I ordered a bunch of flowers for my mothers 92nd birthday 23 Feb 2019. Upon seeing the flowers when I arrived as she lives in a care home I burst into tears, I just couldn't believe it they just cobbled a few sprigs of flowers costing over £20 with card. I was so disappointed and angry. I would have been best served ti buy from supermarket or petrol station, I complained ,but they wanted to see picture which I couldn't produce because I threw them in bin. They have not done anything by way of compensation and I will never buy from them again or recommend to anyone. Complete RIP off and rubbish in my case. I wish them well, however.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Flowers are nothing like the picture. They arrived yesterday and are dead today falling apart today. I complained straight away as I bought them for my mums birthday. They said they would bloom. I explained they are dead. I asked for some more to be sent. Flatly told no. Worst service I have experienced and so expensive. I could have bought the same bunch for £4 from Sainsbury’s. very unhappy with this company, steer clear.

I put the postcode down wrong slightly (last two letters) which okay was my fault. I immediately emailed them after the order, which was 8 hours before they emailed me to tell me it was with the courier. However, they told me they couldn't change it, I have now paid for flowers to go to someone I don't know. I wouldn't mind if they were not notified immediately but they were

Would not recommend. Flowers lasted 5 days before they became droopy and petals started to fall already. Apparently they can only guarantee 5 days freshness and you have a period of 5 days to put a complaint in, and I just so happened to miss that cut off point. Steer clear.

Do not buy from Serenata Flowers. I purchased flowers for Valentines Day - two dozen red roses. When my wife received them she thought they looked poor quality but still followed the care procedure. However, the flowers did not open and it became clear the product was sub-standard. Like other people have stated here, when I contacted Serenata, they told me I had missed the 5 day window to complain. I explained I had been away hence the fact 7 days had elapsed and irrespective the product was of poor quality. Their response was inflexible, a total unwillingness to acknowledge they were shipping poor quality flowers. I wonder how many times this 5 day window in their T&C's has enabled Serenata to duck its responsibilities to it's customers? Utter waste of money, do not use.

Giving 1 star as i cant give Zero!!!! Ordered for Valentines day for my wife - upon receipt she called to ask if this was some kind of joke as they looked pathetic. I complained to Serenata - they said - they look fine - once they bloom they will look like the photo.. Please contact us again any time within the next 5 days if you are still unhappy with the bouquet. I took the photos in time, but didnt get to email them until today, whereby i was advised: (im on day 6 by now) I am afraid however that on this occasion we will be unable to assist you further, we guarantee our flowers for 5 days, as such we do require all complaints and photographs regarding quality to be made within this period.!!! Absolute farce - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Quality is awful , but that pales in comparison to the customer service (or lack thereof!) I was waiting for a response before i fairly posted this review - this just came in... " Dear Jonathan From the photographs provided on 14/02/2019 the bouquet looked to be in beautiful condition," Obviously a company managed by people of low standards and poor taste

A total joke, never use this company. Never order flowers from this company. Flowers were not received. Difficult company to communicate with. Said will contact courier and will get back to me in 48 hours. 3 days later i have had to find out what is happening. Refusing to offer me a refund for a product i have not received. Unreliable, disusting company and awful communication. Do not trust.

The Company refused to take my word for the fact that the flowers which were delivered were past their best, and required a photograph which I could not provide since they were sent to a recipient 120miles away. I regard this as questioning my integrity despite the fact that I have been a satisfied and uncomplaining customary for the past few years. If you use this company just hope you have no cause to complain.

My poor husband. Ordered me Valentines Day flowers and he was home when they arrived. In amongst the tonne of foliage were a few sorry looking flowers, a carnation that was falling apart on just a leafless stalk and a drooping lily. This is the second poor delivery and he had said he will go back to Interflora. Has photographed them and sent to Company to demonstrate. Not worth the £30. Asda had fab bouquets for £15! Must be consistent and as per pictures online which in this case were most definatrly not.

Flowers arrived (a B'day surprise) from my Granddaughter a Uni student on 4-2-19.The quantity for the price was a BIG disappointment along with the fact only a few flowers were in bloom. I sent photos to my Granddaughter who contacted Serenata via Facebook. I also contacted them via emails. We were both told we had to wait 5days (9th) for flowers to bloom then to forward more photos on that day which was done. Some flowers were still not in bloom and by that date the flowers were wilting. They also wrote the message requested by my Granddaughter on the back of their 10% advert which had been discarded and retrieved whilst looking for a card with the message on. VERY unprofessional and not nice. My Grandaughter was offered more flowers sent again to me which she declined. I requested a full refund for my Granddaughter which was eventually accepted and done.

I ordered flowers for delivery on the 4.2.19 which duly arrived, by the 9.2.19 most of the flowers had not opened and the ones that had were dead! I have complained and the company hides behind its 5 day refund policy.(I complained monday 11th) I was not expecting the flowers to die within 5 days and did not therefore raise a complaint in time so the company will not refund or replace the flowers. Do not use this company if you want flowers to last more than 5 days.

Flowers were of poor quality and not what I ordered. Both in colour and flower type. They have said they will refund me. I did quote the consumers rights act.

Ordered flowers about a week ago for my friend's 60th birthday. They were due to be delivered yesterday and they never arrived. Checked tracking all day but nothing. Messaged my friend this morning and to my embarrassment found that no flowers had arrived at all. Contacted customer service and received a message saying that they will be in contact shortly. That was over 4 hours ago. Still nothing. If anyone wants flowers to arrive for a special occasion then FORGET using this company. Will never use them again. Disgusting service and lack of response tells it all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The flowers are NOT AT ALL what appears in the picture. It's a complete misrepresentation of what appears online and of the product description. The flowers arrived looking pitiful and cheap as if a child put it together and the vase was broken. I complained immediately and asked for a full refund. They only refunded me for the vase and told me to 'put more water' for the flowers! What a joke!

Order some red roses and they was delivered to my partner and they look nothing like the picture and are a mess. They try and tell me to remove the guard petals then see how they are. What a joke this company is.

Order bouquet of flowers for my mother-in-law for Christmas to be delivered early on 21st December to avoid the rush. My mother-in-law is blind so we choose flowers that are heavily scented. We today found out that the flower that should have arrived in bud arrived limp and half dead - in fact the remaining only lasted two days. As we live Australia and sent these flowers to the UK we were unaware of any issues until today as my mother-in-law has been away - when my sister in law picked my mother-in-law up to take her away for Christmas she told my mother-in-law how bad the flowers were - she was a little embarrassed to tell us because of the money we had spent on them. On contacting Serenata flowers we were met with an uncaring human who simply gave the standardised cold automated reply of too late and we should have taken photos. All we simply wanted was a genuine apology. Have been using this company for several years 4/5 times a years and are so disappointed and will never use them again as there is no customer service.
