“We received the chile in a timely manner, and in good shape. We always anticipate the great flavor that no other chile has. We did order 25 pounds of the Hot, and it roasted really well, however, after peeling, there was not much bite. Did some mild get mixed in? How is the best way to counter this?”

“We have purchased several items from The Hatch Chili Store….the chilies, salsa, spices and the pizzas several times. Everything has been perfect until recently. Two batches of the pizzas arrived completely thawed and the person that I last spoke to in your store said they would ship the replacement out of the warehouse in California on Monday. Here it is…Thursday … and altho I have been waiting all day, no pizza has arrived. It isn’t that far to California but I fear they will be thawed again. It has to be the packers and/ or the shipping. Perhaps it is like the airlines or even the banking facilities…..staff is scarce. Nothing wrong with your product tho. It is all very good.p”

“Products outstanding. Shipping is the only reason why you get 4 stars instead of 5. I'm too far from your shipping points to have worry free delivery. I wish you would set up a shipping point in the southeast (maybe Nashville ? Atlanta? Birmingham even?) But I love your products. And I'll keep buying them. But for crying out loud: PUT MORE DRY ICE THAN YOU DO AND IMPROVE YOUR SHIPPING CARTON.”

“I purchased Veggie Green Chile Tamales from Hatch Store, and find them quite good. They are, however, lacking in the amount of chile they contain. I appreciated their great customer service recently with an exchange. Thank you.”

“The green chile pecans are the BEST! The green chile pistachios are awesome. I tried the green chile sauce and it is good but had to add garlic and salt for my taste. Since I move to the east coast I struggle to find the taste of home. Overall I love the HATCH CHILE STORE and will continue to order from them.”

“We love the Hatch chile. This year we couldn’t specify whether we wanted mild or hot. We usually get both but took our chances and the Chile was very mild. Also, I would love it if you had an organic option. But, I love the Chile. Nothing compares to te flavor.”

“I lived in Albuquerque for years so I was able to buy good red and green chili when I wanted. It’s harder to buy good chili where I live now. My family uses red and green chili daily!! I thought I would try The Hatch Chili Store and was very pleased. I ordered green chili pods and several of the red and green chili sauces and salsas. Some for myself and some for gifts. Everyone LOVES these products. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 star is due to the cost. It’s worth it but it is expensive and not everyone can afford it.”

“Good morning everyone at the hatch chile store, the sauces that I purchased are fantastic the tortillas as great as they tasted we're slightly damaged was not able to use them to make tacos or enchiladas or tostadas some of them I lightly steamed to use as breakfast wraps, also found out that they make great chips in my air fryer even though the tortillas were damaged I would definitely try to order them again hopefully they would be hole so I can use them for cooking thank you for reaching out and asking for a review I will definitely shop with your store again have a great day everyone sincerely Dale.”

“Your chile is a solid 5. My reason for a 3 and 3/4 is not all flavors were available, medium or medium hot - chopped. I understand we are still coming out of a pandemic and help don't want to work. I missed the old days.”

“The tamales and chili relleno are incredible. I also bought a wreath I was less satisfied with. Chilies started falling off soon after delivery, so I don’t feel it was a good value for the price I paid.”

“Very slow when delivering fresh frozen chilli. I have been waiting a month and a half. Their bottled products are tasty and not too hot. I am waiting for the delivery that has not arrived. I have no idea when the fresh frozen items will arrive.”
