“We received chilis that are almost as small as small as jalapeños. No one answers when you try calling. You know that smell when you roast Hatch green chili... well nothing nada. I believe they were picked way too soon... too young. We are in Florida and would really like true Hatch green chili. Please help. More reviews to come if I can't get a hold of someone... so please reach out. I'll change my review, but for now we wasted good money. Thank you. We expected chili in September”

“I recently moved to the east coast in New England from California. We always picked up fresh Hatch chili there every season. Hatch chili is much harder to find here so I ordered from the Hatch Chili Store. It arrived on time, in perfect condition and as fresh as can be. I cannot wait to roast it then eat it😊”

“I just roasted my first chile order from these guys. It arrived in perfect condition, the chiles are delicious. I ordered another 5 lbs of hot chiles just now. The mediums are delicious but are not quite as hot as we usually like. Any way you slice it, this company is a keeper!”

“Excellent products. Great tasting, just like homemade! Excellent customer service, and quick delivery. My favorite is the fire roasted Fresh Green Chile, as it is a great short cut for making Chile Verde. I have recommended Fresh Chile Company to family and friends”

“I am from Nm. Now living in SC. Was missing so many flavors if Nm. Roasted green chili in the fall for 50 years. I’ve shared my salsa and green chili with my son. Opened the jar and was transported and satisfied. I put green chili on and in everything. Thank you.”

“I bought a package of frozen Chile rellenos recently. It was the first experience I’ve had with Hatch Chile store. I prepared two of the rellenos precisely as the cooking instructions recommended. After the recommended frying time, 7-10 minutes, the rellenos were not close to being edible. It took double the time to get them fully cooked. The finished rellenos were just ok. Way too much not very tasty breading, very little chile pepper taste except next to the stem. I won’t buy more and will find a way to use the remaining chiles. Maybe a casserole after stripping the breading. My recommendation is to get less dense more flavorful egg breading and determine realistic cook times. My experience was not good. I won’t buy more- that is certain.”

“We moved from Colorado to Alabama several years ago, and one of the biggest things we miss is good green chile--it's so hard to find it here. It's so nice to be able to have top-quality chiles and chile products sent right to our front door. Ordering online is very easy. It helps us miss home a little less.”

“We ordered mild and medium green chiles which we received as promised in a timely manner. We roasted them and made a pot of green chile. It was definitely the best we have made! Delicious!”

“I bought 20 lbs of roasted chiles and several days later you sent an offer to prebuy 25 lbs of next season's crop at a reduced price. It never occurred to me that you were offering fresh chiles not roasted. You can quit contacting me as I'll deal with getting chiles from reputable companies.”

“Very impressed with this company! Customer service is excellent, responded to my email promptly. The chiles came in perfect condition and they are so good! I live in east texas so I was definitely impressed with the time it left the company and arrived at my house. Next year I will order 50 lbs of Hatch Chile !”

“Just saw this after ordering more chilies! True testament to how delicious they are. They came very fast , shipped perfectly and still frozen so I could time when I wanted to use them. My hobby is cooking and I knew that canned chilies left my tastebuds flat and bored! I was recommended to The Hatch Chile store by a friend and I will never look back! Rave reviews from coworkers and family who tasted my Chile Relleno casserole. Highly addictive and highly recommend! I ordered mild chilies due to some wimps, but could adjust rellleno sauce for spicier pallets!”
