“Had been with the AA Breakdown for 3 years and never called them out. Renewal this year had more than doubled the premium from last year !!. Phoned up to query it and was told it was because the AA provided a 'Luxury Service' ?. Told them I would not be renewing cover and then miraculously they said they could do the same level of cover for less than they charged me last year . ,!! Don't know what the hell is going on with them but they have now lost my business. Pure & excessive profiteering.”

“I found the whole process straight forward and think it is a good policy compared to what I had been paying to my last provider actually got more cover for less than my last provider well done to the AAI will hopefully be insuring again this year”

“Been with the AA 5 star European cover for 30 years asked for a call out in Holland was refused and cost me 125 euro for a total garage to fix Please please don't use these cowboys cost me 30 years of premiums to find this out I run one of the worlds biggest car clubs and tell everyone experience”

“All I can say is that on the very few occasions, (luckily), I've had to call out the AA, the response & outcome has been excellent. The policies we have are straightforward & clear, not the cheapest, but that's my choice.”

“My wife is also an AA member and we could not start her car! She rang the AA who arrived within 30 mins and started it straight away and were happy to give mine and my son's cars batteries a boost as well.”

“Our car wouldn't start at home, called AA, Chris same out within 2 hours and fitted a new battery, very happy with whole experience polite and very knowledgeable man, would recommend AA, have been with them for over 55 years, no problems”

“I have no complaints about the policy I bought last year, but now my renewal for the coming year has shot up. Same car, same details, and no claims. I won't renewing obviously, when I can get a policy with the same details, almost a £100 less. Why do the companies do that? Surely it makes more sense to look after a loyal customer. Rant over”
