Ordered flowers on the 14th of the month for same day delivery with guaranteed same day delivery (costing an extra 6-99). Nothing else heard until an e-mail on the night of the 19th saying that there had been a delay (some delay!!!!) and what did I want to happen next. Next a phone call from them on 20th in which I was told I'd been contacted by phone and e-mail to let me know of the delay on the afternoon of the 14th. As I have phone logs and kept all e-mails since 12th I can categorically prove that they have not contacted me by either means. Asked for a full refund ---- I wait with baited breath for the next instalment of poor excuses! Prior to this I've had good service from Serenata. But following their outright lies I will not use again. Suggest you don't touch them either.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friends funeral which didnt arrive! The excuse was that I had given the wrong door number for the crematorium! It was serantas's website that kept insisting it was the wrong door number, I am certain there was not another crematorium next door! Also refused to refund!

Flowers did not arrive as promised, contacted Serenata who claim they were left in the conservatory? When there is no conservatory as its a second floor flat with no access to the property unless let in by resident! They have claimed they are looking into this and will get back to us! We shall see...

I placed my order on a monday at 11.30 for delivery the following day. I expected an afternoon delivery becasue you have to pay extra for a pre 10am or 12pm delivery. At 2.30 I emailed them to advise I made a mistake on the delivery date and it was the following tuesday i needed delivery. The immediate response was sorry we have already processed oyur order and it cannot be changed! As there were still close to 24 hours before delivery I was shocked! This meant my flowers were prepared 24 hours before delivery so already a day old... I explained my situation, but to no avail! I will phone a local florist direct next time!!

Ordered flowers fo my sick Sisters 82 Birthday. Order placed Friday noon for delivery Sat -all day. They sent me a mail 10am Saturday stating flowers had left theshop and were on their way to desitination. 4pm no flowers- they never arrived. I had now news from Serenata and when I contacted them via their evasive type of web site e-mail system I was tol sorry they were damaged in transit.!! They had not bothered to tell me this I had to delve to find out. When they learnt the flowers wer "damaged" they did not replace them automatically as a professional flower delvery service should and would have. Now I have to seek a refund. These people are a huge joke if indeed not a scam of some kind and certainly should be banned from pretending to be a floer delivery company with as they claim a 93% satisfaction level. Steer clear of these people at all costs.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday for my aunts 100th birthday, when they didn't arrive they said Sunday, they still didn't arrive. I was really upset it's not everyday that a family member reaches 100, l will not be using them againl was really upset

I ordered flowers for my friends daughter,s 13th birthday with a happy birthday balloon. I was with them when they arrived enclosed in a cardboard box; first disappointment as I thought they would be open & displayed. What was in the box was very disappointing. The bunch looked pathetic and cheap (which it wasn't), it was very small, sad & limp looking, to be honest I was embarrassed by it. When I tried to complain the site said without a photo they couldnt help & by this time I couldn't get one so end of discussion and an easy opt out for Serenta. My advise would be don't waste your money & don't believe the reviews.looking at feefo it seems Serenta ignores the bad ones.

I assumed "next day delivery" means office hours. Half way through the ordering process I have been notified that it could be as late as 8pm, even later on spacial occasions. 2nd of June is hardly a special event and my gift has been delivered at 8:21pm at an office address so completely missed the recipient. When I complained I have been told that the terms and conditions state up to 9pm. I just think it is unacceptable to deliver flowers so late in the date. They were actually delivered at night. To an empty office.

No card was left to say flowers had been left. By the time they were found they were dead. AWFUL customer service afterwards.

Incompetent courier service that doesn't follow simple instructions. Customer service is awfully unreasonable and almost irrelevant.

I have used Serenata flowers for years and until now have found them reliable and efficient. Sadly I have spent much of today trying to place an order for flowers to be sent to Morayshire in Scotland. After initially accepting the order they then blocked it and finally when I did go back to the help line they tel me they do not send flowers to such a remote location. Elgin in Morashire is not a remote location . I am appalled by their poor attitude and service and will never use this company again and certainly would not recommend them

I order some flowers for my Mother, I asked for them to be delivered to her neighbour, they ignored my request. They are quick to take money but refuse to answer emails and there is NO phone number. DO NOT order through them

Been waiting for flowers since Tuesday for a Friend company is a complete shambles of a place and are not willing to help now having to send my Friend flowers from a different company do not order From this company!!!!!!

I ordered flowers ,balloon and card for my daughters birthday. At lunchtime on the date of delivery they emailed me to say they couldn't deliver. If they had called or txt me I could have made last minute arrangements. I would never use them again ,and would advise people to stay well clear. No phone number either to contact them.

Poor quality flowers delivered to my wife for Mother's Day, and their after-sales service is dreadful. When I complained by email, they replied and requested a photo of the flowers. I sent one as an attachment from my iPad, and they replied that they could not look at photos sent from mobile devices. Most people communicate by smart phone or tablet these days, which I tried to point out to them. I then received the response that their website was closed down for maintenance purposes. What a joke!

Dreadful flowers,heads dropped and dying. Leaves dead and that was on arrival. Would have dine better to pull up my weeds for mothers day. Very sparce display. Customer service a struggle to get a full refund. Avoid.

I can't believe I trusted them again! Save your money and your sanity by using someone else who can do it better - I think even the local garage would rank more highly than these idiots! I received my delivery confirmation that they were successfully delivered - the best part is: The person was not at home and is in another part of town (which she was not anticipating). This leads me to conclude that the flowers are left at the front door, are sitting with the drivers partner or delivered to a neighbour - all of which I requested did not happen. Breach of contract at the very least! No way to contact them either other than to try and shame them on social media! Do yourselves a favour and purchase from somewhere else!
