“What a nightmare, I placed an order for a camcorder that is advertised on their site today still. Waited almost 3 weeks for delivery on to find out the camera is the size of a matchbox, yes a matchbox. I immediately started the returns process, Today after Three days of emails with the consultant Tashriek I am yet to get any feedback, sent the photos requested, and explained the reason for the return. I am now hoping this gets the attention and we can resolve this matter.”
“If I could, I would'nt even use ONE star at all!! Snatcher must be the worst online shop! They sent me a damaged chair and took 3 weeks to collect, and even went as far to collect at the incorrect address. They simply do not answer any queries once they've received their money you are just another "no matter" case to them. They EVENTUALLY agreed with a refund but doesn't want to refund my money into my bank account but into my Payflex account. I've purchased a few times from them but will honestly never again, as you cannot phone them anymore...I suppose to many complains to handle telephonically. Snatcher should be removed from the internet to prevent future issues to other people!!!”
“I purchased 2 items over a month ago and they apparently delivered the items, where to, I have no idea.
When I mailed them they took over 2 weeks to reply. From then I have been told my refund will be processed. I have now taken legal action as they arent replying to my emails nor my attorneys, you cannot get through to their landline. My refund has still not been done.”

I ordered items from Snatcher Online on 16 August 2022. Paid by credit card on SnapScan, exactly R935. The payment went through my credit card, but nothing, nada, zero delivery. When I enquired, Snatcher said that the payment did not reflect on their side, despite my credit card being debited by Snapscan. I sent them proof of payment, but they demanded copies of my bank account (What for - they have a copy of my credit card statement?), and they are ignoring repeated demands for a refund.
This is the second time that I've had this experience with them. STAY AWAY!!!! I am posting my experience on Facebook and Instagram as well. They advertise one thing, and something else arrives or not at all, and then one has to jump through hoops to get your money back. I am still not having any joy or refund. That is fraud. #SnatcherOnline @Snatcheronline”

“My goodness what a terrible experience. I ordered a set of white chairs - the order confiormation showed a set of black chairs. I immediate got onto the chat facility on their web site to teel them to check the order and the lady confirms that the correct coulour chairs (white were) order. No surprise, the chairs are delivered after a lengthy wait and its the incorrct clour chairs. I get on to their chat facility again and Im told they will get back to me , if the colour I ordered is availabe they will re-order or else refund me - are they serious - how are companies like this allowed to do run an online business. Why did I not see the red flags ?????????????”
“Their staff are so unhelpful and rude, their products don't work as described in the descriptions and when yiu would like to return it they make as if the customer is the problem instead of assisting you in order to return the item. They also say "FREE RETURNS" when actually they deduct 15% handling fee from your refund how insane is this. Especially when their products is faulty! Up your game.”

Sent photos within days of receiving the item and it breaking and no one is responding to my e-mails. Send constant reminders and I get no responses from them! Shocking service!”

“Snatcher- What an UNPLEASURABLE experience supporting them. Nearly 2 and a half months since requesting a refund and still I HAVE NOT seen a CENT!! Multiple EMPTY promises, with emails as proof, is all they have to offer. Snatcher should reconsider their write up on their values and refund policies-you are UNACCOUNTABLE and your policies need attention as you neglect to mention the lengthy process and time it takes to refund your customers. Snatcher CLEARLY does not deem their customers as a priority. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you rethink supporting them.”
