I found them very easy to deal with and customer friendly. Ask me again when my renewal comes through and I may have a different opinion about it!

They left me and my pregnant wife stranded in the cold for 5 hours then say they not coming for us cause they had came for me before and I never had the recipe on me for the job that I had done on my car and bear in mind they had drop my car off directly at the garage. They put the phone down on us and cancel the call out so we're left in the cold 8 month pregnant woman I call the garage and let the talk directly to the garage and they left us I am never use them ever again I am going to cancel my membership

I’ve used the call out service three times and the staff have been amazing cannot fault them I’ll always pay to use the AA!!

I switched to AA for my car insurance and got it for only 2/3rds of my previous insurer's best offer. I had an emergency call-out a few months later and my problem was sorted very quickly in a most friendly and skillful manner.

You don't know if the insurance is any good unless you have to claim. Thankfully up to now I haven't had to. What surprised me when I was looking for car insurance was that the AA offered a competitive price. Usually I could easily beat their quote. I was really surprised at the price they offered. I suppose I will have to change next year though. No doubt they will put the price up.

absolutely amazed with the price as I'd had an accident 4 yrs ago with a £37k settlement cost. other companies quoted me £600 fully comp on my 206, the AA came in at £300. thank you so much xx

been with aa for over 30 years evey year have to ring up to get a deal nearer new cust deal this time it was 110.00 more than new cust enough is enough no value been loyal cust cancelled and will go elsewhere when will they lean

read well the T&C as once you have taken up a cover, you can't cancel it and get a refund (like you do with all Insurances). You only have 14 days from signing up. That could not be right. Please ditch this unfair practice. Thanks

Insisted that l have automatic renewal- which l did not want! Did not advise me that European cover would be exta - in the event this cost a further £37 for 7 days in France. Did also adopt breakdown cover as a new customer for £19 ( UK only) which l will place elsewhere next year since l can obtain it cheaper than their full price cost price of £60.

called A.A. out to a flat battery at home on a Wednesday morning. Very pleasant guy came, did his tests and said battery was done. he had a battery he could fit there and then which was £144. given the alternative of going to buy one in a car with a duff battery i told him to fit it. later that day i searched the net for the battery which came in as low as £55 but averaged £75. at this point i looked on the A.A web site and found that if i rang and ordered one it would cost £120 delivered and fitted. i spent 18 minutes on the phone without speaking to anyone and gave up and sent an email. the only real issue i could complain about is the £24 difference. after a month i got the scripted response every one does ending "This is the final response to your complaint, and we won' t be changing our decision, but if you do want to discuss your complaint please contact us directly" I wont be using the A.A again. P,S 2 days later, Friday night, driving home with a glowing battery light. got home and couldn't restart the car. called the A.A another pleasant guy came out and diagnosed the alternator was faulty. feel free to draw your own conclusion. i didn't bother to contact the A.A as i had read similar experiences reviewed and was expecting this outcome

I've had multiple call outs Web the AA over 5 years of membership, the service guys have been good and friendly. But the wait for them to arrive is consistently 2-5 hrs. At to the fact when I went to cancel my membership one month in to a renewal cycle no refund was given and they kept £140 for a service no longer needed.they are also expensive. On the basis of their policies and poor customer service ican only give them one star

Worst customer service I have ever seen in any company, was kept on hold for 1 hour and had the advisor answer the phone say he couldn't hear me, I said can you hear me know to which he replied nope and put the phone down on me. Other operators were useless, couldn't care less, obviously undertrained and very rude. Very unprofessional. Avoid this company like the plague !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I did have cause to claim after an accident earlier this year. The AA were fantastic in every way from recovery of myself and my vehicle from the scene and although my vehicle was written off my claim was dealt with very quickly and I was back in the road within two weeks. Can’t praise them enough.
