“Just saw this after ordering more chilies! True testament to how delicious they are. They came very fast , shipped perfectly and still frozen so I could time when I wanted to use them. My hobby is cooking and I knew that canned chilies left my tastebuds flat and bored! I was recommended to The Hatch Chile store by a friend and I will never look back! Rave reviews from coworkers and family who tasted my Chile Relleno casserole. Highly addictive and highly recommend! I ordered mild chilies due to some wimps, but could adjust rellleno sauce for spicier pallets!”

“LOVE Hatch Green Chiles! Ordered early and they shipped right to my door. Last year I made green chile, this year I roasted them and canned them. We add them to whatever needs a special kick. I will be ordering more!”

“Got my hatch Chile and only had 4 bad chiles. Grilled one box and did other one in oven. Peeled one batch and left skins on the other one and froze them. Ate a few while peeling them. Delicious”

“I recently moved from NM to GA. There is no green chile here so I ordered 5 lbs of medium chopped and 5 lbs of hot unchopped. My biggest disappointment is that you don't have hot chopped. I am grateful that I can have it shipped to GA. After 40+ years in NM I can't imagine not having my green chile.”

“The produce and service from the Hatch Chile Store is excellent. My wife and I received boxes of mild and medium fresh green chile this year, and the yearly seasonal chile roasting evenings, the air so brightly aromatic with fresh and roasting chile scent, were very enjoyable! We opted for the 2 day air shipping, and when some pods from one of the boxes were whole and partially lost to mold, a replacement shipment was sent right away... for yet another wonderful evening of roasting and peeling. :) The flavor of the chile is very savory and tasty! So glad to enjoy some real New Mexico goodness here in the Northwest!”

“I received my order this morning, But it was dropped at my neighbors. I retrieved it and know that this is a problem with my Manistee Post Office. Got it cleared up. All good. Ordered it on 8/16 and received on 8/22 or 6th day. I'm happy.”

“Most chilies were in excellent shape when received. Needed to work up the hot flavor ones first because there were indications that some were ready to start turning bad. Excellent flavor on all mild, medium, and hot chilies. Shipping was on time, however a lot of travel from New Mexico to Memphis to Nevada.”

“I really like the chilies you sent me. It was unfortunate that half the box was bad do to shipping issues but you made up for it by sending another box. Quite a few were bad in those boxes as well. I expect some but not that many. Your peppers are of great taste and I'll keep purchasing from you. Just hope shipping gets better or some other way to freeze and ship them to me.”
