Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and flowers were not delivered! Despite all the apologies the entire order process and after care was a complete joke. Order at your peril, this company is shitge

I should have read these reviews before i used Serenata Flowers! Stay away from this company!! Ordered flowers a week in advance for my friends 50th birthday and nothing arrived. Tried to call the number on their website and none of them work, they are impossible to contact.

I ordered a bouquet for a special anniversary it was never delivered, even though I was repeatedly told up to late last night that it was with the courier. It has caused me a great deal of embarrassment, I had to ask my sister in law in the end had she received some flowers, which then spoilt the surprise. I have now had to cancel the order, and will never use this florist again, or would I recommend them to anyone. Beabe

I ordered the deluxe bunch of 20 roses for my wedding anniversary to be delivered to the restaurant we were going to be dining in. I ordered them a week in advance and provided exact delivery instructions as well. I called the restaurant on the afternoon of the dinner to be told that the flowers had not arrived, so I contacted serenata flowers by email (there is no customer service number) but no reply for a few hours. The flowers never turned up, and I got a generic apology email sent both times I sent them a complaint. DO NOT USE this company for anything important, my advise to you would be to spend a bit more £ and give a local florist your business.

Do not use this company, they are full of excuses. The flowers arrived a day late. They said they had no recipients address and that I had not paid. They will take your money under false pretences.

I received the flower arrangement Summer Sorbet for my Birthday on the 8th July, I was very happy with the arrangement and took great care in following the after care instructions as a flower arranger I knew how important it was. The arrangement consisted of Roses,Lisianthus,Sunflowers and Solidago after only 5 days the arrangement was wiltering and on the 7th day it was ready for the bin. Having expressed my disappointment to Seranato their response was that they only give 7days guarantee, Not being satisfied with their reply I responded and was then offered as a goodwill gesture 10% of any future order. I had already stated to them that I would not be recommending their Company to anyone else and I will certainly not be ordering any flowers from them. I am and was totally disappointed with the customer aftercare service.

Order flowers for mothers birthday. The flowers that arrived were not as per the image on website and driver literally dumped them at the door. Tried to speak to Serenata about this which was impossible. Got fobbed off with emails and BS - Never visiting this site again and advise anyone considering to use it to stay away. Product is not as advertised and to get a reasonable conversation is impossible. Avoid Avoid Avoid...

Felt I had to update my post from yesterday. Serenata apologised again, and quickly offered a full refund. They assured me the flowers would still be ok despite the delay, and they were. They were well packaged and not wilting at all. Serenata have redeemed themselves quite a bit, but I still wish so much that my friend had got her flowers for her birthday.

Never, ever again!! I wish I had read all previous reviews before throwing away my money. Flowers ordered didn't turn up for my friends birthday. Serenata flowers think it's ok to reply and just say sorry! They said they cannot guarantee a specific delivery day to the postcode given!!! All the reviews on their website are fantastic, surprise, surprise! Even orders sent abroad get there in time....but not yo a postcode her......you live and learn, but I'm not giving up. I'll ensure I get a refund!! Never, ever again!

You would have better chance getting an audience with our Queen, or the pope, then speaking to anyone fron Serenata flowers. The customer services is non existent and the delivery, and quality "hit and miss" to but it nicely. NEVER, NEVER ordering flowers from these so-called florists agents again.

This company should come with a goverment health warning due to the stress they cause better still just give up .your service is shocking someone at the top of the tree should look at the reviews and take action rather than sticking there head in the sand. rant over

Second time i have used this company and again total fail ending in refund but this didnt help the disapointment think very carefully before using there wont be a third time for me .

Would never order from serenata flowers. Suppose to have had some flowers from my brother delivered on Saturday, arrived mid morning Monday. In a poor state and had to throw half of them away. No way of phoning company. Did complaining by email. Waste of time. Backwards and forwards. Wanted photos couldn't manage to send so gave up. Be warned.

There's too much to the story to detail it all, but basically: Worst experience I've ever had buying flowers. 1) they failed to accommodate a very basic request for delivery to be made within the last 4 hours of their standard delivery times. The reason was quite simple, the delivery was to a threatre that didn't open till 4pm. When I said I'd appreciate it if they could deliver the flowers any time after 4 till the end of their standard delivery hours (9pm I believe), they copy pasted a policy statement at me and unhelpfully told me the flowers would arrive at 1pm. 2) when delivery failed on Sunday afternoon, it took them till Tuesday morning to get the flowers to an alternate address, and that was their idea of "as soon as possible". 3) the courier then left the flowers at the wrong house, signed off for by someone the recipient doesn't know, and because of the sign off this constitutes successful delivery according to them, so they will copy paste T&Cs at you and refuse to refund. 4) through none of this did they show the slightest remorse or empathy whatsoever. I am £ out of pocket, the occasion very missed, the recipient flowerless. But that's a success story as far as Serenata are concerned. Because they got money and a signature. Never have I encountered such blasé apathy, never mind that it's a flower company delivering for often very personally important and meaningful occasions. Please don't let them ruin your event.

I ordered a gift for my wife, 3 days later still have not recieved my order, their excuse is the courier service, keep telling me that they are investigating !! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I would really carefully consider using this service. There is NO WAY to contact this company via phone - all communication is via email and they are not at all quick to get back to you, especially if you have a problem. I bought a bouquet for delivery and they attempted delivery, but said they failed to deliver the flowers. The recipients were in their flat and heard no doorbell ring. I emailed SerenataFlowers to tell them this information and asked them to deliver within the next hour as the recipients were leaving for their wedding. No response. A second attempt was made the following day but by then the recipients had left town for their honey moon. I asked for a refund twice, but was told that due to their terms and conditions, they could not give me a refund. AND they said we apologise for any inconvenience. I lost £50, which is not just an inconvenience and part of that was because I wanted a guaranteed delivery before 10am. Furthermore, no attempt was made to address the situation. It was a TOTAL DISASTER.

I only give Serenata flowers 1 star because it is not possible to give any less!! Ordered a delux bouquet on behalf of my work mates for a colleagues 50th birthday. When we looked at the flowers that had cost us £25, we were so disappointed. We could have got better from a supermarket for £10! Contacted customer services to advise of my dissatisfaction and the response from them was that they were acceptable. Will never, ever use them again in future!!
