“Today a young aa man called Abdul came to my rescue my front coil spring had broken and he has now taken my car to the garage he was a credit to the AA he was such a nice man and so professional so conscious re the safety of me and my car as I broke down on a busy duel carriageway So thankful for him today Thank you Abdul Gillingham Kent”

“So I’m a NHS worker and just tried to to order breakdown cover with the AA as they stated 40% off and it stated this will be calculated at payment, this is a lie, no discount was added but they took my payment and when I called to check on this they said they are not sure why this is however it I want to cancel it will be £20!!!!! What a sneaky trick they play to steal NHS workers money!!!!”

“When you buy policy the AA put you on auto renewal, now got to phone up to cancel the auto renewal before it goes up in price.”

“Everything has been very easy with AA. My one disappointment is that after watching the Martin Lewis TV programme advising customers to notify car insurance companies of reduced mileage (as a result of Covid-19) during the insurance year, customers could expect a rebate on their insurance. That is not the case with AA. Whilst they would charge me more if I exceeded the miles I estimated for insurance, they will not refund for significantly reduced usage during Covid-19 lockdowns. This is disappointing.”
