“There was confusion with my order being shipped. I was concerned due to the temps rising and the tamales being perishable. I received them with no ice left in the packs and the tamales room temperature. Not good. So if I order again I will wait until fall temps.”

“The roasted green chili that I got from you was absolutely delicious period that being said you must have taken the chili's and put them in the packaging while they were still hot because it generates a lot of moisture that when they are thawed out I got almost a 1/2 a cup of water out of the bag”

“Have been roasting fresh green chile from The Hatch Chile Store for years, and this year we decided it was time to let the experts do the job. We ordered roasted, peeled, and frozen green chile, and the product is wonderful. There is so much MORE to the pods! I guess my roasting tends to shrivel them up a bit. :-/ The flavor for the medium spiciness and level of spice is just awesome. Haven't tried the mild yet, but I've had it fresh and roasted it myself... I am sure it will be juuuuuusssst rrrrrriiiiiight! :-)”

“Our order arrived thawed out twice, the Hatch Chili Store sent it out next day shipping and it showed up still frozen, we had the Tamales and Rellenos for dinner and was not disappointed, being from Southern NM I was missing authentic Mexican food”

“Even though the chile isn’t bad tasting, the chile isn’t anything close to being carefully roasted and “hand” preeled. The chile came chopped and frozen which is what I ordered but it was basically raw. The consistency isn’t soft as it would be if it was properly roasted. It was disappointing. I did speak with staff and they informed me that: “They had a bad season this past season and the consistency is due to that” and “they spoke to the owner and could not offer me anything and their decision is set in stone”. Won’t need anything from them again.”

“I was so glad I found you. We had gone to Albuquerque and I couldn't find a ristra anywhere. Apparently it was the wrong season so found the hatch chili store and had one sent. It's beautiful!
