Cheles arrived in good condition, but began to go bad pretty quickly. But the Hatch Store is to be praised.

I had to give a 4 out of 5 because this year there were more damaged peppers in the box than i've experienced in the past five years. However, the flavour and quality of the rest of the peppers is superb. I will continue ordering from them next year!

I love supporting your company and will continue to do so. But I will say that Hatch Chile is becoming so popular, we’re getting some really fresh batches all the way up here in WA state. The extra bag I purchased at Kroeger was actually slightly fresher than what came in the FedEx box from you guys. Again, will always order first from you guys, but just wanted to provide that feedback.

The chilis were for my friend in WA and she was delighted. She moved there from Albuquerque and was missing her chilis.

The Chile's were Massive this year with great flavor! I live in Minnesota so I opted for the two day shipping and the chile arrived on time. The only problem this year that I did not have in the past is the amount of spoilage. As soon as the package arrived I pulled it inside and immediately got them washed and ready to roast. As I sorted the chile I noticed on corner of the box was slimy and about 10 chile's were rotten beyond salvage, 8 others I had to trim off the stem end up to about 1/2 the chile. If there wasn't so much rot this year I would have given 5 stars.

Quick shipping and arrived fresh. I deducted 1 star because I ordered HOT and the peppers I received were no hotter than a bell pepper. Maybe a mistake. But I still love the chilies

I love Hatch chili peppers. I ordered the medium roasted & chopped & find they are mostly mild in heat. I'm a little disappointed in the heat level. I do support small businesses & appreciate them. My first order was damaged so the company reordered. Summertime is a tough time to ship cold items.

I have been ordering chile from Hatch Chile Store for many years now and have always been very satisfied with my green chile order. I have to say though, that this years chile was so much thicker and meatier than past years, so much easier to peel when the pepper is thick and meatier. I was kind of disappointed because for the first time I did have to throw away about 7 or 8 of my peppers because they were soft and mushy, but I don't blame the Hatch Chile Store for the damage, it has been extremely hot this year in Texas and I've always just had my chile delivered regular mail with zero issues so I blame the heat. I'm a happy customer and will continue ordering Hatch chile from you all.

We were out of town when the chilies shipped and it took an extra day or sontongetbinside so we lost about 1/3 of them but the ones we saved are wonderful

After several excellent years of service,not so much this year 2022. Fed Ex sent our delivery to locations other than Roselle,I’ll. Eight days later after we called Fed Ex and they had taken it upon themselves to mark the carton as non deliverable. Resolution was a new delivery the following week, but did not arrive! Finally another call on Friday 7/29 and we may have another delivery scheduled for this week? We were also told another delivery fee of $30 dollars but have been notified that the fee may indeed be $56.00. Not sure when and how much this second delivery and cost may arrive? Hi Steve, Taylor VP of Operations here. It looks like FedEx damaged the package and was unable to deliver it. We will get a claim filed with them. The $30 shipping on your original order was refunded. On the reshipment the shipping was upgraded to 2-Day Air so that you would receive our freshness guarantee. The reshipment is on its way. the box arrived very wet in one corner like the box had been dropped. after opening three or four chiles had been smashed and about five others were soft at the tips

Very good quality. I believe my order from 2 or 3 years ago was packed in dry ice. This order was not. Nevertheless the product arrived in good condition with the exception of two broken chilles. I guess that should be expected since they traveled 1600 miles in two days.

When I placed my order I wanted to have it shipped to an address while I live at another address, the shipping address is different from my billing address. I am thinking of placing another order but if I can't ship to the address I'm considering ordering and pay for it with my billing address -- I'm not going to order again. The website wouldn't let me the first time, there won't be a second time.

They were fantastic to work with! Excellent ordering, the delivery to our PO Box was super fast, as it the only way we can get mail where we live in Hawaii. Only 1 pepper was bad in the whole shipment, just squished.
