“We have ordered from The Hatch Chile Store for the past 5 years that we have not had access to buying green chile during chile season. The past two years have been disappointing. There has been hardly any flavor and no spicy chile. We even ordered the extra hot this year in hopes we would get some kind of spicy flavor, but it did not happen. I think this will be my last year ordering from them. I will be trying somewhere different next year.”

“Hatch Chilies are the BEST!!!! We have ordered numerous boxes of the Hot and x-Hot and love them. A little problem with UPS delivery - they left the Chili order in the mailbox on a 91 degree day. I believe the service was supposed to be to the front door. Not Hatch's problem, but it could have been a disaster. I just wanted you to know.”

“I love in northern Minnesota and the only peppers you can get up here are green and poblanos. We have gotten them for years, the big Jim's for the wife and the adult green chili's for me. Yum, they rock in green chili or a batch of fajitas at 40 degrees below in winter.”

“I live in Arizona. Yes they sell Chile here. But for some reason it just does not taste the same. So every year I order 35lbs. The boxes always come on time. No spoilage. No bad Chile what so ever. It’s about 115 in AZ. It’s HOTTT. But I still start my grill and roast my Chile. It’s perfect. I’m never let down. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH”

“After living in Colorado for the first 50 years of my life, I learned who had the best green chilies in the world. A few years after moving to Florida I found out that you ship them here. So now we order 75 to 100 lbs every year and made a roaster for them. Thank you for growing hatch green chilies for me to make the best Mexican food out of.”

“This is our third year living in Arizona and enjoying a box of fresh picked Hatch chiles. I can’t say enough about the great customer service and easy communication with the Hatch Chile staff arranging special dates for delivery, which was the case for us this year due to extensive travel. Our order of 5 lbs. of medium hot peppers arrived on Thursday and yesterday we roasted the entire box full and have them prepped and sectioned off and in the freezer for our use over the next year. They are beautiful again, as always. Thank you all for what you do and growing these fabulous peppers!”

“I love getting my box of fresh green chile each late summer! The chile always arrives perfuming the breezeway where it gets delivered. It's already peeled and frozen and stored. The X-hot was, oddly, less fragrant than last year's hot, but provoked more sneezing when peeling!”
