“I just didn’t know that xxtra hot hatch chilies are smaller. Some are a little dry when received but not bad. I roast them immediately after receiving them. I enjoy the Red Hatch Chili because I am not much for tomatoes in my salas and the red chili makes my salsa look like it has tomatoes. Overall good. Thank you . Maria Bryan”

“Fantastic service. Freshest Chiles available and quick delivery makes the Hatch Chile Store my go to for my peppers every season. I really like how if you order 2 different heat levels they will ship the ones that are harvested first instead of waiting for all to be harvested. Guarantees the the freshest product.”

“I purchased 25 pounds of chilis on line, a bottle of chili powder and 9 bottles of chili for myself and friends. I made Hatch enchiladas, they were heavenly! I’m a Mom to disabled adult twin sons, one of them spent a few hours dividing and sealing all 25 pounds of my fresh picked Hatch chilis, now we’re set for a year! Thank you to the McMillans for taking care of me and my family!😇🇺🇸🙏”
