“The chilis for the most part were small making them hard to roast and harder to peel. There were a lot of ripe ones which really don’t roast well. All in all I’ll never buy this way again. Best to buy frozen peeled and seeded frozen at Safeway or if possible pickup in Hatch.”

“I purchased these for my mother who lives in Kentucky. She received them in perfect condition. She is in heaven! She has not been able to buy Hatch chiles for years. She has roasted and made dishes with them and is 100! pleased. Thank you for allowing me to give this gift to my mother.”

“We have been ordering Hatch Chilies from The Hatch Chile Store for three years. I went to college in NM and I miss the flavors now that I live in Virginia. We have always been so pleased with the freshness and quality of the Hatch!! They are fabulous and full of flavor. The store has great customer service too. They email you when your shipment is on its way, so that you’re ready to roast them when they arrive. We freeze our roasted hatch to enjoy throughout the year. So yummy! If you love hatch, this is the place to order from!!”

“Beautiful chile. I was born and raised in Las Cruces so I cut my teeth on great chile. Haven’t been able to gat back lately so ordered online. Chile arrived in perfect shape. Roasted, peeled, and eaten before it cooled off.”

“I'm 70 years old. Born and raised in Las Cruces. My uncle, Ray Garcia was a farmer in Dona Ana for many years. My father was neighbors with Joe Lujan, Lujan Farms and we bought a lot of chile from Mr. Lujan, so I know chile. Your X-Hot is as good as I've ever had! Very impressive operation! “I have been ordering X-Hot Green Chiie for a few years and I always took forward to roasting, peeling and freezing up for the winter...I order the 25 lbs and it is work to get it all done but I love the smell and enjoy working with my husband while we sit and peel.....Will be back again next year!”
