“I had ordered "extra hot", which it definitely is not. It did arrive in perfect shape and good quality looking peppers. They have a good texture and color.”

“Delivery was very quick and we appreciate that being on the east coast, however the heat factor was less than expected. The website they were hotter than normal so we went medium and most have been mild still tasty but not the heat we wanted.”

“I lurches big Jim’s and Sandia’s. Big Jim’s came in perfect. The Sandias had several chilies that looked like something had eaten on them. The box was wet on one corner. Not up to the expected standards!”

“love that they shipped it to me in virginia. great flavor but the chiles were a little mushy and fell apart easily when i tried to use them for chile rellenos. will probably go back to getting them chopped instead of whole.”

“It has been a long time since I have had Hatch Chiles. They are still amazing on a burger. I was feeling nostalgic for the old Bobcat Bites of all most 20 years ago, and the roasting of the chiles in various parking lots in Santa Fe. So glad I ordered two jars, to subdue my craving. It’s bold yet not over powering has a great flavor.”

“I just didn’t know that xxtra hot hatch chilies are smaller. Some are a little dry when received but not bad. I roast them immediately after receiving them. I enjoy the Red Hatch Chili because I am not much for tomatoes in my salas and the red chili makes my salsa look like it has tomatoes. Overall good. Thank you . Maria Bryan”

“We ordered mild and medium green chiles which we received as promised in a timely manner. We roasted them and made a pot of green chile. It was definitely the best we have made! Delicious!”

“I really like the chilies you sent me. It was unfortunate that half the box was bad do to shipping issues but you made up for it by sending another box. Quite a few were bad in those boxes as well. I expect some but not that many. Your peppers are of great taste and I'll keep purchasing from you. Just hope shipping gets better or some other way to freeze and ship them to me.”

“I had to give a 4 out of 5 because this year there were more damaged peppers in the box than i've experienced in the past five years. However, the flavour and quality of the rest of the peppers is superb. I will continue ordering from them next year!”

“I love supporting your company and will continue to do so. But I will say that Hatch Chile is becoming so popular, we’re getting some really fresh batches all the way up here in WA state. The extra bag I purchased at Kroeger was actually slightly fresher than what came in the FedEx box from you guys. Again, will always order first from you guys, but just wanted to provide that feedback.”
