“I wasn’t happy with my green chili. They were wrinkled up and 5 bad ones. You asked for pictures and I tried but I’m an old man and couldn’t get it to work. That’s fine. I have roasted them and will make do”

“Prompt delivery, so fresh!! I live in Fort Worth,TX and there are a couple of places that roast here in August which Is fun and you know Fall is coming but nothing easier (or fresher!) than ordering straight from Hatch!”

“Very unhappy with size of peppers, no meat, and IMO uncaring customer service (CS). I roasted, very difficult to remove skin as meat was so thin. Just not the peppers I had received previously. There won’t be another order; looking for new supplier. Also, in my opinion, peppers were not mature. I was told by CS that if I wanted meaty peppers, I should have ordered a different type. If I remember correctly, I was only given the choice of mild, hot, etc!! Just be aware of what you are ordering and the fact that their CS is not helpful again IMO. I’ve attached a pic, 90% plus were as reflected by No 3 in the pic. Pic is a comparison of previous purchase and ones received this year.”

“We love our Hatch Chiles. Received them on Thursday and roasted them on Friday. Made Green Hatch Chile stew on Sunday with smoked pork. Use everyday in scrambled eggs. Got a surprise orangish one that had elevated heat level, which my husband loved. Great product, great customer service, fast delivery.”
