“Very pleased with quote and service..one thing to remember..they give you lots of extras one of which you have to physically cancel a month or so before renewal..if you don't you end up having to pay for it for a year, sorry i dont remember the specifics but these free perks are only good if you use them, or can remember what they are. One thing I will say. Do NOT under any circumstances whatsoever, go to or use One Call. They are a total shambles. They have subsidiary companies and are a nightmare if things go wrong. I had issues with them whereby I had to go to the Ombudsman because my 12 emails asking a simple question, was not answered, with one blaming the other blaming the other. Worse company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. AA are totally brilliant in comparison”

“Each year the AA send me their quote for the following year. It's always way high, and every year I 'phone them and every year they say "Hold on a minute - I 'll see if I can do anything for you", and every year they then come up with a sensible quote [it's the same with their recovery services also]. Why oh why do they try it on each year - do they think we're completely thick??”
