“Great customer Service My Compliments are for the staff at yardley B25 The staff always help to the highest of standards, amazing staff , particularly Lorraine and the Pharmacist on Duty the day I visited , 30th May 2018. Excellent Service by wonderful Staff.”

“Our Colchester Hythe store is usually very well-stocked, and I always go there for my fish. Plenty of blue-badge parking, and I have had only one disappointing purchase - and that wasn't the fish!”

“Your clowne store chesterfield. Visited yesterday first time half of the shelves empty. Only one sushi left no size 18s in most of womens clothing as sold out. A very poor standard wont go back to this store shelves should be well stocked midday. However newquay tesco express would have got 5 stars.”

“I would have given a Zero rating if I could have. Despite having waited over two weeks for the delivery date and having intentionally taken time out to wait all day at home for the delivery, it just didn’t show up and no one at Tesco could tell me why not, where it was or when it was coming. I’d even had a call the day before from the courier confirming that they were coming - liars. As for Tescos Tracking System it was next to useless with ‘dispatched’ being the only insight I could get - very helpful NOT. Customer Service staff were pleasant but couldn’t even contact the courier other than by email and despite promising a call back no call received. I now have no idea if or when my delivery will take place. I thought ordering online would be easier, I wish I’d just gone to a shop. This is absolutely the last time I order anything from Tesco Direct.”

“Their click and collect service is good enough but it’s oh so frustrating that EVERY time I use the service the make substitutions and invariably I miss out on great offers and deals and get palmed off with a rubbish alternative that either costs more, contains less or is of inferior quality.”

“I have ordered a Smart Bladeless fan for £39.98 as it was advertised on the online shop.when I collected my order I found it funny because I found a "Samosa" maker inside. Later I figured it out that they have made a initial pricing mistake on the Fan , so instead sending the fan they cheekily sent me another item for the price that I've paid to cover up their mistake. I went to the customer service desk to return the wrong item they sent me and get my original order replaced. I was put on phone and then the person i spoke on the phone secretly said something to the staff after asking the instore staff to walkaway from me.eventually i was forcefully made to return the wrong item and was cheekily refunded.Immediately i found the original fan that i ordered available on the Tesco direct online shop of the double the price i've paid. absolute frauds. rather i would have happy if a manager sorted me out or if they been honest and given me a substitute or given me the original order for the price i've paid considering my consumer rights.even after makinf so many escalations to the Tesco customer services i haven't had any response about this so far. i would have had a stress free purchase if i did online purchasing from another place. waste of time and deception.”

“In store they did not have the bikini briefs to match the top. "Buy the top now and order briefs on line" we were advised.....so we did. E mail on the Sunday said " dispatched and will be in store Monday (the following day)..great! Monday : E mail says item dispatched and with courier. Monday: Text message says there has been a problem with delivery Tuesday; NOTHING - so called Customer services who told me that the delivery driver had waited at the store for 2 minutes but no-one was available to sign for delivery!! (must be 200 people in store). But I was promised it woud be there Wednesday. Wednesday: NOTHING - so called again and was told it would be deivered Thursday. Thursday: NOTHING - E mail from customer services after a complaint agreed the service was "farcical" !!!!! Thursday afternoon: Gave up all hope as no-one knew where the parcel was or when it would be delivered........SO CANCELLED. Joke of a service and would never ever use again.”

“Went to tesco where I haven't shopped before very lost looking for cooking ingredients ,ask staff member called Sarah who took me to the right aisle ,helped me find ice cream sauces .Ask if I needed any more help ,and then was willing to help me look for nuts .Sarah was helpfully friendly and lovely to chat to”
