an email saying they would be delivered between 1.15 and 2.15pm. I am beyond upset with myself for using this company.”

“This business is not equipped to deliver flowers on time, at busy times. They are hopeless. DO NOT USE THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.”

“TOTAL RIPOFF????my daughter paid £30 to these people to deliver a bunch of orchards for Mother's Day soooo disappointed to receive a bunch of 6 orchards identical to the £6 bunch I bought from tesco the previous day. I've never written a review ever for anything but this review is an absolute must so please please do not give this company your hard earned cash”

“Very disappointed white roses 2 turning brown no plant food brown stick with no purpose ,have had flowers from this co. before been happy but got 2hrs ago and would have had fresher and nicer presented ftom Tesco.Very disappointed and sad. Think you'll go out of business soon if quality like this continues, flowers are expensive, most Mums het on mothers day but just because busy no excuse for poor quality and 'past best' flowers.”

“I ordered the Oriental bouquet of flowers and, whilst being very pleased with the service and updates, I was very disappointed with the flowers. They were just a bunch of small chrysanthemum type flowers with three roses thrown in, no lilies at all! Sorry, but will not be using this service again. Mary from Leicester”

“I sent in a customer review stating flowers were of a poor quality and orchids were well open and was asked To Take a photograph....mmmm theses flowers were delivered to my daughter in th Uk....I live in Spain. excuses excuses.....no shall not bother with Serenata again....”

“I ordered my goods for valentines day (14/02/16) and on two separate occasions on THE SAME DAY they reported that the driver's attempts to deliver the flowers were "unsuccessful". I was on FaceTime with the person who was meant to receive the flowers when I got their message saying their delivery attempts were unsuccessful. The diver was clearly too lazy and incompetent to deliver the flowers. Additionally, it was said that the deliver left a card at the door - nothing was found. They also gave me no compensation. I DON'T recommend this company at all. eflorist.co.uk are cheaper and more reliable, try them out.”

“It is my 28th Wedding Anniversary so I ordered a 'luxury orchid' for my wife at £29.99 from Serenata flowers . The ordering process was straight forward and the delivery was on time, but they delivered a tiny shabby orchid which I could have picked up from the local supermarket or garden centre for under a tener - and it would probably be bigger. I used Serenata because the user feedbacks are mostly positive - but today I realised that when you send someone a bunch of flowers, they are not going to tell you it is crap. They would tell you it is wonderful and fabulous. Most reviewers did not see the flowers. I saw the one delivered to my wife in my own house. My wife was certainly not impressed with the tiny orchid - and I could not be more disappointed.”
