DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ESPEICIALLY IF ITS VALENTINES!!! The flowers were absolutely nothing like advertised instead of the strawberry sundae bunch my girlfriend received a few white roses (dying) and some un-opened purple things. There's no phone number which you don't realise until you have a problem. It looked like the driver fetched them from the petrol station. Not dealt with customer service yet but the flowers alone are joke zero effort has gone into it, took the money and served s**t hoping to get away with it.

Flowers arrived and all of the edges of the petals were dead... the card had no envelope and just looked like it had been shoved in as an afterthought. Don't go with this company, there is no contact number for them and despite emailing a complaint, they have yet to contact me. Valentine's Day is truly ruined.... STAY AWAY

"An experience in flowers" it certainly was! Complete joke I would highly recommend you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Twice they have let me down, both on Valentine's days. The first encounter in 2015 I ordered roses for Valentine's day and placed the order well in advance in JANUARY for guaranteed delivery! The day came when they were to be delivered, I waited until the allotted time for them to turn up but they did not. I then waited an hour before contacting them. They assured me the flowers were out for delivery. So I waited, and waited, three hours after I contacted them I got in touch again. They again ASSURED me that they were still out for delivery, even though I had paid for a guaranteed before noon time slot. It got to the point I stayed until 19:30 after work ON VALENTINES DAY to receive a message from them saying that there was some confusion and they hadn't been put on the van. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!! That left me in a stressful situation struggling to find somewhere that still had roses left. I was given a full refund but that did little to alleviate a extremely stress filled day. The second encounter was YESTERDAY!! I decided to give them a second chance, lightening doesn't strike the same place twice right .... I again ordered some roses for guaranteed before noon delivery back in JANUARY! This time they DID arrive on the specified day, however the flowers themselves looked absolutely disgusting! Flowers posted always look wilted and dry because they are dehydrated and need water after the journey but these turned up basically already dying. These were not fresh flowers. Not only that, I ordered 20 Premium roses and only 18 turned up, 1 of which had it's head snapped, which wasn't a surprise as they were just dumped in a box without anything to prevent them moving around. I contacted them and complained about the state of the flowers and was told they would resend them but would not be next day delivery like I ordered previously but would be sent standard!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF THAT IF THEY MISS THE ACTUAL DAY INTENDED FOR, EVEN THOUGH I HAD ACTUALLY PRE-ORDERED THESE BACK IN JANUARY FOR GUARANTEED DELIVERY!!!!! This company is the biggest joke going, they are a complete waste of time and offer nothing but unnecessary stress. I would recommend going to an ACTUAL professional florist in the highstreet, that way you get decent flowers.

Shocking service! Avoid at all costs!!!! Order Valentines flowers over a week ago. Tried to change the delivery address with 4 days to go. I had ordered from 4 different websites and with teh other 3 it was a very simple process but not with Serenata Flowers. You can do it on the website apparently but it wouldn't work and then locked me out. I requested a new password and they sent me a new link to a dead url. I repeated the process 3 times and then filled out a customer care request. I was contacted the next day and after a frustrating exchange of messages was basically told that even though the courier did not have the flowers (Remember this was 3 days ago) they couldn't change the address as they were too busy, did I not realise it was their peak season! The clearly hadn't processed them so I asked could I not just cancel and then reorder as I could still order flowers to reach my wife even the day before and I had 3 days, of course the answer was no as they have my money now. I was then promised they would call the courier first thing on Tuesday to redirect and would let me know. The reason they needed to wait till Tuesday morning was because that was when they gave them to the courier? So why couldnt they change the delivery address!!!! Tuesday morning (Valentines day) arrives and I have not been contacted. I have made several complaints to their team and filled out several customer care forms of which I have had no reply. I have now asked for a manager to call me back and guess what, they haven't. To add insult to injury they just sent me this "Jazzed up like the King in a fancy white outfit, the flowers you ordered have just departed the Serenata HQ and are being chauffeured in style and with the speed of light" yes but to the wrong bloody address! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. IT IS CLEAR FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE AS THEY DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY.

13/02/2017 Time 20:31 - Hrs NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !! Valentines Day Card for a very special lady I simply wanted to amend the card on my order as I had mistakenly signed the card with my name twice. Their is no integrated facility on their website, the Edit Button does NOT Edit, their customer service provide unhelpful automated responses Despite me being well within the Editing Time Frame they refused to help me. I am absolutely disgusted, I expect a full refund and an apology.

Unfresh flowers delivered! The look of the bouquet today morning was appalling! We received them yesterday afternoon! Since yesterday we have been complaining,sending numerous photographs ,today and with undeniable evidence of poor quality of the product,they agree to a refund,that previously had been denied,as they argue the quality was as per advertisement!!!!terrible!!!

Absolutely Disgusting I never write reviews for companies good or bad, But i feel a huge need to do so now based on such a disgusting attitude of Serenata Flowers!! I had ordered flowers to be delivered for Valantines day Tuesday. And all was well..until i found out the recipient would not be in from mobday evening onwards. I had hoped to speak to Serenata flowers to get delivery rescheduled from valantines day tuesday back a day to a monday when i knew she would be in. I gotva very prompt unhelpful email back saying no this couldnt be done as the order is with thier product team..It is a saturday today so i am not sure why they should be doing anything with the flowers today. Even the website are still taking orders for a Monday delivery. As a result of such terrible help i requested the flowers be cancelled and i would re order from another company. To which they replied they were not prepared to do this. And refuse to give me any number as they are online only. Please please please Anyone that reads this. STAY AWAY from this company as they are a downright sham! I have the emails back and forth for further clarity.

