bought it, got it, roasted about 15 pieces. nice. gave some to my daughter, a few to two of my neighbors and all's well... until... my neighbor told me i could have bought them down at my local tommy thumb for 1.99/lb. i kinda felt like i'd been flim-flammed but that's on me. won't recommend. product good, price- not so much.

Havent received the order yet?? If it was delivered it went somewhere beside to my house. Order was placed on the 16th and haven't seen it yet!!

I have been roasting chili for years and years. And buying on line from Hatch Chili when I cannot get chili locally. This was by far the worst chili I have roasted. The skin stuck and the flesh was shriveled. What little I was able to get was not very hot.

I would love to enjoy my order of Big Jim's Chilis, but I never received them, and I never received a notice that there was a problem. The only way that I know there was a problem is because I checked the tracker on the shipment. And it has been over two months since I placed my order. So yes I will be contacting someone as to getting my money back or getting my order.

While the online process of ordering chopped frozen green chile was satisfactory, I received red chopped chile, which was totally warm, (dry ice gone and I was at home at the time of delivery.) After communicating with staff, I was not satisfied with the solution. Blame was placed on me. I have choices and will consider taking my business elsewhere.

O paid for 2 day shipping, their solution was to credit me 9 dallors for it being late and 6 dallors for having 18 bad peppers. Smiths Food & Drugs will roast 25 lbs for $19.99 in select days. People are far better off doing to them than this outfit.

Hi James, We have done our best to ensure quality customer service for you regarding your order for 25lbs of Medium Fresh Hatch Green Chile. After one of the phone calls that you had with our Customer Service Manager, we gave you a store credit to compensate for FedEx delivering your package 1 day late. You paid for 2-Day and it took 3 days to arrive, so we credited you the difference for the shipping cost. This credit was issued so that you could apply it to a future order of Hot Fresh Hatch Green Chile, as you specifically requested. We also issued you a partial refund to compensate for the amount of chile that you received in poor condition. You ordered a 25lb box, which would be approximately 250 chiles. Given that 18 of them were bad, you lost 7.2% to spoilage. We issued a 10% refund for this spoilage. You verbally confirmed that this resolution was okay with you. All of our calls are recorded automatically, and we have replayed the recording to verify this. We have offered several solutions to ensure that you are compensated for the issues with your order. We have also asked what more we could do for you, as we always welcome customer feedback regarding our resolution processes. Any feedback we receive is appreciated and carefully considered. This is by far the worst company to do business with. 18 of my peppers were either ROTTEN or VERY WILTED! Which would be about 3-4 pounds worth. Instead of shipping more peppers as an honest business should to keep their customer happy. Their solution was to give me 10% off my next order. Why would some want to do business with people who couldn't get it right the first time. I just want my money put into my account for the lost goods.

I told you they were rotting on arrival. You wanted a picture, but I had already thrown them out. I've never received them in that condition before. I thought pre-ordering and guaranteed freshness would eliminate that. That's what I get for guessing. Have a nice day.
