“I ordered 25 lbs of fresh green chili on Monday and it was at my front door in Idaho Friday morning. There was not one spoiled pepper in the entire box! I had it roasted, peeled and frozen that day, except what I had that evening with dinner. Everything from service quality to product quality is a 10 out of 10. Thank you. Eric B”

“I'm originally from New Mexico. And this is my first time ever ordering hatch chili. I live in Tucson, Arizona now. And I usually I am at the supermarket. But this year I Decided to order it from their website. And I was very disappointed. All my chili was curled up. I couldn't even toast it. There was a few rotten ones. I will never order from their website again. I had to pay extra money because the original price. They said they had up the price. So they asked me to add more money and I did. What a disappointment. Yes, I will just have to continue buying it at the supermarket. Actually probably cheaper now because of what? I paid for a little box with curled up chili.”

“Product and service are uniformly great and I have been ordering 25 lbs per year for a long time. HCS has always been willing to accommodate my travel schedule so that my shipment arrives when I am around to receive (and roast!) it. If you like NM cihle, this is your go-to supplier.”

“This is my 2nd year ordering green chilis. The 1st time I ordered the whole chilis and processed them myself. Shipping was a problem due to the extreme heat. This time I ordered processed/frozen whole chilis. They are amazing! No work, no fuss, just in the freezer they go! Your customer service is above reproach! Thanks to all for a great job, and you now have a customer for life!!”

“I honestly wish I wasn't writing this. I had high hopes for my medium green chile. Alas, I could feed it to my dog - that's how much heat it doesn't have. Unfortunately, my order had melted before it arrived. I have refrozen it. I hope it works.”

“Pre-ordered my green chili some time ago. I also bought at the time some frozen whole chile. I have been enjoying the frozen and looked forward to the fresh. It arrived a few days ago very fresh off the field. I am in Oregon and grew up in NM. I roasted the chile and it smelled great. Nothing like the scent of fresh roasting chiles. Now they are peeled and packaged to enjoy. Great deal on the pre-order.”

“I love the dried hatch chili powder. I use it to make my own taco seasoning. And I also like the fact that I can buy dried posole. And it came quickly and packed well!!!”

“Great Chilis. This years Medium green chilis were perfect for us. Meaty with a heat that is immediate then fades to a deep green chili flavor. We roast 25lbs yearly and freeze 5-6 whole roasted chilis per quart freezer bag. Great to thaw, peel and use in recipes year round.”
