“My chiles arrived in amazing packaging, still frozen! I had wondered how you could have mild/medium/hot since it seems you never know what chile is going to be hot, at least in my experience. I chose the medium, and they are perfect! A good kick, but not too spicy. I also was nervous about choosing the chopped versus the whole chile, since I'm used to getting whole ones and then cutting them, but I'm really happy I chose the chopped, I just stick a spoon in to get what I want! Thank you so much! ~susan”

“When I receive my order, my chilies were all wet. The egg was everywhere very very messy. I will never ordered anything that’s frozen again. I will order your chilies in a jar or anything that does not have any breading on it.”

“Moved from Colorado three years ago and have been missing the Hatch green chilies and all the recipes that can be made from them. We recently ordered online and they were shipped fast and still frozen. Made enchiladas last week that were awesome. We will be ordering more.”

“Hello, I live in Alabama and it’s really hard to find some good quality chili, so this is why I shop for chili at hatch. i’m hoping next year that hatch will have extra hot chili because we like it sort of spicy with good flavor and unfortunately. y’all run out of posole mix real fast because online it says it’s sold out. I’m hoping that you all have the opportunity to get some more posole packs ready in the near future. Other than that I really enjoy shopping at hatch for our needs. Thank you.”

“I ordered red and got mostly green with a couple of red and a few that were turning, if I had wanted green I would have ordered green, if I had wanted to take the time to wait for them to ripen I could have grown my own like I did with seeds I saved from the green peppers I ordered last year.”

“I received my 8lbs of RED chiles, so beautiful & fresh off the vine!! Roasted them all on the charcoal grill with hickory chips, AMAZING flavor OMG!!! So Fresh, sweet, spicy flavors, can’t explain how happy I am with my order and how the family worked with me on the delivery! Can’t wait until next year’s crop! Well done on this year’s crop! Kudos!!”

“I have access to green Chile where I live in NY. I had never bought red Chile pods before, even when I lived in NM. It was always Green. So I decided to try fresh Red Chile pods. I was excited to try them. They came by when they said. My only disappointment is the number of red Chiles. I would estimate 1/3 was red, 1/3 was red and green and 1/3 was green. For the price paid, it should have been almost entirely red.”

“I’m giving you five stars because I really like the Hatch Chiles. But there was a problem with my Delivery and UPS. Last week, I was supposed to get a delivery to my home, and it was never delivered, I didn’t get any information until I went to my email and read a notice from UPS, stating my package was undeliverable, and was going to be dropped off at a pick up location. The UPS driver never knocked on My door, nor did they leave a ticket on my door, Notifying me of a missed delivery. I contacted the hatch store and notified them by voice mail about the situation, I received a call but I missed the call, so I called back and spoke with a gentleman and told him I was able to pick up my box of Chiles, I had to end up discarding some of them because they had gone bad wherever they were sitting for all those hours. Overnight. Even the store clerk where I picked them up from said, “aren’t they supposed to be refrigerated”? so half of mine had to be disposed of, and I don’t feel it was fair that UPS mishandled my delivery.”

“I am a contractor working for the US Army in South Korea, I have ordered from many places and had mixed results with items being broken, lost etc. I was worried that my order would get broken via shipment since the items were in glass jars, but they were packed very well, order arrived intact and is very delicious. The Hatch Chile Store, will be my "Go To" place for all things Chile from here on out. Thank you all and I have already let my co-workers and friends know, so you will be getting a lot more orders from us here in South Korea, thank you for supporting us and the Troops Overseas.”

“I talked a week ago with a lady . The order arrived completely thawed and warm so had to throw away the rellanos .. the lady was supposed to reship some more or refund my money . Daniel called me on the 25th and I have been refunded my money. Thank you. I will order again when the weather is cooler.”
