So Serenata Flowers have had every attempt to deal with this but after 16 emails they have failed to do so. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Firstly I attempted to order some birthday flowers and was unable to add a message as each time I tried typing a word this sort of thing happened 'Have' HaHaveHave came up instead (that happened despite many attempts to log in and out). I sent an email to the company and had to give up, having wasted unreal time. I tried again having received an email from them saying my order was still in my basket - and had the same thing. I then spent almost 30 minutes tortuously trying to add a few lines which I managed to do through my perseverance. To my horror when I received the receipt the date for delivery had changed from the date I needed to the next day. I attempted to change the date, but it was not accepted although it was telling me I had over 16 hours to make the change. I was in despair. I have used this 'service' in the past and, having read recent reviews I saw some pretty appalling feedback and was tempted to go elsewhere - now I wish I had. Serenata seemed to think they had provided good customer service by celebrating to me the fact they had managed to deliver the flowers on the correct date after all. I asked for my experience to be made into a formal complaint, I received a response saying they had reported this to their IT Dept! I again asked for this to be made formal which they said they would - 12 days later I chased up again and had the same first reply - they had passed my comments on to the IT Dept!! I suggested they might want to offer some sort of incentive to regain my custom - I even asked had they maybe put in a few extra flowers as a gesture of goodwill - none of this was even acknowledged just a 'sorry' Whilst not wanting to ask the recipient whether the flowers were lovely I did ask a previous friend who I'd sent to and she confessed they were of poor quality. Total waste of time, money and effort - my advice - go elsewhere, in my view these people should not be in business.

Ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday, flowers have not arrived. Someone was in all day, apparently there was a delivery attempt and a card was left, no card was left. Nothing done about this.

Ordered delivery last Tuesday for delivery Saturday. Not delivered but money taken from credit card. I also think it's a scam. Unable to contact them by phone and no reply to my emails. This is ROBBERY !!!!!!

I ordered flowers from South Africa for delivery in UK for my daughter's birthday on 16th October and received a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered but to date she still has not received them. Very disappointing and very difficult to make contact with someone at Seranata no reply to my emails and no phone number available to call. Bitterly disappointed.

leave the correct address..............was delivered to the wrong address. Offered to send more flowers half price.........£50 down the drain. E mails badly spelt and bad grammar. Will never use again........pick a group with a telephone helpline. Disgusting. Hope the person who got the flowers had a nice surprise!!!!!

I ordered flowers from Australia. I picked the address for delivery by typing in the 1st part of the address then selecting it from the drop down box but I noticed after ordering that the address seems incomplete as Market Weighton is in Yorkshire not York and the postcode seems to have been omitted. I tried getting back online to query if they got the full and correct address. I've been trying every 15 minutes for the last 4 hrs but every time I try it "times out". I still don't know if the flowers will get to the correct address but have given up trying as I have better things in life to do than sit at my computer. They can hardly blame the fact they were busy given it was late at night in the UK. I will not bother ordering from this site again. Last time I ordered they forgot the chocolates. Admittedly they did send them later but that is not the point- One error is acceptable- two errors- I will locate a more reputable firm next time.

Ordered flowers for girlfriend's birthday for 20/10 to go to her work, no flowers came received an e-mail on 21/10 to apologies about non-delivery and offering me 15% refund!! This seems to happen to a lot of people so please do not use this company I BEG YOU! I am currently in co-operation with other people who never received their orders when stated and am putting together an file to send off to trading standards. Something is very FISHY with company could even be a SCAM...

Terrible service, please don't use, the website is very clunky, i ended up with flowers delivered to Brighton instead of London. There was no attempt to accept that it was a website mistake and to try to help the customer out, no refund no care

Totally different flowers to what's advertised and when you complain they say same quality and value !! Do not buy from them go to local garage instead ????

