“When I spoke to someone in the Newcastle Office, I found them very clear, very precise and charming, The best buy at the time and so much cheaper than my previous insurer who I had Had for at least 5 years - where's customer loyalty's reward? I have made no claim because we have been in lockdown for most of the year and the car was barely used. I hope insurers bear that in mind for next year!”

“hi im a member of aa for years and for the first time in a long long time i used them this morning in dublin 22 . i just have to say i have nothing but the height of praise for the lad who came to sort my car he was the most helpful lad and so very pleasant and courteous. he came to me within an hour and got my car fixed . so i just wanted to say thank you so very much . from 100% satisfied customer”

“The roadside assistance we received from The AA (as a part of my car insurance by Admiral) was beyond horrific. They sent a rookie from a 3rd party garage, J Madden Garages to fix my Landrover. The rookie broke my gearbox while banging on the starter motor solenoid. Then it took me more than a week to raise a formal complaint with The AA. (Admiral refused to help.) After the investigation which I helped them with, they refused to accept liability, although the evidence was all there, crystal clear. I was left without a car during the lockdown in 2 degrees with 2 kids at home (and the nearest supermarket 2.7 miles away) for more than a month... and going. The customer service is appalling and the staff in both Admiral Insurance and The AA have zero empathy. So, if you love your car, your family, your life dont waste your time with The AA or Admiral. There are better insurance companies out there. Do not TRUST them with your car.”

“Had been with the AA Breakdown for 3 years and never called them out. Renewal this year had more than doubled the premium from last year !!. Phoned up to query it and was told it was because the AA provided a 'Luxury Service' ?. Told them I would not be renewing cover and then miraculously they said they could do the same level of cover for less than they charged me last year . ,!! Don't know what the hell is going on with them but they have now lost my business. Pure & excessive profiteering.”

“I found the whole process straight forward and think it is a good policy compared to what I had been paying to my last provider actually got more cover for less than my last provider well done to the AAI will hopefully be insuring again this year”

“Been with the AA 5 star European cover for 30 years asked for a call out in Holland was refused and cost me 125 euro for a total garage to fix Please please don't use these cowboys cost me 30 years of premiums to find this out I run one of the worlds biggest car clubs and tell everyone experience”
