“I found the whole process straight forward and think it is a good policy compared to what I had been paying to my last provider actually got more cover for less than my last provider well done to the AAI will hopefully be insuring again this year”

“Been with the AA 5 star European cover for 30 years asked for a call out in Holland was refused and cost me 125 euro for a total garage to fix Please please don't use these cowboys cost me 30 years of premiums to find this out I run one of the worlds biggest car clubs and tell everyone experience”

“All I can say is that on the very few occasions, (luckily), I've had to call out the AA, the response & outcome has been excellent. The policies we have are straightforward & clear, not the cheapest, but that's my choice.”

“My wife is also an AA member and we could not start her car! She rang the AA who arrived within 30 mins and started it straight away and were happy to give mine and my son's cars batteries a boost as well.”

“Our car wouldn't start at home, called AA, Chris same out within 2 hours and fitted a new battery, very happy with whole experience polite and very knowledgeable man, would recommend AA, have been with them for over 55 years, no problems”

“I have no complaints about the policy I bought last year, but now my renewal for the coming year has shot up. Same car, same details, and no claims. I won't renewing obviously, when I can get a policy with the same details, almost a £100 less. Why do the companies do that? Surely it makes more sense to look after a loyal customer. Rant over”

“AA is £2.6 billion in debt and no longer care? Theirs a reason why TheAA is £2.6 billion in debt and no longer care about their customers. Its all about clawing their way out the debt and charging premium prices. Ive been a member since i was 21 im now 50+ Never had any problems till today i had puncture and called for AA to change tyre. They told me my membership had expired last year Jan 2020. The only way someone would come out is if i took out a new membership their and then. Ridiculous thought as i had only renewed my membership less than 2 weeks ago til Jan 2022. However the AA said im not a member according to their system and they wouldnt come out. Clearly a system error somewhere. I have checked with bank the renewal membership money was taken out in Dec first week. I have a renewal confirmation letter. They even sent me out 4 new cards. Still according to the system i am not a member. Thankyou AA for stealing my money and in my hour of need telling me to get lost!! Thankyou”

“I found the AA to helpful and easy to talk to. As I have had to claim for the repair of my car, that was hit the AA made the arangements for it to be seen and repaired”
