“First-time customer, but definitely not the last! Got the 2' ristra (edible) and 5lbs frozen roasted (hot). Ristra was shipped without any issues and the first batch of chile sauce was sublime. The frozen shipment was stuck in transit and arrived completely thawed. Saul from HCS made it right and sent another shipment (arrived frozen and dang hot!) straight away with no additional charges. Thanks! That's customer service done the right way. -Edward”

“Outstanding customer service and fast response to questions. The chiles are excellent - looking forward to using them throughout the year. I would say they are a bit hotter than expected (I ordered the Hot and X-hot).”

“I have been purchasing Hatch green Chile for the past 25 years in 50# sacks! Have roasted them myself and had them roasted on site when traveling in New Mexico! I’m hooked and have been! These Chile are delicious! Great taste, perfect heat, mild or hot!!! I made the green Chile hamburgers last night! Awsome as always! I really enjoy the green Chile chicken enchiladas!!! MMMM, my favorite! Recently I have not been traveling out west so I have been ordering thru the online app!! Highly recommend to everyone that loves a great tasting green Chile with a little or a lot of heat! You will not find a better Chile anywhere compared to Hatch! Love it!!”

“I just finished my jar of "Hot" Hatch chile verdi; don't be afraid, as it was more tasty than hot!! The order came quickly and was packed and handled well, and the chile verdi is absolutely delicious!!”

“It has been a long time since I have had Hatch Chiles. They are still amazing on a burger. I was feeling nostalgic for the old Bobcat Bites of all most 20 years ago, and the roasting of the chiles in various parking lots in Santa Fe. So glad I ordered two jars, to subdue my craving. It’s bold yet not over powering has a great flavor.”

“Placing an order was easy. They kept me informed as to when estimated delivery date would be. I had questions about storing once I received them and had very prompt reply. I dealt with Saul and he was very helpful. I ordered two 25 lbs and only two chilis were not good. I roasted /packaged/ labeled and froze them. Now i can have them anytime I like. Thank you Hatch Chile Store! I am not sure what courier was used as I never saw them.”

“I ordered 25 pounds of hot chilies last week. Three days later they were delivered to my front door. These chilies were very fresh, obviously just picked and shipped. There was not one chili that was old or not usable. I roasted all of them the next day and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I will order from The Hatch Chile Store again and recommend them highly!”

“The chilis for the most part were small making them hard to roast and harder to peel. There were a lot of ripe ones which really don’t roast well. All in all I’ll never buy this way again. Best to buy frozen peeled and seeded frozen at Safeway or if possible pickup in Hatch.”

“I purchased these for my mother who lives in Kentucky. She received them in perfect condition. She is in heaven! She has not been able to buy Hatch chiles for years. She has roasted and made dishes with them and is 100! pleased. Thank you for allowing me to give this gift to my mother.”
