“This year I preordered 10 lbs of mild green chiles and paid for 2 day shipping. When they arrived 2 lbs were either red or turning red. I took a picture and sent it back as instructed if I was not satisfied. The response was that because if the hot weather, there was nothing that could be done and the red chiles are good to eat as well. I was very disappointed by this response. If I wanted red chiles, I would have ordered red chiles. This may be my last time ordering from this location.”

“The order was delivered timely and with only a couple of crushed, rotting chiles. I don't believe the $15 for 2nd day delivery is worth it, as when I've ordered previously without the guarantee, the spoilage wasn't any different.”

“While I've been ordering Hatch Chile for over 25 yrs. this is my first experience using the Hatch Chile Store. The chiles arrived in wonderful condition, with very minimal lost chiles all ready for roast & freeze. “The fresh chiles we ordered arrived in perfect condition. We ate some immediately and processed the rest for the freezer and future use. They are sooooo delicious!! I really enjoy working with Hatch Chile Store - they are prompt, responsive and deliver wonderful products. If you have a chance, order one of their holiday bundles - you'll love it as it's full of tasty dishes like tamales, enchiladas, chiles rellenos.”

“I ordered 50 lbs of chile, 25 lbs mild, 25 lbs medium. The mild arrived right when they said it would. The medium was delayed a day due to picking problems. I received an email letting me know of the delay and was given a new ship date. It also arrived on time. The chile was in great shape, and ready for roasting. Great company to deal with.”

“I love supporting your company and will continue to do so. But I will say that Hatch Chile is becoming so popular, we’re getting some really fresh batches all the way up here in WA state. The extra bag I purchased at Kroeger was actually slightly fresher than what came in the FedEx box from you guys. Again, will always order first from you guys, but just wanted to provide that feedback.”

“This was my second Hatch chili order for mild chilis. These arrived on a Friday for planned roasting on Saturday. The product is wonderful, however the shipping package suffered a hard drop along the way. About 20 pods were crushed at the bottom of the box. Little product was lost by roasting ASAP. I am looking to chili rellenos! Thank you.”
