“Not as good as churchill poor communications changed car literally day of renewal and they charged me for it which in over 30 yts of driving I've never been charged for this before I shall ne going back to churchill when my renewal date comes”

“The instructors are really poor. If you wish to waste your money, energy and other resources, go with AA. They will take you on then say, "I really have no idea how can I help you." After you have spent thousands, failed several times and had your confidence knocked under their instruction. They cannot deliver what they promise.”

“on the od occasion ive rung to clarify something the people on the phone answered generally quickly, the only neg was a refusal to add a leaner to my policy, not really a problem as it saves me teaching her to drive :)”

“I was stranded for five hours and called the AA multiple times only to be put on hold for 30 minutes and forced to hang up then made to sleep in my car like a homeless person. They said they would get me a taxi and refused. P*ss take.”

“My mum birthday and my car decides to break down on the north circular, anyhow with no cover i called AA, it did take some time to get through to someone. However once i got through the lady on the other end was so helpful and sympathic to our situation. I took out a membership. Good value for money, she did not try to over sell anything to me. Our AA macanic that came to assist us was outstanding if i could give him 5 star i would, thanks alot to Mathew Amponsah”