I ordered some Birthday flowers for my Mum who lives on the other side of the world to me. I checked out the reviews looked like a good company to use but they weren't! I received an email saying the flowers and gifts had been dispatched on the day they were due to be delivered 5th August 2016. Great I thought. The next morning no sign of delivery, no word, so I contacted to ask where they were, 6th August, they hadn't been dispatched - not so great - but they could be re-organised to go the following day 7 August. Thankfully better late than never the Birthday flowers arrived unfortunately the roses were almost dead! My Mum was so upset that I had gone to such an effort and didn't want to tell me that when she opened the flower box that had half a dozen dropping head roses that had seen better days. So she thanked me and my Auntie sent me the photo :( Serenata Flowers seriously poor service and would not recommend!

Although an email and text was received stating that the order had been delivered, it clearly has not been. I wouldn't mind if the address was incorrect, however having used them on several other occasions and those were successful something here is not right! I have tried to contact them by text and email, but to no avail, the next thing will be to contact the bank to reverse the charges. This is a company I will never use again. A customer service that is so highly trained that don't get in contact, yeah, pull the other one!

Ordered flowers on the 14th of the month for same day delivery with guaranteed same day delivery (costing an extra 6-99). Nothing else heard until an e-mail on the night of the 19th saying that there had been a delay (some delay!!!!) and what did I want to happen next. Next a phone call from them on 20th in which I was told I'd been contacted by phone and e-mail to let me know of the delay on the afternoon of the 14th. As I have phone logs and kept all e-mails since 12th I can categorically prove that they have not contacted me by either means. Asked for a full refund ---- I wait with baited breath for the next instalment of poor excuses! Prior to this I've had good service from Serenata. But following their outright lies I will not use again. Suggest you don't touch them either.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friends funeral which didnt arrive! The excuse was that I had given the wrong door number for the crematorium! It was serantas's website that kept insisting it was the wrong door number, I am certain there was not another crematorium next door! Also refused to refund!

Flowers did not arrive as promised, contacted Serenata who claim they were left in the conservatory? When there is no conservatory as its a second floor flat with no access to the property unless let in by resident! They have claimed they are looking into this and will get back to us! We shall see...

I placed my order on a monday at 11.30 for delivery the following day. I expected an afternoon delivery becasue you have to pay extra for a pre 10am or 12pm delivery. At 2.30 I emailed them to advise I made a mistake on the delivery date and it was the following tuesday i needed delivery. The immediate response was sorry we have already processed oyur order and it cannot be changed! As there were still close to 24 hours before delivery I was shocked! This meant my flowers were prepared 24 hours before delivery so already a day old... I explained my situation, but to no avail! I will phone a local florist direct next time!!

Ordered flowers fo my sick Sisters 82 Birthday. Order placed Friday noon for delivery Sat -all day. They sent me a mail 10am Saturday stating flowers had left theshop and were on their way to desitination. 4pm no flowers- they never arrived. I had now news from Serenata and when I contacted them via their evasive type of web site e-mail system I was tol sorry they were damaged in transit.!! They had not bothered to tell me this I had to delve to find out. When they learnt the flowers wer "damaged" they did not replace them automatically as a professional flower delvery service should and would have. Now I have to seek a refund. These people are a huge joke if indeed not a scam of some kind and certainly should be banned from pretending to be a floer delivery company with as they claim a 93% satisfaction level. Steer clear of these people at all costs.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday for my aunts 100th birthday, when they didn't arrive they said Sunday, they still didn't arrive. I was really upset it's not everyday that a family member reaches 100, l will not be using them againl was really upset

I ordered flowers for my friends daughter,s 13th birthday with a happy birthday balloon. I was with them when they arrived enclosed in a cardboard box; first disappointment as I thought they would be open & displayed. What was in the box was very disappointing. The bunch looked pathetic and cheap (which it wasn't), it was very small, sad & limp looking, to be honest I was embarrassed by it. When I tried to complain the site said without a photo they couldnt help & by this time I couldn't get one so end of discussion and an easy opt out for Serenta. My advise would be don't waste your money & don't believe the reviews.looking at feefo it seems Serenta ignores the bad ones.