I paid extra for my flowers to be delivered before 12 as it was a charity launch startingat11.At 15.00 it still hadn't been delivered and still had 17 deliveries to make !!!!

Basket of flowers was meant to have four plants in it but arrived with three plants only and the gap was filled with moss. When taken inside the house it inevitably fell over. The plants had to be re-potted. Spent ages trying to complain. There is no customer telephone complaints. The e-mails were all stored on the website but not easy to find. They kept saying they could not open the pictures for security reasons etc. The only company who can't open a 'jpg' file, really?. They offered to send another basket free of charge. Second basket had same problem, unbalanced and only three plants. Neither basket looked like the picture on the website. Don't use this company or you will also learn the hard way not to trust them a second time.

I placed an order for my daughter's birthday for delivery yesterday. I was texted to say the flowers had been delivered , but none had arrived at my daughter's! It transpired that the delivery was made to another house. After a couple of texts, Serenata offered to redeliver the order the next day which I agreed to. However, no flowers have arrived today and when I try to track my order it says it has been delivered Arrrgh!!! No texts have been sent to me to inform me of the order's progress and I don't seem to be able to get in touch with Serenata. I shall not be using this site again and I urge other potential clients to look elsewhere. I now am faced with a struggle to get any response to get flowers or a refund!! In such a competitive market, Serenata cannot afford to offer this poor service. 0 out of 10 from me????

Same story as all the other poor people who have been conned by this "company". rubbish quality etc etc . They will only accept contact by their on-line form. If you try to reset your password - the link doesn't work......they do not want any contact apart from your money. Criminal and upsetting for the recipients. They must be laughing their socks off when they read these complaints....conned by a glossy web-site. Any tips on how to get a refund please ? Good luck to my fellow honest customers !

Commande passée le 29/12/2016 pour une livraison le 30/12/2016. Sommes le 1er janvier 2017 et toujours aucune livraison. Quant au montant de la prestation celui-ci a bien été débité. Merci pour ce service. C'est la première et dernière fois que je fais appel à vos services.

My Mothers flowers for her 70th birthday didn't arrive and as it was New Years Eve we couldn't purchase anymore as we had stupidly waited until 9pm as we were told they deliver up until that time. The only thing my mom asked for was flowers for her birthday and this appalling service meant she didn't get this. The family are so very upset, angry and disappointed. Do not use this service as they cannot deliver

I ordered xmas flowers and chocolates for my elderly unwell parents, requested Dec. 24th delivery, nothing arrived, contacted Serenata online, received an apologetic email, I requested re-delivery for today Dec. 28th and still nothing has arrived. This is extremely disappointing, I have requested a full refund as the moment has now passed and I just don't trust them. This is not the kind of service I expect when spending almost £50. I will not be using them again or recommend anyone I know use them.

Terrible experience with this awful company! Ordered same day delivery yesterday (23/12/2016) they did not arrive, speaking to the staff they had to get in touch with the florist. I had to change the address as they were supposed to be delivered to my mother in work on the Friday! They changed the address and still no flowers, they are telling me someone will deliver them up to 9pm tonight on xmas eve? Are they actually serious??? I sent these to my Mother to cheer her up as 2 of her friends have passed away! The moment has gone now!? If I do not get a refund asap I will be taking this further. I do not have £41 to throw down a drain!!!

I have had very terrible experience with this serenataflowers company today (21.12.2016) as I was expecting a little more effort to ensure that customer expectaions are met at highest possible level! I am so much disappointed how my kind requests were dealt with ignorance, and tatally unprofessional as every time someone was replying me with automated robotic responses! I was begging customer service agents numerous times to ensure my flowers are delivered on time as it was important occassion and unfortunately It didnt happen!  The only reason I chose this company was positive customer feedback! I thought these people would deliver excellent service!!! I was so wrong! It was embarassing 5/6 hours of me trying to get hold of simple request! Eventhough after an epic failure of flowers delivery,  I requested to rearrange delivery for the next day and  I was given pathetic robotic/automated responses! I was told by someone called Katie Upton that PARCEL will be left with neighbours or outside of building somewhere safe?! You must be freaking joking!!! Common, are you people delivering flowers or POTATOES??? Really, Parcel will be left outside somewhere overnight?! That is totally unacceptable!!! Dont you people should have a little bit of common sense telling you that it is a different type of bussiness where flowers are given as a surprise gift! Calling card will be left, really?? Do you really want us to tell our oved ones that " hey love, do you mind to pop in to neighboirs to pick up your flowers?!" It was greatest disappointment just before the christmas!!! Thank you very much Customer service team of "FaithJ", Franceska, Katie Upton for Ruining such a great day meant to be occassion!!! You truly failed with your mission of delivering customer service!!! Shame on you! I do really hope that this message finds right member of management and will be looked into to avoid such a great disappointing experience going forward if you looking forward to keep your customers within. Guess what happened when I tried to leave feedback on their facebook - they have blocked me! That is greatest way of dealing with customer requests! Way to go! I ordered flowers for my wife. They supplied old flowers, especially the roses were brown. You are con and take people's money and supply old and out of date flowers. Advise everyone to report you to trading standards. Avoid !!!!

My husband was sent some flowers as his Dad passed away last week. They had been left on our doorstop since Saturday, today is Wednesday - we don't use the front door and as no card had been left to say there was a delivery, we had no idea they were there. When we opened them, they were well past their best - pretty poor especially considering these had been sent as condolence flowers.
